A little hard sell on the subscription service but a good leg wax.

Not impressed with the customer service here they really should review their policies.

I HIGHLY recommend Kate!!! I have been coming to this location for a few years now and I finally found the best of the best! Kate is hands down the BEST wax specialist around. I have very fine blonde hair and i have been told I am very hard to wax. But not for Kate, she waxes my full arms, eyebrows and Brazilian no problem at all. I leave my appointments hairless just how I like it and with her I NEVER have to come back in for a touch up. She makes me feel super comfortable because she is so friendly and personable. Kate books up fast because she is the best so make sure you book ahead of time!

Love love love this location! Kiley the receptionist is top notch! So professional and friendly, it was my first experience with waxing and she made me feel so comfortable and assured me there was nothing to worry about. She was right, Jessica B made my experience amazing and now that I’ve overcame my fear of waxing thanks to these ladies, I never have to use a razor again! I recommend this location to everyone.

Been a member for years and tried several locations. Very kind front desk. Love the ability to text back and forth. They stepped up and didn’t charge my wax passes when they were closed during COVID.Jordon is the best.

Such an easy experience. I believe they use bees wax. Not as hot as regular wax. Comes off with an easy roll (almost). Easy appointment making, quick in and out. Efficient, friendly staff. Love the after serum too.

I had about two hours to kill before an event and nothing to do so I looked in the mirror and noticed a few strays that needed to be taken care of.Hair doesnt grow in the same patterns as the rest of the my hair so I couldnt wait until my normal wax appointment.I called ahead and got an immediate appointment. I showed up and Monique was ready to take me in. She was very thorough. Aside from working on my problem areas, she found others and also noticed the change of pigmentation in my skin which has been a major concern for me lately.She recommended a powerful exfoliate that would break up the pigmentation underneath to reveal my true skin again. Awesome. Lets do it.Overall, she did a great job with the wax - this is a hard wax, no strips. She also found strays and worked on those as well. Awesome.They do try to upsell on the services in advance to keep you loyal but just stick to what you know.

I go here for Brazilian waxes, Ashlynn is my go to for over 2 years now, she is wonderful, does a great job and is very personable. However, if Ive had to schedule on a day she isnt working, the other girls have done a good job too. They really do quality work making sure to get rid of that pesky hair. Easy to get a reservation last minute too which is ideal for me. Usually in and out in 15 minutes which is nice if you rarely have spare time.

Sydney was hands down the best waxer I have ever had the pleasure to endure hair ripping from my skin! All jokes aside, after usually paying 80$ monthly for a very flawed Brazilian I decided it was time to go somewhere else. Upon googling a waxing place close to home base and or school I was pleasantly surprised to find that the location is square in the middle, and actually in the same complex where I stop to get food often! Quick (10 mins max), professional, so sweet and very knowledgeable about their hard wax process! I was super surprised when they informed me if there were any hairs I found later there was a 5 day touch up policy, talk about icing on the cake! This is my new place.

I go there for back and neck waxing, Lorinda is very good. The only thing I dont like is that they charge for every little thing. When I went for waxing at other establishments, they charged one fee for back, neck and back of the arm. I also dont care for the sales pitch I get every time about bulk discounts, etc., if I want them I would ask.

Ive been a customer since 2011 and could go to a much closer location but I always have a great experience with Nooshin. The manager Rene has always went the extra mile to accommodate me and any special request and the front desk employees are friendly and very knowledgeable. On my last visit, I met the owner Marsha and she was extremely nice and showed an interest in me and my experience as a valued, long term customer. I highly recommend the European Wax Center in Laguna Niguel.Brenda Morgan

Me and my GF were not happy with this place like 5yrs ago, i had a bad review up here and the owner reached out to me on yelp and fixed the problem. so im changing my review, my GFs original complaint was they were super busy and she felt rushed every time. they offered a credit and refunds and stuff. nice people
