My name is Maria i have 2 ebikes i had purchased and one of them had a flat tire, i bought the inner tube from this shop and my husband insisted he will change it well while doing that he disconnects the cable and the scooter stop working i took my other scooter to get also a flat fix and the guys was so nice he willingly took a look at the broken one and was able to figure the cable was disconnected and he fixed I cant say thank you enough he has saved my life after going crazy trying to figure out what was wrong at home i will never let my husband do any fix on our bikes or ebikes i will go to this shop 100% thank you thank you and thank you

I purchased a bike here and was very happy with the bike and service. After less than a month and a handful of quick rides the bike stopped shifting properly and the chain kept coming off. I understand that things happen but when I called to explain the situation I was met with a bit of a rude condescending attitude and told it was totally normal for a bike to need to be serviced after less than 20 miles of rides. The conversation left me unsettled and I will be finding another shop to service my bike. Very disappointed.

I just moved up to Lake Worth from Delray Beach and needed a new bike shop. I stumbled on Relentless Bicycles by pure chance and I have to say Im very glad I did. The owner and his mechanic are very personable and down to earth. They were extremely patient with me and didnt try to sell me on anything at all. They were very transparent and upfront about repair costs as well as the purchase of a (new to me) Cannondale road bike. I firmly believe I bought the best bike Ive ever had for significantly less than I have seen anywhere else... I highly recommend them to anyone from novice to expert.

My husband and I wanted to get bikes to get out more with the pandemic happening. We went downtown to Relentless Bicycles and at first we weren’t sure if we were definitely going to get a bike, but the staff was ridiculously helpful and generous with their time. We bought 2 bicycles and they helped us get setup with the right heights and even show us the right way to get on and off (super helpful!).I highly recommend coming here if you’re even slightly interested in getting a bike.

Cheapest rental bikes around, very approachable and unassuming staff. No nonsense and unpretentious, but has all the goods you need. I paid 25 bucks to rent a great bike for a day and their weekly price was 75! Way below all others I talked to.

By bicycle was in bad shape. Worst case scenario, new tires and tubes. Owner was pleasant, informed me all that was needed were tubes. He was kind enough to help me secure the bike in my car and tied the latch neatly, off I went. Today is great day to zip around my neighborhood. Noticed this store a few weeks ago on my annual December trip to lake worth . The decals on the windows led me to believe they had experience dealing with high end bikes I inquired about them to a Boca raton cycling rider and she gave them a glowing review . I was experiencing shifting issues with my bike so I gave them a try . They did a free quick fix but warned me the issue might lie in my internal shifting cable . Sure enough they were spot onI brought the bike back they diagnosed and repaired it quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable cost . These guys know their stuff

I stopped into Relentless Cycles on two occasions at the end of February, 2018 while training for a cycling event during my vacation. On my first visit, Mike let me know that his shop didnt carry the cleat covers I needed. He shared that the manufacturer went to online only. We engaged in a short conversation about bicycles in general. I knew right then that Mike is a top notch cyclist and tech. I returned to Relentless Cycles about a week later for a quick tuneup just before the MS Breakaway to Key Largo. Mike diagnosed all of the issues I was having in under ten minutes. The previous shop I took it to was simply baffled by the shifting issues, but Mike nailed it. He resolved the problems quickly and his shop rates are very reasonable. As a traveling cyclist in town from Seattle, I can tell you how important it is to have access to a reliable and knowledgable shop. That would DEFINITELY be Relentless Cycles. I saw their staff helping other customers with new bike sales and repairs. They were also very knowledgable and professional. I would recommend them to anyone, for any cycling needs.

Serviced my bike - fast and for a good price.

Since I am a visitor to U.S. and do not like to rent a car abroad, the most comfortable variant to look around was to rent a bike. A friendly guy in the Relentless answered all questions. I quickly rented this nice and light bicycle, which I keep on balcony in hotel. Ive took it for a week, even though have to return bike in 5 days - its much cheaper than per day. Thanks to it, Ive visited West Palm Beach and other places in range of up to 6-8 miles from Lake Worth. Healthy vacation! ;)

We were looking to rent bikes with my boyfriend, near the intercoastal. We found this little shop by accident, and it was a better experience then we imagined !! 30$ for two bikes in really good conditions, and for half the day. Other places rent one bike 40$ for three hours or so, wich is way too expensive for our taste. We were also really pleased by the shop and the personal was super nice and welcoming. We had a wonderfull day at Lake Worth and big part of it is due to the nice attitude and service at Relentless bike !! Thank again guys 😁

I called countless bike shops prior to buying my bike to see why I should buy from them. Mike offers great deals on new bikes and has a great deal on labor as the bike needs it! Be sure to ask him for the details. I have visited all of the WPB shops, including shops north as far as Jupiter, West into Wellington and South down to Delray. They all have their pros and cons but I must say the Relentless is the most approachable and you are guaranteed to speak with someone who knows what they are talking about. Like when I didnt tighten down my pedal properly and rode the bike I stripping the threads on an Ultegra crank arm. Most shops would say Ill order a new one thatll be $80+ labor and a week to get the part. Mike Heli-coiled mine same day for 20 bucks! Amazing. Took my bike to another shop and they messed up my hydraulic brake and bent my rotor told me I needed to replaced the rotor. Promptly left and brought it to Mike, he was able to true the rotor, bleed the brakes back to perfect.Do yourself a favor and buy bikes here and bring bikes here. Everywhere else Ive been does not compare
