Whoever answered the phone in pharmacy about 15 minutes ago was extremely rude! I never complain but this chick needs a talking to.. Should not be working with customers.

The lady who is a manager or supervisor, is a great helper (Heather) my daughter just told me her name, even when she’s busy doing so many things at once She still manages to ask if we need help & helps us find exactly what we are looking for. We only go there because of her, others don’t seem to want to be there half the time. She’s the reason I gave 4 stars because it matters how employees treat customers, otherwise I would have given 2 stars.

The self checkout has been the best thing that has happened to this store. Love it

Terrible services male cashier was rude, made a rude remark as we were leaving the store.

The employee thats a tall man is always really rude. I know people have bad days so I gave it a couple times before writing this review. But last time I went the total didnt seem right to me. I went to look at the keypad to look why it was costing so much. He wouldnt allow me to look even though I said I dont think thats right. Sure enough I was charged almost doubled on everything and I one was triple the amount. I gave him back my receipt right away and told him I was right you charged me extra for everything I bought. He tried to blow it off but I just stood there until he gave me an answer. He ended up returning everything but if he would have let me look at the keypad where the prices were I would have told him right away instead of going thru all that.

I came to visit Lake Elsinore to visit my girlfriend and we went out with her dog (Who is a Service dog for seizures) we went in and after splitting our items into two purchases since she had to take the dog outside instead of making him sit in the the store the lady mixed our items after i made it very clear which items were being purchased with different cards she then shouted at me telling me I did not tell her that left the lane and went to another letting 6 others go ahead of me then after 5 minutes of waiting the woman request help in another check out lane for A Boy and then the manager comes who then understood what a simple request i made to pay with two different cards my girlfriend re-entered the store with the dog wondering why I was taking so long only for the Manager to give us dirty looks and tell us to take our dog outside saying he wasnt Trained properly. So I left with the dog while my Girlfriend finished her own transaction with the manager giving her dirty looks after I waited outside, this was the second encounter we had like this ( Just last time we didnt have the dog instead it was because I asked if I could use my Wellness Plus Discount) Only once did I have a pleasant experience with a male worker there In Visalia where I come from my Rite Aid was great the people were friendly always gave great service and didnt mind hassles this Rite Aid needs to learn a thing or two about customer service.

I have been shopping there for years, the employees have always been cordial with me. It gets pretty busy in there and there stuff does sell out fast and when that happens I just get a rain check. Out of all the Rite Aids I have shopped at, I like this one the best.

Im new to Lake Elsinore. And I had a very pleasant experience. I found the staff was helpful. Very busy. As usual the stores are shortstaffed but considering they were very polite

Everytime I come here for the pharmacy theres a problem...either youre in the drive thru for 20 minutes or the pharmacist is on break...Im sitting here right now waiting for the pharmacist to get back after I called 2 hrs ago and they said to give them an hour...no ever said lunch was at 7pm again! Now Im waiting here for 15 minutes for a consult while my son is coughing!!!

With regards to the pharmacy, never expect a speedy return on your prescription medication. Doesnt matter if its new or a refill it will take hours. Dont ever expect to pick up a new prescription between the hours of 1-2 even if youre a regular or returning customer because its the pharmacists lunch hour and they dont release any new prescriptions while shes on lunch. I usually just have refills prepared a couple days before necessary. They are very slow to the point of frustration. With regards to the store itself you can find some items you need however the selection is not as big as other places such as Walgreens or CVS. The prices are not the low either you can get some deals with your rite aid card but beyond catching a sale you might want to just go elsewhere unless its a must!!!

So I just went to rite aid I shop there literally every other day I had went on Monday SAW THE 375ML HENNY!!!!!....10.99....I was like score they were out girl said went today price tag still there I go to purchase is 25.49. I tell them its been like that all week manager come says that someone put a label over it and changed price not saying it was you but ....at the same time looking at me crazy, I buy bottles here all time sweetheart really pull the cameras I didnt change anything and I dont care who did been like that for 3 days now and your not going to honor the price. Thats fine sweetie had I never brought that to ur attention u would have never known but Im trying to pull game on you all !!!!!! CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT YOUR EMPLOYEES AND YOURSELF SHOULD BE CHECKING THINGS LIKE THIS DAILY AND FIXING YOUR SKUS AND PRICING LABELS ETC!!!! but no you blamed me ......keep up the good work NOT THAT YOU ALL EVER DO ANY!!!!

This is the worse location ever! There is no smile, talk to you as they are doing you a favor dispensing your meds here, heck we are paying for your wages! Get all technical with you. I am changing my pharmacy, no customer should be treat as if they are below your services. Smile if free. Customer service is a basic job requirement.

I found 20$ in the store and an employee said she lost it ummm doubt. Every single employee their has a problem with everyone. No hi nothing and i get followed around. I had a very bad experience. They all need to get fired.

The pharmacy employees and pharmacist were extremely helpful, she gave me a great otc recommendation for something that was comparable to what I was looking for and took time out to help me find it. However check out experience was God awefa I was the ONLY ONE in line one cashier directed me to a check out then walked away, where I waited for 5 mins until the cashier standing at the other register called the manager they had a full on conversation, the cashier finally comes iver asks if im ready. (she had seen me and chose to ignore me) starts ringing me up then stops to talk to the manager for another min. continues ringing up (I ONLY HAD 5 ITEMS) then stops on the 5th final item to chat with the employee who had directed me to that register and walked away (apparently she was clocking out so her leaving isnt a big deal, but it wouldvwo been nice for her to tell someone I was there) as she walked by so I had already pulled the cash out to pay and after them chatting for two minutes I finally said can I please pay for this and leave? Then she tells me oh you forgot to enter touy phiph number ugh no you were too busy socializing to enter the option! I want to pay and leave. I usually domdo get mad or leave negative reviews but Im never going back there. Should have walked away and gone to Walgreens.

Horrible service! Went to buy ice cream in this 90 degree weather and the lady at register yelled ice cream closed!!! Bad attitude cashiers name Inun ...

They usualy have a full stock, and staff is helpful and nice, that being said ive bever used the pharmacy in this place

Ive been coming here for years.. I have no problem with the employees however service is horrible.. They NEVER have one of my meds, good luck with refills u have to stay on top of them, also when ur Drs office has to call in they never receive the paperwork, I have to constantly be calling my drs office to fax it back then call back to the pharmacy to make sure they receive it... My drs office has to do this 3 times ALL THE TIME and I have to be the middle man to make sure their work is done! Oh and when u need a prescription ready by a certain time ITS NEVER IS READY or if something is wrong w ur prescription you will NEVER GET A CALL or even a call that its ready... Ive recently changed some of my prescriptions to Walgreens and I ALWAYS get a text and a phone call my meds are ready and they are always on time and have everything I need in stock...Sorry employees you guys are nice but everything else sucks... I gave them too many chances and failed everyone of them..

I recently changed pharmacies and I regretted this pharmacy is horrible they take too long to have prescriptions ready. Teresa one of the pharmacists is very unprofessional and rude. I do not recommend this pharmacy.

The pharmacy cashier is so rude they just walk away and leave you standing you tell them what your Co pay is they will try to charge you twice that change pharmacy when to CVS a 360 degree turn around

I am a Lake Elsinore resident and so glad that a professional and caring pharmacy like this is situated in my neighborhood. I buy all my over the counter and prescriptions from the pharmacy. Pharmacist Dipti is alway very prompt, friendly and caring. I recently got my flue shot from her. Dipti is alway helping customers with a smile. If a customer is having difficulty finding something over the counter, Dipti will come out and help look for it.I thank you Ride Aid for employing wonderful people like Dipti.

The pharmacy is slow and often rude, choice employees are helpful others ignore your existence as long as possible.Overall store appearance is dirty and a mess.
