You can get everything here. Great meat at a good price, amazing bakery and desserts. Also foreign groceries. I also ordered a custom made cake from this place that tasted amazing.

This haves to be the cleanest store Ive ever been in no lie. When I say everything is put away in the right spot and its always someone around to help you. I thought I was dreaming the first few times I went but I wasnt. This Grocery store is what you hope everyone of them would be like. I just moved to Lake Elsinore a month ago and this is one of the best reasons why I love it here.

Decent prices. . I have 1 complain. .. electric carts need servicing. . A few times that Ive been to stater bros. . The cart shows green. . BUT the cart has died on me. . Carts need to be replaced with newer models and more than 3. . At least 6

I was really happy that I arrived at lunchtime seeing all the sushi being prepared fresh and additional choices that I hadn’t previously seen here. They were so nice and also prepared vegetarian sushi while I waited and shopped. I also found out that in the deli refrigerator there is some prepared salads and other food. And to my surprise, they also have a Carnitas lunch offer. There wasn’t any Carnitas that day I was there, but I just was interested to see that they have it. Everybody was very nice.

Stater Brothers grocery store is the cleanest store Ive ever seen so very well organized everything is in its place their staff is friendly and willing to help

I visit several Stater Brothers in Riverside county, this store is one of the worst as far as cleanliness goes. The floors are distrusting, I have seen open product left on shelves.

Sara is the service deli is absolutely hateful. I usually dont shop here and now I NEVER will. Made my husband and I feel like criminals over $11. And was so rude to her co-worker. Yelled at her Im front of customers over something she wasnt even a part of. Some people need to get the facts straight before opening their mouths.

Audrey J is probably the rudest person I have ever encountered! Yelled across the entire store complaining about the fact that a lot of customers were coming in. Apparently in Audreys world no one should be shopping after 9 pm. Then threw my greeting cards on the counter without even offering me a bag for them. When I asked for one she was soooo annoyed and begrudgingly went to another checkstand to look for one. Then huffed and puffed as she came back and said we dont have any... sorry. Then I asked for a regular bag and she snobbishly gave me one. Finally, she ordered the cashier to stay put since they were getting busy. Whew! If I were her boss, I would say some extensive training in customer service is in order. Good luck to anyone else that has to encounter her!

Clean, courteous, professional, far better than most super markets in the area.Plus Starter Bros has better quality meat and poultry. Keep up the great work!

The place that I do most of my grocery shopping at is the Stater Bros in Canyon Hills Shopping Center and I love it 🙂

This store continues to impress because the brands and individual items continue to grow. For several items I used to shop elsewhere for, I can them all in this store. Well managed and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Great quality seafood clean store with amazing staff

I shopped, at this location, while staying in the area and the products offered were very good and plentiful. There were a few rude workers, but that is a common problem, anywhere. It might have improved since Covid. Hope so!

As a senior with underlying conditions. I would like to ask management if they jeopardize the lives of their mother, grandmother, grandfathers, fathers, etc... as they do their customers? Masks are required to enter and shop in the store correct? Masks were handed to a young couple in front of me. They walked around the store with the masks in their hands. Not at any time did any employee come up and request that they put the masks on or leave the store. I especially appreciated them walking by me and coughing. I observed several employees walking by this couple without saying a thing. Shame on you stater brothers!

Most of the people are great. The store manager on the other hand is rude and not a people person he needs to be replaced

I visit many different Stater Bros in Riverside county and this location is my least favorite. Register clerks are often less pleasant than one would expect. Throughout the course of this pandemic Ive encountered more unmasked and inconsiderate customers in THIS store than I would ever have expected or cared to.

This chase doesnt exist anymore, new chase is located by the starbucks behind the gas station.

Really like the steaks here when theyre on sale,nice and thick. We also special order tuna loin here for sushi and havent been disappointed yet.Nice selection of spirits and some craft beers too.

I was just in your store. If masks are required you should have people at the doors enforcing as well as walking around the store to make sure your mask wearing customers are safe. I was told by the cashier that she won’t enforce because she tired of getting yelled at. A manager should be on the floor at all times to help the staff when they are confronted. There were 5 people without masks shopping away and no one said boo to them. I realize it’s been a long time and some people are tired of wearing masks, as am I, but if you require it, your require it. Period !! Keep stepping up for you and your employees safety. We are not nearly done with this virus.

They seemed to have nearly all grocery items you would need. Only downside here was that they need more check out aisles open for the amount of people who were checking out.

The employees are doing their best to help especially now during coronavirus...We are blessed with this store.

I’d like to say that I am so sorry for prank calling but I said “ I left my croissant can I come and get it?” And the lady said “ well it’s ready so come and get it“ and charged it on my Fathers card but the thing is I said I LEFT IT there I didn’t want to buy a croissant so that means I bought it from a different store. I don’t want her to be fired but Please try to cancel it from “Renes Card” I’m so sorry that I prank called and I will never do it again I can’t get in trouble because then I will be able to see my friends so please cancel the croissant ! It moved accross the street. No longer in Stater Bros.I just received this apparently automated response from Stater Bros.. and an actual human that can read obviously didnt see question and response. It was actually a Question and response about Chase Bank.

Convenient location that is well stocked. I also like that they use Instacart shopping and delivery service. They have many organic choices which we like.

Aside from great prices, the managment and staff actually listen to my requests. Theyve made one of the best stores in the city. Extremely happy with this store and it makes shopping a joy. Its easy to write a review when people are doing their very best job for you.

Social distancing was good. Several without masks but kept to themselves. All clerks have masks. I do appreciate the consideration. Still need shelves stocked with sanizer products.

I loved this Starter Brother, they sale Julian Pies which are delicious, and the mango habanero chicken is so good. Also, their store is very clean and tidy.

The checkers at the store are very unfriendly. This is a big deal for a local supermarket. You want to feel like your patronage is valuable to them, as food is often a large part of a family’s budget after housing. Both my husband and I have experience this negative feeling from checkers when going through the checkout Management would do well to teach their checkers how to be truly friendly, but we have observed a manager talking to a stock person in a rude way so how would you expect the general morale to be good and to make customers feel welcome?The pricing on their soda is deceptive. Their best deals require you to buy multiples like four or six of an item. So the products are mixed so you don’t know if you’re buying from the same company and can take advantage of the offers. They should organize the products better and make the pricing a little more clear.The lines are often long or slow. The produce is overpricedFor these reasons I will be going out of my way to visit another store even though this one is close to my home.

Super clean and friendly store with great produce and meat departments.

Fully stocked, very clean and the lines were organized. The celery was tough and a bit bitter and some other veggies werent the best but they were OK.

I purchased pork tamales and multiple sliced deli meat, ham, chicken and Turkey on 3/04/20 and several hours later we became sick, hot n cold sweats, vomiting, diarrhea and stomach pain, eventually after a couple days we felt better and recuperated, then I was trying to figure out the how and why we got food poising so I looked on the tamale package and it said SELL BY 2/24/20, and my receipt say 3/04/20, and I remember the deli lady did not sanitize or wipe down or clean the meat slicer nor did she CHANGE HER GLOVES after handling variety of meats, so I went to stater bros on mission Dr in lake Elsinore and went to the deli and asked the girl if I can check out a bag of tamales and sure enough it had the same SELL BY DATE of 2/24/20 so I asked her and she said its fine sir they were frozen youll be good and I said no your poising ppl then I requested the managers presence and I proceeded to tell her and I showed her my receipt and the tamale bag and my receipt was torn by the payment area and she said she couldnt give me a refund plus I told her I can care less about a 8 dollar refund when I just missed 2days of work at 190 a day so a 7.89 refund was irrelevant. So my conclusion is we got food poising from the spoiled tamales or the deli meat that got cross contaminated

Stopped in to pick up a few items needed to prepare dinner and tomorrows breakfast. Found the store to be well stocked and fresh quality. The front end was becoming busy and two as additional checkers were called immediately to open up. The store appears to be well managed and I enjoy shopping there.

I like the great selection of fresh fruits and the employees are also kind.

This store is just okay. The produce isnt that great. Often its hit or miss with avacado, tomatoes, and the prices are better elsewhere. The meat counter will have 5 guys working but only one helping out customers.....not just occasionally.... frequently. I recommend Barons for produce. Better and much more economical. Go to a smaller market for meat. Better service.

Great place to get your groceries.

Not sure why the nice young man selling chocolate to fundraise for basketball was told to leave, but the girl scouts are welcomed. Seems very unfair. I’m glad I was able to find him a few doors down and buy two bars from him. Teens need our support too.

I have been visiting this location since I moved to Wildomar. I must say the staff is wonderful! They are all friendly and welcoming, and the store is clean and organized. Its totally worth the extra miles I have to drive for my grocery shopping! This last time I went, Crystal was my checker and Nick was the kid that bagged my groceries. They were awesome!

Great grocery store for a typical lower end supermarket. They sometimes have trouble anticipating enough checkers during rush hour times, but its hard to complain knowing the population of their immediate surrounding neighborhoods has over quadrupled in the last 10 years so its hard to blame them.90% of the time its as you would expect and the employees are for the most part respectful, kind, and willing to help if asked.

The Cashier/Lead Christina is amazing. My Autistic son took something we didnt pay for. I came back in and informed her about it. She handled the whole situation with the greatest kindness and respect a special needs parent could ever ask for. She didnt raise her voice. She is/was amazing!

I was bullied, imtimidated, and harassed by the staff of this Stater brothers. The manager Tay - acted in an unprofessional and intimidating manner along with several other instacart employees.

I love Stater Brothers, always a great experience. Good prices also an convenient parking. This STATES HAS A GREAT TEAM AND IT SHOWS.

I think shes a manager and she deserves to be one :-) prices are a bit high here compared to Walmart, target and Vons down railroad Canyon but the staff here are always friendly and smiling (something you dont always experience at the above mentioned stores) so overall, the shopping experience is worth every penny 🤑

This store customer service is the worst. Most of the cashiers are rude, right along with the meat department and the baggers . The employees seem not to care or be friendly to customers. I try not to go to this store. I go out of my way and go to the Stater Bros on Newport Road and Menifee. Their staff is much more customer friendly than these bunch of prudes.

This store has gone to the dogs. The Instacart people rush through the store like banshees. The prices have increased since Vons on Grape closed and they have limited brand selections on many items. A lot of nearly expired products on the shelves. The entire staff has turned over during the past couple of years and they now have the “C” team.

I always have a great experience while shopping at this stater bros inpertically. Every person I have interacted with that works their has been extremely helpful and very very friendly!!

Rude employees!! They dont greet you. Went to this store for the first time, I spoke to an employee and was ignored. Went to the register to purchase my items. I spoke to the cashier who didnt respond. He continued to talk to his fellow employees about another co workers schedule. He handed me my receipt in which I responded Thank You and once again no response from him. I always shop at Stater brothers in my area where the employees are GREAT!!! This stater brothers needs a lot of improvement in their customer service. I will not come here again and I will let others know to avoid this store!!! Very unhappy customer!!!

Lines were very long they only had 2 full service lines and 2 express lanes open and the full service lines were 5 customers deep this was at 130pm on Sunday March 3rd

Its a great place to go for getting items quickly. A little pricey, but the location of the store is perfect.

Extremely busy today. All checkstands were open. A lot of help in the deli. Great customer service . They were well prepared for the holiday.

I will never forget the day I was harassed by the Store Manager and Instacart employees at this location.

Took 40 min to find 7 items....no one to help. Stater will be out of business in less than 5 years. At Walmart you can see what grocery items are available on their app-which isle, and if it is available with pictures..You can go to any WalMart in the world and see if they have what you need and WHERE it is located.. .and what is with the skull hammering music that they afront you with....items are also overpriced.

Friendly and helpful staff, not always your typical upscale supermarket, downplays to it customer base I suppose, not impressed with the deli section cuz too many customers and too little staff, otherwise I always enjoy my shopping experiences!

I went to Chase bank inside Stater Bros. Cozy little service that is fast and very convenient when shopping groceries.

They open at 6am until 11pmI went in today at 7 and the cashier Michelle a I think her name was, was extremely nice and friendly . There is a chase ATM in here too.

Ive never had a problem going here until I had a simple question about if they sell dough. When I called the first time the lady answered my question right away and said yes we do sell it and told me the price was $1.59, no problem at all. Then when I had sent someone to go pick it up the people working in the bakery department had acted as if they had no idea what I was talking about and sent my girlfriend to the wrong area to buy the dough and gave her the more expensive one. Then I had to call and ask again and after talking to three different people and explaining the story three times we finally got what we actually came there for. But of purse the price was different. Such a simple question but yet they seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. Not to mention my girlfriend overheard the conversation they were having behind the counter not knowing she was listening. What a stupid situation over something as simple as dough.

Staters brothers sells a lot of rotten expensive vegetables, their expensive vegetables, potatoes ect shelf life is about two days after buying them! Im not impressed with this store at all!
