This is by far the worst Walmart I have EVER been to too! They are simply not the sharpest tools in the shed here and the customer service is absolutely atrocious. They are just plain dumb and in denial!I went to get an oil change and I wanted the full service package. Well when I drove up the girl kept going on about my tire needing air. Well NO DUH!!! If she could shut up a minute I would be able to tell her which package I wanted and problem solved. After all I was in the oil and lube line not the new tire line.Anyways I asked to have my tires rotated while I was there and my air filter changed as well. Here is a list of everything they SCREWED UP!1. They did not rotate my tires instead they wore out my lug nuts on my tire and I had to take them to a professional mechanic to get them off. They completely screwed them up, like totally mangled them. My guess is the girl that was doing it either didnt have the strength to use the tools or just didnt know how.2. They basically took off a couple of tires then just put them back on again and didnt bother to put any air in them. When I went back to tell my experience I got another argument from the girl trying to deny not having put air in my tire. Then the manager came out to argue as well. Well when I left the first time I measured my tires and one was at 29 PSI when it should have been at 35 PSI you can visibly see that it wasnt done that is why I measured it!!! Even though they did rotate my tires. Filling them with air was still part of the package I paid for. How stupid do you have to be not to be able to see that for yourself even after the low air speech.3. To add insult to injury they forgot to put the caps back on two of my tires, I replaced one myself and they replaced another but the whole time the manger was saying its impossible they dont make mistakes. And the other girl was saying if the caps were off then they had to of put air in the tires. No your just a lot dumber then you think!!!4. They over filled my oil and charged me for the Extra. So I have a 5 quart capacity and if you put in close to 6 quarts dont you think you might have screwed up? Its like trying to put 22 gallons of gas in 21 gallon tank. Do the math!!! But the girl ringing me up just wanted to argue saying well your car took more then usual. In the meantime my car dripped oil all over my driveway for a few days from the over fill I paid for. How stupid can you be?5. They also forgot to put the new sticker on that is suppose to remind me when to change my oil the next time. Sloppy, sloppy,sloppy.6. They also cracked the box that my air filter goes in and when the girl told me that it broke she didnt even apologize for breaking it instead her tone was more like I did to her. ???7. When I went back to talk to a manager he was a complete jerk and denied any of these things could ever happen. He said he was going to watch the tape and call me back I have been waiting two months now for that phone call and Im starting to believe its never going to happen. I wonder if its because he saw how incompetent the two girls working in oil and lube are and I was right and he didnt want to admit it or own up to the sloppy and unprofessional work they do. I would even say dangerous and those girls are a liability! But all I got was mouth and lip service from both the girls and the manager and the worst oil change experience EVER!!! Pay extra and go to a professional at Walmart prices you get the Walmart quality and that in my book is a -5!
