Pre pandemic I was a Boost Mobile customer 10 years and now that I am reconnected with Boost Mobile in La Puente they make sure that I have with emphasis on my specific needs.

Boost mobile has some of the best customer service I have ever received.

Damn perfect excellent customer service, everything went super smooth. Came in and talked to the manger with the tattoos. She helped me rearrange my family in no time, less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend this spot.

This store does not deserve no star! Called asked how I can get my account number the girl was so rude. When I called back asked again she said I already told you you need to the 611 number. With a attitude so happens to be she was the manager. As a manager you dont speak to CUSTOMERS with an attitude. Instead of guiding me through it she just said call it. This is why we tell you to call that number to avoid things like this where customers call us. Excuse me that me calling asking questions and you answer them is not what you wanted to do. Its your job to keep the customer happy, when I asked her for her boss name she refused to give it to me. Worst service ever.

I dont know what these customers are talking about the manager is so polite and respectful I bealive she is the one that covers up her car shes so nice she has a sense of humor and a good personality shes never given me a attitude shes so cool unless she transferred but I doubt it because I seen her recently this might sound weird but freedom of speech she has such pretty feet nice and clean pedicure she usually wears sandals she rocks I remember one time she brought her daughter to work omg the daughter was so excited saying high to everyone so cute shes also a good parent I talk to her sometimes shes a good women these customers are obviously confused or just ignorant

LITERALLY THE BEST SERVICE EVER. THE TWO GIRLS HELPED ME AND MY BF SET UP A NEW PLAN BETWEEN THE TWO OF US SO EASY AND WITHIN ONLY A DAY. SHE GAVE US SOOOO MANY DISCOUNTS AND A NEW CASE AS WELL!
