The employees and management here are cheating customers and STEALING MONEY! They stole cash payments from my aunt paying her Verizon phone bill TWICE! First time was the MANAGER, Angel, second time it was a taller male, hispanic associate who did this! Instead of crediting her account, they pocketed the money! Verizon was turning her phone service off for not paying, and she was wondering why, when she had already paid. Second time it happened to her, she tried to explain to the manager what happened, and the manager Angel did absolutely NOTHING, and was very rude about it all. Well, of course he was rude and did nothing, because this manager is stealing too. So they made her pay her bill twice! My aunt is elderly and disabled, living off social security checks. This shows you what GARBAGE people they are, stealing and taking advantage of an old woman. Makes me SICK to my stomach that people like this exist. If you come paying your Verizon bill here, make sure to keep your receipts! And be careful about what personal information and documents they request. Makes me wonder what else they do to cheat customers. I would advise staying away from this place!! I want to spread the word so hopefully this doesnt happen to anyone else. They need to be reported to corporate, which I WILL be doing!

We went to the store to inquire about the upgrade, staff was not friendly at all. They kept telling us so many charges and when asked questions, Amber did not give us sufficient information, she’s just continued to add more charges, like fees for transferring contacts. In short they charge too much at this store. I don’t recommend this store at all 👎👎👎

My experience at the Puente Verizon was excelent! Brian was very helpful and pleasent to listen to as he was explanning different plans Verizon had to offer. All I was going to do was pay a bill and he explained how I could lower my bill. Nice!

Great customer service, friendly staff BUT I don’t agree with this store’s policy. When buying a phone, this store forces you to buy the case and a ridiculously overpriced screen protector. They also include some kind of membership fee of $30 for the line that I was not aware of until I looked at the receipt. I had to return my phone purchase and ended up wasting so much money due to all this.

Was told the wrong information in buying my daughters phone from this retailer.. new bill was a surprise make sure you get everything in writing. . and this is the second time. first time the promised 3 different gift cards as rebate i never got them. just please make sure whatever they tell you . that you get it in writing. never coming here again its better to go to the actual corp Verizon store and not a third part retailer like this one

This review is based on the excellent customer service i received from Alejandra. I had been with another carrier for the past 13 years, i walked in to this particular verizon store to ask a few questions. I was immediately greeted with a warm smile and a friendly attitude. Alejandra is well knowledgeable and answered my questions beyond expectations. I was a bit stressed deciding to change carriers but Alejandra helped make this switch with ease and promptness. She helped get me into a plan which I am extremely satisfied with. I was so pleased with her service that i immediately recommended her and this verizon store to other family members.Thank you Alejandra, for all your help and assistance. Beyond pleased and satisfied with my new verizon plan.

Waited in line for 10 mins, when called to the counter, told me I had to wait longer to tell me they were working with someone who was arguing with someone else on the phone outside. Terrible customer service. Didnt acknowledge myself or the people who walked in behind me. Avoid location

My mom went to get a replacement phone and the guy working there was trying to sell her another phone and to change her number then had called a verizon associate on the phone and said she was her aunt and told my mom to lie that hes her nephew. It was all very shady. They tried to take advantage of an elderly woman.
