Bought a O6 Impala SS from here. The staff and owner are great people and are very nice. No matter what the issue, they would work around it. My car experienced some difficulties that they are fixing now but Im very happy I bought it!

It went back and forth on whether I should post this but, another problem has arrived with this place and it needs to be said. Base on the POOR service I received here, I would suggest that you DO NOT GET YOUR CAR REPAIRED HERE OR PURCHASE A CAR FROM HERE!!! I brought in my high school car in and explained how important it is and how long its been sitting. The car was first in their possession for over two weeks and a full service evaluation was not done until, I called to informed them that I will be coming to pick it up. At this point the price that was initially given( I dont know how it was even provided when they never really looked at the car! Crooked!) changed within the couple of days prior to the schedule time I was to pick the car up. After multiple text messages between myself and Malcolm, the head guy or owner, not sure, he made suggestion for me to see if I could get towing with my insurance and get it towed because, I was refusing to pay what they changed at the last minute. Then, the initial bill provided had a charge on it for a code search I knew nothing about which leads me to this very point. I took the car to another mechanic and he provided pictures where the mechanic, James through together my car because bolts and screws were loose. Oh did I mention when I finally picked up the car it stopped again at the light, not even 10 minutes away from the shop. Almost causing me to get into accident. Nothing was refunded or done to provide great customer service for these repeated mistakes. THIS WAS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Each vehicle I have purchased has gone through rigorous inspections and have been high quality vehicles. In the event there is an unforseen problem, they have always rectified the situation without hesitation. Worst experience ever! I bought a 06 Buick and paid 4500 and they said nothing was wrong! Had it for a week and the check engine light comes on and when I pulled off the lot the transmission was going out in overdrive and they wouldn’t do anything about it even tho it suppose to come with a one month worenty! They wouldn’t refund my money nor get something different with them knowing all it was wrong with the car! I would NOT recommend ANYONE going to them! I’d give them a -5 if I could.

I recently purchased a Dodge Grand Caravan from SC Auto Sales. I especially want to thank Charles for not only having found exactly what I asked for in make, model, mileage and price but for going the extra mile and not giving up until we had it. I bought it outright and Charles made the process super easy, taking care of all the paperwork for me including the dmv red tape. Its only been 2 weeks, but so far so good! Best Car Buying Experience I have ever had, HANDS DOWN!!. My engine went out on my 99 Ford Ranger. I stopped by to look at the 03 Honda Pilot, and I met Casandra. She was so pleasant and professional. She helped me to decide that although the Pilot was an amazing and extremely dependable vehicle. I really did need and want something a little newer and she Explained that GM also makes quality vehicles as well. She educated me so much on the vehicle, I felt like an Expert by the time, I was done. My credit wasnt the best. I fell on some hard times and lost my Job for 6 months. She made me feel extremely comfortable and not embarrassed about my stressful situation like most of the other dealerships, I went too. She made me drive my, GMC Envoy to make sure, I liked/loved the vehicle before she agreed to sell it to me. I also met, The Owner Malcolm and the other, Manager Panama Whom, also made me feel like I just couldnt go to any other dealership to buy a vehicle. I didnt feel deceived, like I felt at some of the other places I stopped at. I am an avid Fan of SC AUTO SALES and the whole team. Ive never met another dealership that has the upmost, Integrity and just straight forward honesty and humbleness that made me want to purchase from them. And the most important thing? They ALL treated me like I was family and I had felt as if I had known each one of them forever. Before you go anywhere else? Just give them a call or Stop by yourself. PLEASE, Dont take my word for it. I will most definitely, be recommending Casandra, Panama and the Owner, Malcom Shealor to all my family, friends, Co-Workers and Acquaintances. My experience was the WORST!! Bought a 2006 Chevy Equinox and after that I had problem after problem. The car ran hot, It didnt want to crank!!! It was horrible. To keep a long story short.......I took that truck back to them took my tags and stuff out and left. I refuse to make payments and repairs on a truck that went through 75 point inspection, only had it less than 2 months.. GOD dont like ugly! So that one person in particular will get his!! By the way that same truck in back on the lot...so please be careful!

If I were you, I would do more homework on the signing process than anything. They give you a contract to sign, and then he gives you a paper to sign that trumps the contract and forfeiting your rigts, and giving them to repossess anytime they feel. Also, tried to accuse me of not having insurance. I showed him bank statements and proof of insurance. Says he called the insurance company hisself, offerring to pay the insurance, but of course, they have no record of him calling them. When the real problem was, we decided to change insurance companies. My husband made an arrangement with one of the ladies in the office, that we would make our first car payment when we got back from our honeymoon. Of course we should have gotten it in writing. He told her as soon as we were back in town, we would be by there to pay the payment. It was due on the 15th of Sept. We came back from our honeymoon on the 20th. A Sunday. My husbdand went to the dealership to drop off the money. Which we knew they were closed, but was making an effort to have it taken cared of. 1.) They have no drop box. My husband even tried to shove it in the crack of the front door. 2.) they come get our 2001 CRV that Monday. When I approached him, he tried to make these claims he called the insurance comp etc. etc. When what he was really upset about, is that we change our comp. Becuase we were paying $300 dollars for FULL COVERAGE with a PERFECT driving record. We changed. After the discussion he tried to say we made no attempts to come to the dealership to pay. I told him that is not true, we did. He TRIED to say he was there and no one came to the door. My husbands hand prints were STILL on the glass where he looked inside to see if anyone happened to be there. 3. I noticed a sign that says, 24 hour Surviellence over car lot. So I brought this to his attention. If we made no attempts, then my husband wouldnt be on that tape. He quickly said that I had no RIGHT to look at the video. WHich, he is wrong. I looked up my rights and A.) I have EVERY RIGHT to look at the video. I WORK for lawyers, and unfortunately, nothing I can do because of that little paper he had me sign, but I DO HAVE EVERY RIGHT, to look at the footage. Also, he tried to charge me $1000 for towing fee. Again, wouldnt show me the invoice. And AGAIN, I HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO SEE. Now here is #3. ANd its a kicker. He sends me a letter in the mail stating that he will be selling the CRV within 10 days. And that he can jack up the price. Um, no you cant. First of all, jacking it up, would be way more than its value on KBB. And second, after the money I put into it, there was about 4gs left on it. He said he would be selling it about aprx 5gs or +. And whatever it sells for, whatever the difference is on the asking price, I would have to pay. No, sir. I dont. ANd I wont. So, if you want to deal with this guy, be my guest. But, the paper you sign after your contract, trumps anything on that contract. So I would advise you to take precaution. I went to CarMax. Got a vehicle big enough for my family of 4, less than 100,000 miles on it, 6 years old, instead of almost 15 years old, for less on the principal, AND the same a month I was paying for the 15 year old CRV. With warranty. Do what you will with this information. I will say this, the car we had, ran fine. Til right before he took it. It woulnt crank without us having to get under the hood the whole week we were on our honeymoon. We think it was a bad battery connection. But otherwise, the CRV did run well.

They have GPS on your car if u miss a payment or no insurance twice a they will get your car and not finance to you and still take payment off your card although you return the car. Make sure you test drive and Kelly blue book your car. The owner is very nasty and rude.regardless if you have a hard time they Dont care I Dont like how they stole money two week after I return the car and havent return my money yet beware
