Very good place. The gentleman greeted me pleasantly. Answered all my questions thoroughly and took me to see the unit I would be renting. I was able to put things in storage the same day. You’re facility is high quality, secure, climate controlled and well lit. There is also an elevator. The only thing is, the sequence of numbers was hard to follow. But, there is a map to use.

Just moved to Washington and Lacey Self storage has been amazing. They got us in to a unit the day we got into town. Alex and his staff made the process super simple. We recently upgraded to a bigger unit and they gave us a day to switch everything. They didn’t rush us and make us feel inconvenienced in any way. Highly recommend this place for your storage needs.

I havent been provided with this level of service in a long time. Really clean facility and the staff are great. Shout out to Alex = he has been the most helpful I have seen from anyone in a long time. Courteous, knowledgeable and personable. That guy should be running facilities if he isnt already.

Was looking for good place to store my household goods for the time being. Came across this facility which was only a year old very clean well maintained. Alex at the front desk took time to answer tall my questions and even show me a few units I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall experience was very pleasant.

Wonderful storage facility as I love their app for entering & exiting the facility. Don’t have to touch anything especially the key pads. That’s safety!

First time storage user and I’m in love!I had two amazing employees (Danielle and Gene), who were so helpful and useful. They were incredibly accommodating, funny, and laid out everything super clear for us! They were able to easily upgrade us and find us a storage that was on the floor level within minutes. This place is new and not at full capacity so our unit was in tip top shape. They have an amazing move in promotion too that saved us nearly $100 a month for 3 months! If we weren’t moving overseas, I would use them over and over again. But I’m looking forward to this for the next few months!!!

I found this place online, while I was still driving my truckful of belongings from Texas to Lacey. The online reservation was very smooth and easy. When I checked in at the office, the agent was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. When I inspected my unit, I found the whole site to be clean and very secure. I couldnt have been more pleased with my experience, and would heartily recommend Lacey Self Storage to anyone who needs storage space!

My experience was awesome. I showed up 10 minutes to closing time and she didnt hesitate to help me with what I needed. She showed me two units to see which one would fit my needs and then we went through all the paperwork. Explain to me fully how to use my code and showed me how to use the lock provided. I was very pleased

Clean, secure, heated and new. This facility is very convenient to access...right my Walgreens. Super cool staff and affordable. Best in the area by far!

It was a pleasant experience. Clean, modern facilities and many safety features. Having access to a large hand cart onsite is a real bonus too.

Great spot for RV or trailer. Its covered, has a 30amp plug in, and thus area is on the middle of the complex so change of mice is very low.

By far the most secure and modern self storage facility I’ve seen. Highly recommend.
