This store has been closed since 7/17/2021. I drove up as a sales associate was placing a handwritten sign stating they would be temporarily closed on the door. I went by again today (7/25/2021) and the sign has been replaced with a more formal looking version; however, no details on what is occurring or when they will reopen. Hours on Google, Yelp, and B&BW website reflect this location is open and the B&BW representative I spoke with today showed no information about a closure in their bulletin updates. Apparently, there is no way to determine what is occurring. It would be wise to update your hours for this closure so customers dont go out of their way only to be disappointed.Note: This stores address is now 27230-C Alicia Parkway.

Such a wide variety of candles, body sprays and lotions. The staff and service at the laguna Niguel store are awesome!

Bright, clean, spacious, well-organized store. Friendly staff ready to help you find your perfect scent and product. Location makes for a quick trip if you want to avoid crowds. Try Me samples are plentiful. Its always fun to explore new scents. My favorite line of products is their Aromatherapy, frangraced with natural essential oils.

Overdue review! I come inside the store and was greeted by two wonderful ladies I believe it was Ash and Casey. Both very polite and knowledgeable about products. I Was offered a shopping bag and was told about their newest products! (Grapefruit Frose is amazing) the description one of the girls gave me was amazing and accurate! (Love the creativity) I continued my shopping and found lots of great items! I will come back to this store soon!

A few days late but why not?!?! So I couldn’t find what I was looking for which is why I’m only giving 4/5 stars but I was recommended a similar product to what I had originally wanted, the girls there that night were great especially Ash, very thoughtful and fun girl! Gave me lots of suggestions and comparisons in the scents they had PLUS I was told about their semi annual coming up so I can’t wait!!!

Great sale going on right now theres a 75% and 50% reduce merchandise and if you download the app you get a coupon for an extra 40% off on your total purchases this location is great because theres not too crowded you get the opportunity to try as much fragrance as you want without been bother by too much crowds.

Accommodating with service. Lots of great products displayed tastefully. Always is a pleasure to shop there.

Went in with my husband today to use a couple coupons. There was a sign up for $3 all hand soaps. Went to check out, with 1 hand soap and the attitude I got because they left the wrong sign up was ridiculous. It was 1 soap, be real not a big deal. But to get an attitude for the rest of my transaction and then the 2nd one when I decide to buy a perfume was pathetic. I purchased multiple items, but to have them gossip about it. I’d rather drive farther and go to another store than drive 2 miles from my house and go here.

Its a smaller store than others in the area. I was looking for their most popular fragrance of Japanese Cherry Blossom but unfortunately this store was out of stock. Huge party foul Bath and Body Works!! You should always stock your most prevalent perfumes.

I went to the Bath & Body Works thats over on Alicia and Pacific Park. This one over the Christmas holidays was busy but not as busy as the one at the mall. This past holiday they seem to have a lot of help they also push their new website to get you signed up where you can earn rewards for their purchases. I discovered one of their newer shower gel and Softsoap called Beach. Beach has a nice clean fragrance without being very perfumy
