Did not have wiper blades or engine air filter. Prices outrageous. Nearly $800 to do an oil change and flush some fluids. Service salesman polite & waiting area good.

Ray was very attentive and kind and helpful, he got my car in quick and was very resourceful in assessing my needs, on top of that my car was ready very much earlier than anticipated. Couldnt be more impressed. Thank you Ray and Regal. You guys are awesome.

According to all the experts at the dealership, the problem is a bad battery which Acura will not replace unless it fails so sort of test which it did not fail. So basically, we had a problem which made the car stall in the middle of a highway and Acura refuses to fix it and tells us to just pray that it does not happen again!!!!

I came in for an oil change and to have my inside trunk release fixed.I had an 7am appointment and did not leave until 9:30 am.I asked about 8:30 what was taking so long and I was told my guys dont start until 7:30 and my reply was why was I given a 7am appointment. I was so disappointed that it took so long and I was not told the truth.The service advisor had no idea why the trunk release was not working when all he had to do was keep his finger on release for a few seconds.I will never return for and maintenence on my car.

We recently used Regal to buy a used car. From the beginning to end they were very professional and courteous. I was expecting the typical used car dealership and was very pleasantly surprised. The salesperson Mallory was exceptional. She was knowledgeable and helpful and was great to work with. I would recommend this dealership and particularly Mallory to anyone looking for a high quality car at a reasonable price.

My wife was told if she didn’t buy a $600 service package our warranty would be voided. She was called sweety and hun and talked down to. I left a message for the manager. My call was not returned so I contacted Honda. My Acura lease is up in June and for the first time in 25 years I won’t be buying a Honda or Acrua.

Staff is friendly as always. I live in Tampa, and made the drive to Lakeland to buy my Acura because it was the best price and service. I continue driving out for service because its been a very good experience. Earlier this week I came out for a routine service. I learned now that the price for an oil change has increased (these things happen, I understand), AND the interior vacuuming has been eliminated as a courtesy item. In other words, more for less. On another matter, my previous visit for a more extensive service prompted me to respond to that survey, where I shared some detailed information about my displeasure on the service pricing for the items I had performed. I expected that with my thoughtful and detailed comments I might have received some sort of communication from Regal. That never came. So, I suppose I should conclude that this email comment will also go unanswered. I will then be left wondering if its still worthwhile to make the drive for service, for my next auto purchase, or to share with friends and family about my experience with Regal. Lets see.

Problem was eventually solved, but not without hiccups. Communication is pretty bad. Literally every time someone was supposed to call and follow up when my part arrived, I received no call at all.I received a check up and no one could articulate inspection report. My experience was frustrating and I was rather disappointed.
