I am very upset with this location! I came in to inquire about a buy one get one promotion, I was told I had to turn in my phone for that promo. Corporate told me that was not the requirement. I went back less than 24 hours and they refused to give me my new iPhone back. To make things worse, they opened a second account without my knowledge, I found out when I was getting charged on my bank account. Corporate TMobile apologized but it took two billing cycles for them to figure it out. I was charged an extra $180 on the second ghost account. The store said I could return the s20 and walk away but refused to return my recently purchased iPhone that they said I needed to trade-in for the promo. It appears that this location wanted to make their sales quota at my expense. If you do business at this location please watch yourself, imagine how many hardworking people are being taken advantage of!

🚫🚫🚫BEWARE🚫🚫🚫Do NOT come here. This store is a corporate store for tmobile. I tried adding a line and getting an iPhone when I came here. The employees are struggling with sales because of their reviews and will sneakily add lines to your tmobile plan without letting you know and charge you for it. Go anywhere else, not here. I had to go to another store to remove the ghost line because I did not want to return here.

Horrible customer service. I bought an Iphone from a different T-mobile store on Saturday, July 11th. Within 24 hours it went black screen. I couldn’t charge or turn it on. By Monday that store was closed. I called customer care and they directed me to the La puente store. Assistant manager didn’t know what he was doing. At first he wouldn’t exchange without a receipt. I told him I was never e-mailed the receipt like I was told. He didn’t find one in the system and instead of calling customer care for help he just said couldn’t help me. Fortunately I was using my old cracked phone with the new SIM card and called customer care. Within minutes they looked up my info and emailed the receipt. He still couldn’t help because the new phone had “find my phone” enabled. I asked if he can call someone for help but refused saying customer care can’t help. He told me I had to call Apple support. I just left. The next day Apple support walked me through the process to disable “find my phone”. I went back to the La Puente store and they proceeded to tell me it still wasn’t disabled. The sales rep was young, but nice and seemed to really want to help. He kept going to the manager to ask questions regarding my situation. The manager never acknowledged me. She knew my whole situation and yet didn’t attempt to help. Lack of leadership and managerial skills. I ended up going to the Duarte T-mobile store and Oscar, the rep. got on the phone with customer care. They figured it out and needless to say I got the exchange. Even with the “Find my phone” still enabled. The La Puente store could’ve helped but they didn’t want to. I’m never going there again. Horrible customer service.

I went in to change carriers from cricket to tmobile and was helped right away by Karina, one of their representatives. She was able to help my family and I make the switch without having any problems. She gladly answered all of our questions and recommended a phone plan to help us get all the features we wanted and save money at the same. She was awesome and definitely needs a raise. 10/10 recommend this location!

Just recently switched to T-Mobile, I was with Sprint paying too much for slow service. The customer service all round was great at T-Mobile, the person who helped me out was Stephanie, she explained in detail what I would be paying out the door and monthly which I was greatful for because she took the time to answer all my questions and not rushed to just get the sale. As far as the service that I have, I can say that it’s better than what Sprint provides, at a better rate.

I came into the store very upset with at&t because they were over charging me for 2 months, so I decided to switch to Tmobile. Stephanie helped me out by running my credit and seeing what new phones I qualified for. I was very happy after I left the store because Stephanie helped me out with new phones and a great rate plan. She was very patient with me being rude at first. Best customer service by far, for the whole store.

Worst T-Mobile store that i have ever been to. Came to just add a phone to account. Left with phone not work. Tech support call but cant get it to work fully. So a week later Im back in a long as line when the wait online for store shows 1 min. Top.it all off. I have only 1 bar.

Customer service needs to improve.Can’t beleive that I could make a payment here within the store but I cannot cancel one of my lines???I need to call customer service for that!!! ReallyAlso, I’m trying to get info and Ivan store assistant is trying to give me information while shewing something really???? First time in this store and it will be my last time??? 3 staff here and poor customer service. Please think before coming to this location. Also, I wanted to upgrade one of my lines, so then they didn’t have the phone I wanted, but they didnt even care enough to sell me something else!!! Really I was willing to spend my money but I guess they were much more interested in each other’s conversations 😮😮😮😮

Over Crowded, longest line and the longest process ever three hours just to get two SIM cards. Hidden fees and charges not revealed during phone preauth until in the store. Got to listen to good loud music the whole time though.

Came in to pay my bill. Had to wait in line for more than half hour. They have one person walking around with a clipboard taking your name and asking what you need help with. He told me they couldnt control having a only payments line. By the time he was finishing writing down my name and explaining this to me i believe he could have taken my payment. This place could be so much better. Not even attempting to make a payment here again. And yes i know i have options to pay on line but i lost my wallet and my bill was due. WASTE OF TIME!!!

The service here is good, once you get a chance of speaking with an associate... Which it take between half hour to over an hour... Theres been time were Ive seen other customers wait waiting an hour just to buy a cellphone case or screen protector.

Think twice before coming here! I went in with my husband to get us new phones, we only went in for an ESTIMATE! Later I come to find out an account was opened ! Without me agreeing to or signing anything! I only found out because I went to another store to go through with the whole process and I wasn’t able to because I didn’t “have the security pin” to the account which I wasn’t even aware I had an account created. I went back in for about the 4th time to have them closed it, then a couple weeks later a get a bill for $170 for closing a account! I had to go in AGAIN to see why I’m getting billed and I get nothing but attitude ! Meanwhile they pretty much did fraud! Don’t recommend this store ! Went with Verizon instead and had no problems what so ever!

Horrible horrible service... they take advantage of people. They are not at all professional and dont have the right answer to anything. one rep says one thing and another say a complete different thing. My parents were told they didnt owe anything and all of a sudden they owe them something and were told they couldnt keep their number to transfer. Im sure corporate has had a lot of complaints and this will be another one. plus small business Bureau aswell.

As i was getting off my car i noticed the store seemed busy so i thought to myself ill be waiting for a while. I walked in and not only did i not get greeted but i noticed that all those people were not actual customers but rather the the friend,cousins, sister, and brother of the person getting 1 phone. They were however working like they had to register every individual in there! I was asked for my name and what i was there for. 30 minutes later i was asked to sit down.. I thought to myself finally!!! I sat for about 5 minutes and the guy comes back saying my co-worker will be right with you. Are you serious he was suppose to help me thats why I was asked to sit down. I waited a couple more minutues and i was still not helped, at this point I decided to leave. Worst customer service ever. I should have read the reviews before waisting my time coming here. Customer satisfaction is obviously not on their priority list!

This place is a hit or miss. Ive had some nice customer service who totally messed my order up. Left a sim card out, didnt hook up the correct phone number to the correct phone. Other times Ive come in and the people working there are so rude and have no clue! I always try to avoid going to this location and prefer the one near the W. Covina mall.

Worse experience ever in this place. So disappointed. These kids they have now dont know what theyre doing, dont have an idea what customer service is. So pathetic!!! You ask for the Manager and it comes up that the kid youre talking to is the Manager! When you ask for her to sustain her statement on writing with the company policies, she doesnt know what to do and ask for you to call customer service!

This place sucks! There are five employees walking around with a smug look on their faces. Avoidance Behavior is what it is. The manager is efen rude. He is so prissy, flirtatious with the young men and rolls his eyes at the females. He will come up to you and say how can we help you today? And when you tell him he walks away! He speaks so dam fast, you feel like a dumb ass thinking hes the manager hell get the job done! They need separate lines one for billing questions, new accounts, payments, new phone products ect...There is a reason why they have no seating at this place, they hope you get tired of waiting and youll leave sooner or later! When confronted he denied what they had done and was disrespectful. If you fall for the scam RETURN immediately and call corporate to get the charges reversed.

The customer service is horrible, and the lady who helped me messed up. I went here to get a smaller sim for new phone, and she couldnt get the new sim to work. Had to go back after trying to call in my car. It took the lady a good 20 minutes to activate the new SIM.

Dont come to this T-Mobile store. They have horrible customer service. The acting supervisor Moises was unable to give us clear answers to our billing questions we had. He is clearly a young boy who has no customer service skills he was frustrated and said OMG and walked away. When I then said that this was not good customer service he proceeded to argue with us. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! BEWARE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!I went to this store interested in purchasing the galaxys s7 EDGE. I was told they had it in stock, so i decided to purchase and get two lines with them (one being with the edge i was planning on purchasing) by the time i had paid the 80$ security fee i was told they actually didnt have the edge after all, i told the young man, ok but when will i get my phone, he stated WENSDAY IT WAS SATURDAY. i asked if i was going to get charged on the line i didnt have the phone on he said NO! I left and called that following wensday expecting them to say YES the cell is right here come get it, but NO they told me that they hadnt received anything yet, i thought ok its still early (11:00am) they then told me to call after 4pm, so i did. Just to be told that they actually did receive 2 phones that day, BUT that WE had called too late they were sold!!! ( like really!) That next day Thursday i went to the store personally expecting my galaxy edge to be their, when they tell me they dont have anything. That theyve been out if stock for a while i told her everything that i was told, and that i had called, she then went to check the back to see if anything was in stock, when she had just told me they where out, she then returned and just sat down at her desk and left me standing their like an idiot, when another employee steped up and told her do you want me to check her account and the employee that sat down said Yes. They then proceeded to check my account and then told me my galaxy7 edge was never ordered! And that they dont know why the worker told me it was gunna be their wensday (it was back ordered, out of stock everywhere), they then said they could order it for me like Really?!? It was suppose to be ordered!!! I was paying for two lines in which one i didnt even have a phone!!,they then said theyd give me a call as soon as they receive a phone. I wanted the black one but at that point i told them i could careless what the color was, i just needed the phone. i ended up waiting till friday to receive a phone call from the store and nothing! I called to cancel my line and it turns out the employee that did my account lied and i was charged for both lines eventhought i was only using one! STAY AWAY! FROM THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE! SAVE YOUR TIME DEALING WITH BULLSHIT! AND LIES!!YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!

There is no word to describe the horrible experience I went through. People, Citizens, make your self a favor, if you want TMobile and you just must have T-Mobile then go to a actual T-Mobile store, NOT A Authorized Dealer. Ive learn the hard way. If you come across any issue at least T-Mobile customer service can go beyond and assist you. Managers ignore you and all they want is to get you to get their commission.
