Excellent service. We have 3 units with this company and Christina is the best! I appreciate her attention to detail like opening our storage lock for us before leaving inside the unit. This facility is absolutely fantastic. It is well-kept, clean, and trustworthy. Stephen helped us throughout our move. He is thorough AND efficient which makes things go by a lot easier! Everything was transparent as he explained the process as we went on. I had so much to worry about during my moving process, but renting a storage unit through Stephan at Extra Space was not one of them. I have had only a great experience at this facility.

Should managers be allowed to treat customers like this...?...The woman who runs extra space in lake Elsinore near main Street, (Christine) she is aweful. Unless youve life all together that is. But for anybody who is struggling or stressed, and doesnt look like they have it all together.. I do not recommend to utilize this place because she will make you feel like less of a person. I never did anything wrong to this lady, we were on a first name basis, Ive made all my payments on time, Ive recommend friends and then one day she just snapped on me and started asking me personal hurtful questions which were intended to shame me and my life. you see I currently live out of my car, and I do occasionally sit in my vehicle and cry. Which is what I was doing the day that she came and started pestering me. Asking whats going on with you, are you sleeping in this thing?which is none of her business as long as Im not doing it in her business... But I didnt say that. I just told her I wasnt sleeping in the storage area . she gave me a disgusted look and absolutely ruined any motivation I was going to have that day.This last occurance happened late after I missed the gate time by two minutes. First time Ive ever done this, mind you...anyway its Literally 10:02 when I try to exit.I waited till 1130 to be released and when I did christine treated me like I was a misbehaved child by, talking to me angrily and shaming me. I try to defend myself by telling her Im no less of a person than she is, We are equals and I dont appreciate being treated as anything other than that. She immediately came back with we are not equals and told me I was less than her because she follows the rules and I apparently dont. I told her I do follow the rules and people make mistakes all the time.But she turned her nose up at me and hasnt given me the time of day since

Wonderful staff and deals. I was in a bad situation and the lady on the phone was eager to assist and got me the best deal they could offer. Then when we arrived at this location the manager also followed through with excellent customer service. When we were going through the gate there was a car waiting on the side to get in and instead of just watching if that car was planning on following me after the gate was opened, she approached the vehicle and made sure they were actually customers with a current unit. It’s nice to know the management staff is constantly paying attention and not just allowing anybody in.

This was such a simple process! The management is amazing and the property is very well cared for. Let’s not mention the best access control ever! I highly recommend this storage facility!

Beware: Went by unit to get something out only to find that someone had already been in and helped themselves. Stole an expensive bike and cut open all my boxes. Funny thing is they locked unit up after they got done.

Needed a last minute unit and found one online! Christina was incredibly helpful and made the experience quick and easy. This storage yard was well maintained and very clean compared to other places I’ve rented units from. I feel very safe leaving my things there.

These people are super nice and their facility is super clean. I recently made arrangements to store our stuff there and Christina helped us get everything all set. At the last minute we had to back out and she was super nice and accommodating (when she didnt have to be) and even though we were paid and signed up they voided our transaction and let us out of the agreement. If I ever do need storage Ill use this storage place.

We did the lease over the phone. The space and property were well maintained and the manager Christina was very informative and helpful. She showed us where the space was, got us a cart and we couldnt be happier with our decision.

We had this storage for a while with insurance. Payed so much to have it. One day, rats ate away our couch, baby things, dressers, and other things inside the storage. We werent the only customers complaining about it either. Just one of the first. When we confronted it with our insurance, they didnt want to do anything. Said it wasnt covered yet refunded other customers the same situation and we noticed its now covered after our incident. It really felt like they just didnt want to refund us because we rented out the bigger storage so it wouldve been more money to refund and they didnt want that?We keep the place because we needed the storage and didnt have anywhere else to put it (Yet. Shouldve looked and moved 😒). We let the rat incident go just cuz it was just a few minor things. So we had our monthly payment schedule and one month (May), we were told we had til the 13th to pay our storage. On the 10th, we called saying we wanted to pay it early and if it was ok to do that process. Now on the 9th it was raining hard. Not that little drizzle stuff. While we were trying to get our monthly payment done, the lady tell us that our stuff had been scheduled for a storage sale on the 9th!!! The day it was raining!! Supposably, all of our stuff has been sold to pay our monthly payment that we havent missed at all. Then said there was nothing they could do. We had a big storage with a lot of things, heavy and unheavy. Im pretty sure no one could move all that stuff in one day while it was pouring rain. 😡😡 We lost so many things but they things we missed the most were the memorable things we cant get back like pictures and old videos of me and brothers growing up, stuff from family members that are no longer with us...Either rehire the entire staff to people that actually care about their jobs correctly with a better system, or just shut this place down. People shouldnt have to lose their priceless things, entrusted to strangers to keep safe, just for it to be sold without consent. That is messed up and cruel. Never had we ever had a worse storage service than this one we decided to entrust regrettably.[For our memories 2019]

Cristina was very helpful on the phone and in person. The unit we are renting is small but holds a lot of things. Its the perfect size for us. We love the easy accsses we have to our unit even at night. It works with our schedule. We can easily drop off boxes after work most nights.

I just cant say enough about the quality of service we receive at the Extra Space Storage facility, located at 18791 Collier Ave in Lake Elsinore, CA. We have had a storage unit there for several years. It came time to down-size to a smaller unit and the Manager, Christina was just awesome! She went out of her way to help us find the size unit we needed and she got us a great price. She saved us a good amount of money and even gave us a driving tour of the facility in their golf cart. We were impressed by the level of security and cleanliness of the facility, If you need a storage unit I highly recommend that you go see Christina. She is very friendly while at the same time very professional. She will let you know your business in appreciated. She knows her stuff and really goes the extra mile to make sure you feel confident that your valuable property is safe and secure.

I am a prior customer returning short term for a storage space. This facility is GREAT, the customer service provided by Stephen is EXCELLENT, and the access hours are generous. The storage units stay cooler than at other facilities in the area because they are inside a building and the sun isn’t beating on the external door to your unit. My past complaint (and why left in the past) had to do with the head corporation because little by little over time they will give you notice that they are raising the rate of your rental unit. In anticipation of that happening again we are renting short term while we make other arrangements in the near future.

In comparison, Extra Storage Space has everything a woman could ask for in a home for her possessions: the best rates, access hours, security system, and a well-maintained facility.Bob, the rep who signed me in, was super friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this facility for anyone who is shopping around for their ideal storage unit.

My dad needed to change his access code as well as the persons allowed access to his storage unit at another location 45+ miles away. We were told he could do this at any Extra Space Storage facility. This was convenient as my dads health is quite frail. The LE office was very clean. Stephen, the Office Manager, was helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to make the necessary changes to my dads account in a timely manner. He was accommodating and kind to my dad. Stephen also told my dad he was eligible for the senior discount and signed him up. I wish my dad had been offered that a year ago as he is on a fixed income. Next time we will be sure to ask. I appreciated Stephens outstanding professionalism and customer service.

Ive had a unit at this location for over a year. The staff have always been more than helpful everytime I needed assistance. They have even called to let me know my unit lock had been left open and closed it for me no more than an hour after I had left. Christina is the new manager and on one of her first days I felt really bad making her cut my lock for a moveout (her third one today), but she had no problem and happily took care of it. She even offered to sweep my unit for me when I left. Im sure she will maintain the same standards that I have grown to rely on at Extra Space Elsinore.

Good clean place but not very accommodating and if you need to go to the restroom you wont find one. Price is pretty extraordinary high for what you get. People at the front are not very pleasant to deal with either. And get in get out and give me my money kind of attitude. And they will raise your rent whenever they feel like it. Dont stay long trust me youll end up paying thousands of dollars.

Found them on google. Got help with quotes no problem.Checked in with Dave Sparks who was very thorough with his explanation of the unit and the facilities. The place is top notch - super secure (Dave lives there), good access hours, super clean, new, all metal (no termites to worry about).The rental process was easy and the unit was ready to go.SO. Move in day crisis - we needed more room!There were potential problems with my rental of the existing unit, and getting the rate quoted to me on the new bigger unit, but Dave said on the phone to me no problem - Ill charge you the difference and take care of it Dave was on it, and gave me a new, bigger unit with no issues.I showed up ten minutes later with my baby and my stress and he was so understanding and fast and HELPFUL. New unit was ready to go in less than five minutes.He even let us sit in his air conditioned office (it was a 100 degree day) for like an hour while we waited for my crew to arrive with the stuff.Dave opened up the gate for the 5 cars coming through, then he went out and he delivered the lock to the crew and some hand trucks and was so helpful.
