I walked in to buy a new phone coming from metro myself the service was horrible, but anahi helped a lot with her customer service. Along with her co worker I’m not sure his name, but he had glasses like the guy from X-men, he was very nice and helpful. Great place will be back soon.

Amazing customer service from Anai, she’s very talkative and makes you feel like she’s a friend not just a seller. Got a new fortune 3 and she went above and beyond to help me transfer everything. Definitely would go back to her for future upgrades! Please ask for her when you go to the store you’ll have the best experience in getting a new phone . Walked in today around 7pm (4/12/2021) to ask a quick question. The female staff is obviously careless and know nothing about how their billing cycle works, the staff was also showing an attitude to my Asian friend.

I am not nor will I EVER be a cricket customer, based on the treatment and attitude that I received from one of their Customer Service Reps.My Phone was dying and I needed a car charger, I happen to see them and ran in to grab one. I picked out a charger which ran me $20.00 out the door. I plugged in the charger with my phone running on a 20 % charge remaining.As I was heading to the freeway, I noticed that the charger was DRAINING my phone battery and not charging it. I returned to the store and asked for either an exchange or for a refund. Either would have been fine. Well, the guy I was speaking to couldnt even respond, because some young lady decided to chime in and tell me that there were no refunds or exchanges. All sales were final. She said that it was written on the receipt. I checked the receipt but it said nothing of the sort. I then showed the sales guy the receipt and then this lady chimes in and says Well, its corporate policy.When I asked to see that policy, she tells the sales guy to just get him another charger to get him out of here. The other people in the store were all shocked.... I mean, really ?! Did I offend you somehow ? Do I owe you money ?I took the other charger and of course, it doesnt work either.I will be calling their corporate. That was sooooo not cool or even warranted.
