We booked our move with United Van Lines/Morgan Transfer, the movers picked up the items and did not wear masks or shoe covers, plus the truck parking break was broken so the truck continued to start rolling backwards on our almost flat street.Three weeks later after our “final day” for delivery has passed we were finally able to get in touch with the moving company after hearing nothing back for a full week despite numerous calls and emails.Once we talked to them, we learned that their containers had mold in them and they were unable to ship our items to our new home. They then said the next step is to determine how many containers they need to build, order wood to build new containers, and then ship our items. There is no updated estimate about when they will be able to procure wood, build the crates, and send our items.We chose to use this company instead of a broker to receive better service but this experience has shown we made a horrible choice.

Manny and his crew did a great job packing and loading my belongings! I just unpacked and found no damage or issues. They were super friendly, accommodating and very professional!

Its been two months and I still cant get Morgan Transfer/ United Van Lines to tell me when theyll deliver my overflow... which was really that they decided to put my stuff on a truck with another client and was only able to fit half of my things as the rest of the truck was filled with another persons things. They dont return my phone calls and when I actually talk to the peoplecoordinating my move I hear that theyre waiting on the corporate office to tell them what to do. I have China, Christmas decorations, emergency food,  but do not have my bed,  the second bedroom,  my complete sofa or sectional (both items only had a portion of the furniture delivered), yard tools, tools in general, bookcases to put the books in that they did deliver. Id be careful about using United/ Morgan Transfer if you arent part of a bigger contract like the military or a corporation. As an individual who used them, they certainly dont seem interested in delivering the rest of my items to me.

This was a 2 day load and transport to storage in state. The crew on both days was excellent to work with. Very careful with our household goods, fun to work with and hard working. We had boxed everything first except for beds and some odd items and they handled those with great care as well. Darin did a great remotely done estimate that was on the money. Kim in the office handled everything efficiently and was friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

So many bad things happened, first I asked a question about payment, they took so long to get back to me that my offer expired (that should have been the first sign). After that the movers came 3 hours late on move day then took 6.5 hours to get me moved (studio apartment), forgot to pack some stuff. I found trash they left in my apartment, along with wrappers from chocolates I had in my kitchen. The estimate was for 2x the amount I needed so I had to pay twice the amount up front. When coming back for the remaining stuff they never coordinated me with a time until I called and then they told me when they were coming. They never solidified a moving address for the destination and I was only told to give them this by a United worker who I was reaching out to for complaining. Horrible communication and service, has caused me so much stress and anxiety. United is making a mistake by choosing them as a subsidiary.

They sent out 1 guy for packing and 3 for loading on a 2400 sw ft house. Our goods arrived over 3 weeks late and with thousands of dollars worth of water damage. The whole time it was impossible to get an honest update from them. If you need to move out if WA, avoid United Van Lines and Morgan Transfer if you can help it.

The best moving experience Ive had! We moved from Washington State to West Virginia. From calling to set up the estimate (Dawn and Darin) to Joy doing the inventory of my belongings to the movers unloading my stuff (driver was Wes but I cant remember the names of each of the movers in Washington or West Virginia sorry guys), everything was done professionally and with great care. I received an accurate estimate with a guarantee that it will not go over (and it didnt). They gave me boxes and moving materials to pack my stuff (I opted to pack my goods myself). The driver called while I was driving across country and asked if I minded my goods being delivered a week ahead of schedule. I said absolutely! My stuff got there the day after we did. The driver, Wes, kept in good communication the whole time. Was there when promised, and his team took great care to protect my walls and floors when moving the stuff in. They put everything where I asked and reassembled all the furniture and beds. They were all courteous, respectful, cleaned up after themselves, and all around AMAZING to work with. Thank you!

From receiving the estimate, coordinating the move and the actual move, these folks were great. I didn’t have a single problem. The crew arrived on time, and moved me out and into the new place very quickly and efficiently. They stayed until I was comfortable with how everything was situated. If you aren’t using Morgan Transfer, you should haze yourself. The most unique thing about then is that they care about your stuff. Another local company that moved us here, did not care at all..

Morgan transfer helped us moving inter-state last summer. We had a lot of stuff and it was during the Covid time. Darin and his crew were really respectful . Nothing was damaged or lost at all. Really good service!

Andrew Beckes gave me an estimate this last week and speaking with him was very educational. He was a professional, charismatic, and helpful in guiding me with the best advice on what I should do to prepare for my move. I highly recommend this service. Give them a try first, before you go anywhere else, you wont be sorry.

Great group, movers were professional and friendly. I had an in-town move and they were quick to arrive, pack my stuff up, friendly to my Dog, and overall just pleasant attitudes. Most of my stuff has been through several moves and was expecting some furniture casualties, not a single thing was broken or showing signs of a move. I would highly recommend.

I rarely if ever leave reviews for businesses or services, however Darin at Morgan Transfer was absolutely terrific and I was compelled to leave a review. He was professional, friendly, and you can tell he is committed to providing top notch service. I often (probably unfairly) judge a business if they are on time to their appointments, he was right on time, I didn’t have to wait around wondering if they were gonna show up. I appreciate businesses that are conscientious of other people’s time. He came by to give us an estimate to move a piece of furniture in our house, the pricing was very reasonable and the end result was a seamless and perfect move. The company appears to be very well run, not only was Darin great but when I called Dawn she wanted to make sure she gave us the most accurate estimate by having someone come by to assess the move. They provide free estimates, but it was immediately apparent we were going to use them as our mover due to their professionalism and reasonable costs. I have no reservations recommending Morgan Transfer and particularly having Darin as a go to person if you are considering any move, large, small or even a long distance. Thank you Darin!

Absolutely the best! This company worked so hard to work around my busy schedule when I sold my house and had deadline dates to meet, organized getting crews here even on a Sunday! Most of my household things went into storage, a few things were transported up to my new home in Forks, where they happily got me settled between travel trailer and storage unit. These people are worth every penny paid. I can rest assured that all my family heirlooms will be safely stored until I find a new house to put them in.

AVOID THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY. This company has predatory practices. They failed to provide documentation. They change agreements without the consent of the consume while never providing documentation, they overcharge and refuse to do the right thing. I was charged $767.00 an hour while another party was charged $155.00 an hour for the SAME JOB! I complained but they refused to do the right thing. They falsified documents and changed rates without me signing then charged my account for the excessive charges.This company is unethical and refuses to do the right thing.I would NEVER deal with this company ever again.This company failed to notify dispatch for a scheduled move so they never showed up. They sent additional movers on the alternate day after they failed to show up and charged me for the extra person without my consent. They again, refused to do the right thing and take responsibility for their mistake. Instead, they charged the consumer the extra cost for the extra person.The response by the company to this review I have given will be responded to with untrue statements as they have with every other response.If youre looking for a ethical company, keep searching....this is NOT one.

Recently United Van Lines moved my mom from California to Olympia, wa. It was kind of stressful for my mom as she has dementia, but the movers were.so accommodating, coming to evaluate the amount of furniture to be moved when mom wouldnt be there. They then arrived a week early, which was great to help her get acclimated in her new home. They treated her furniture with great care, as if it were their own moms. I highly recommend them.

I had a problem with another carrier being unable to deliver a generator to my home due to the size of their truck. Had it redelivered to Morgan Transfers warehouse, and they got it to me the next day at my home. ALL of my dealings with this company were super! They were helpful, provided a solid quote quickly, and got the job done. Their warehouseman went out of his way to make sure someone was available to receive the shipment, and their delivery crew was efficient, friendly and professional. I cant recommend them highly enough! Their office person Dawn is a pleasure to work with and made the whole process really easy. THANK YOU!
