Drive through Very Slow today. But the pumpkin cold brew was excellent!

We use the mobile app to order our drinks and food. This is the second time in a row we have used this process and we order as soon as we leave the house with a 15 minute drive to get to Starbucks.This is now the second time I have been late for work Because once I’ve arrived I’ve waited another 15+ minutes for my order. I love starbucks, but I am not going to lose my job over it

I just drove through and ordered a soy latte. The barista repeated that it was a soy latte. The screen said it was a soy latte. The sticker on the cup says it’s a soy latte. My receipt says it’s a soy latte. It’s not. It has regular milk and I can’t drink it. That’s nearly $6.00 down the drain, literally. So disappointing that they can’t follow basic directions.

Friendly staff, drive sometimes is slow, but overall nice Starbucks

Drive thru is very long mostly everyday. My work is near by and every time I go to drive thru the line is extremely long and I don’t make it in time for work. They need to set more employees at this point. Just for a drink it shouldn’t take an hour.

Normally my go to Starbucks location, after visiting there today, I wont be going back. I attempted to place an order for a drink for my 2 small children, a venti strawberry cream Frappuccino split into two cups. Apparently this Starbucks Manager had instructed they arent doing that anymore. I could buy each child their own drink, which means Starbucks is getting more money from me, or they can give me a cup and I can split it myself, in my car with the possibility of spilling. I now have 2 upset and teary eyed kids in the car. I asked to spoke with manager, she doesnt work till Monday, I can call her then. I was already dealing with shift manager.Got the phone number to the corporate office to address the lack of customer service I received at this location.I drove to another Starbucks, they had amazing customer service and had no problem splitting my one drink into two cups.

They run out of drinks quite a bit, but the staff is happy to assist you with finding another one thats just as good.

I usually get my teas here but lately theyve been terrible. No taste at all

Great esspresso. This store keeps their mastrena calibrated and equipment in great order. One of the good Starbucks around here.

This place is horrible .. They like to argue on what you ordered, once I got what I originally ordered I got this !! This place is rediculous. Im done with this place.

Im giving them 5 stars because they are swamped and kick butt, inside & drive-thru. Lets talk about that drive-thru line that has been non-stop to the stop sign or past it. So if you get off youll, unfortunately, have to wait for a little, not sure how long the wait of the drive is since we came inside. The wait time inside is reasonable.The service is spot on. The barista was super friendly and helpful. They have at least 4 people working the drive-thru.The inside has tall and short tables to set at. They have outdoor seating -- an excellent place to catch the sun.

Everyone working is awesome. Location is always out of berries and cold brew.... Every time I go.

Starbucks is the choice my 9 yr old makes when I reward her! Cake Pop, Spinach, Feta Wrap heated, Pink Drink! She loves it! However, this time they forgot to heat the wrap. We had planned to share it on the way 🏡.

Oh my Dear everytime I come to drive thru it takes so long just to get to the order part. Line is always past IHOP Restaurant 15min or more.. Expensive drinks not enough Starbucks around. Not happy

I dont know whats going on with this Starbucks. I go there on Saturday afternoons, and sometimes theyre open and sometimes theyre not. Theres no pattern that I can tell as to when theyll be open or closed. So Im not going to waste my time driving to their location anymore. Ill go down the street to the one in Claremont from now on instead.

Coffee tasted burnt (dont know why I keep thinking it will taste better, it is Starbucks). At least it was caffeinated.

Everybody knows why Starbucks always has a lot of people there: they have good stuff. Like many people, we always get the same things. I prefer the double smoked bacon breakfast sandwich. Its really good, and it hits the spot just for a quick meal. Definitely recommended.

Cant say much wrong about Starbucks. When you go u get just what u want. Not a big coffee or tea drinker so get the decaf blended mocha frappucinno with whip cream. Satisfying when u want to feel like ur drinking coffee but more of a shake

I forgot to get the name but the guy that served my caramel frappe went above and beyond never have I ever gotten my coffee in any Starbucks Ive ever been to like this guy gave it to me. I asked for extra whip and this guy without knowing me knew exactly how I liked my whip credits to him and this place 😍im def coming again ♥🔥

Quick service but they sale out of alot of stuff. Sometimes its hard to get off the menu items because they dont restock much. The servers are nice.

For the most part I’ve had good experiences here except once a sandwich was barely put together but I called customer service and got a refund so I guess that’s okay.

We started coming to this location cause the one by the 10 and Fairplex constantly messes up our drinks. So does this one, almost every time. Listening skills must not be a big thing for Starbucks. Then this morning my girlfriends has a big coffee or chocolate finger print on her lid right by the mouth piece. Gross. Why are you’re hands/ fingers even coming close to the mouthpiece. Then we call and they want us to come back. Every time. We work. No time to be waiting twice a morning in your lines. Just make it right the first time.

Love Starbucks in general but at this one they mess up my order 75 to 80% of the time.

Everyone who works here is super friendly. Its also a great place to study at because theyre a little bigger than other Starbucks and have more tables.

Great Starbucks normally, but Chris (female) was RUDE. Treated me like a moron trying to order a half-caff coffee. Usually the folks working at Starbucks have a good vibe and I leave a bit happier than when I come in (especially when I go to the Starbucks on Bonita by Albertsons), but she was rude. Have a bad day, I get it — we all have them, but it’s not a crime ordering a half-caff after 4pm.

Im in love with the double chocolate chip frappuccino. Im not sure if this is the correct name, but its very good.😋 Another drink Ive had a few times recently is the Strawberry Acai. Its very refreshing and perfect for Summer.

Very very busy place, but still quick with the orders, right every time.

Dont go there if you are in a hurry the line is ALWAYS longer than usual and the occasionally get your order incorrect. I personally try to avoid this location if possible.

Fast and accurate service.

They burn (not roast) their coffee beans which makes everything taste overly bitter and get their food shipped in from another company. I also hate the names for their sizes, although that shouldnt concern you.
