Everything was fine. At the window the agent took the keys and explained the financial breakdown and the time frame. The repair technician explained what will be and how long it will take. At the end the technician explained the warranty and what they did . The place is clean Offer coffee and water. Just need some high tables to use when working on laptop
Do not use this location! The technician dropped class inside of my rear hatch damaging my hatch and latch to the point it stopped working before he even left my house after installing. He told me that me he knew he was at fault and to take it to the dealership to be fixed and Safelite will cover the cost. $1,000 in damage later, the dealership and I cannot get anyone to answer including the store manager’s direct line. I have called customer service and left voicemails with the manager directly and no response. The technician also left glass all over my garage floor that we spent hours cleaning after he left.

The safelite office was very helpful. The window looks good. Perhaps the installer needed some time off, was on his phone the whole time putting in window.
Appointment required but time not met. No reason or apology from staff for delay. Pushed for new windshield wipers when not needed. Technician apologized and was to tell manager of delay and communication issue. Work on chip was done.
Had appointment between 8am and 12noon had a call at 11:36 stating he has to go back to the shop to replace one of is equipment and will be to me by 1230p I informed him I had to pick up my kids from school at 2p and he said no problem he will be done! Here its 1p and no call or no show so I called and spoke to a rude customer service representative who put me on hold to come back and state he is still working on the car before me I explained how he has a car in front of me when he stated at 1136a he was going to shop pick up equipment and come to me that makes no sense because if that was the case how and why would he think he could do all that and make to me in less then an hour. She then gets rude and nasty telling me I heard wrong but If I did why did he tell her the same thing that he will be to me by 1230p.! Very unprofessional and rude on both ends!! Never again
Wait time for getting my windshield fixed was 2 weeks. First appointment didnt have the part need. Second appointment 1 and 1/2 hours and then a new window. The new window is great and love the premium wipers. The guys did a great job and even put my oil change sticker back on. ***It is important to call and make sure they have all the parts in stock before your appointment. ***

Tried calling to ask questions about windshield molding. Could not get anyone to answer a phone. They kept directing me to their website. Finally I went to the website and put in my info and still did not get a call back. I ended up having to use a different glass company. K&K glass answered my call and sent a technician out to my home to fix my car. I understand times are different with the pandemic but customer service should not be an issue and return calls and or send emails. I do not recommend this company
Stay away from safelite windshields, poor quality. I got 2 windshields within a week for 2 different vehicles, one of the windshields cracked for no reason, they wanted me to buy another one from them. They said after installation there is no warranty on the windshields.

My husband called them to replace my cracked windshield. The first time they came out they brought a windshield that was cracked. Came back the next week installed a windshield that was scratched. On top of that now none of my inside lights work. Still waiting on a call back from them. If I dont hear back soon Im calling a lawyer. Worst glass company ever. RUN!!!

Had appointment booked at 2 pm. They got me in at 1 pm which was excellent. Customer service was amazing. Unfortunately, they ordered the wrong windshield. I wasted 2.5 hrs of waiting (driving including) and also gas. Contacted Safelite to inform of what happened as this is not good for customers and was promised a call back. Guess what, no call back.
Yesterday, I walked outside to get in my truck to run tax papers to accountant and saw a long crack in my windshield ( how or when is a mystery) I contacted my insurance company and they suggested I take it to Safelite... I was able to make appointment on Progressive’s website...... So very easy!Today I took my truck in ( not knowing what to expect) and was I ever surprised and pleased with the professional manner the whole process exhibited by all the staff. All COVID requirements were adhered too in a manner that still made each customer feel appreciated! Workmanship was outstanding, I can not say enough good things about this facility and staff. This team made a tedious task simple! I highly recommend this group of professionals.

Truthfully and honest my glass was leaking for over eight months after they replace the window my car got mold behind the dashboard all the way down to underneath the seat I did most of the labor taken out seats and carpet all they did was clean the carpet and left the carpet installation behind the dashboard full of mold and gave it back to me I am completely upset. I am assuming they gave me back my car to drive around with mold
I will not be using your services again . I had my windshield replaced and not 6 days later there was a crack in the windshield. I dont care what your tech says about getting dingged by something that is not customer service. The crack started at the bottom edge where you can see the glue. Money down the drain and you think you should get another transaction from me for a windshield that hasnt been installed for a week??? You are out of your mind. When you cant stand by your product for at minimum of a week and have specifically online only service, safe to say they dont give a rip about their customers.

I wanted to leave a positive review, but not only did they install the wrong glass. Which I have confirmed through Carvana and Silver rock Auto both that a Ford Factory Soundscreen was to be installed, fast. They got that wrong, and refuse to call the Warranty provider about their incompetency. Next they refused to clean the vehicle properly and left glass shards, glue, and debris in the vents of my A/C. For the record I was shot in the eye on the way home. No, I did not receive medical treatment as I was taught early on to use your eyes natural defenses. I took the wheel with one hand, held my eye open with the other and pulled over. I exited the vehicle, and let my eye water. I removed a glass shard! I know without permanent injury you cant sue anybody. Hence my review to prevent you from consuming anything through carless acts of practice. I really dont care as well if anyone believes me, but my family saw the redness of my eye all evening, and the pictures I am adding show the pathetic workmanship that went into our 2017 (so much glass and debris).Finally, I call yesterday to report the issue and they claim theyre forwarding it to someone in management. Its now 1 p.m. and I have heard zip. Get this, now their phone system is forcing me to online appointments due to COVID. I just called yesterday, and today theyve switched to email or text notification. How convenient! Stay away from Safelite as they now use Fuyao auto glass which costs half of what theyre charging at, and is by far lesser quality than OEM glass. Again, both the vehicle seller (Carvana) and warranty company (Silver Rock) showed me they have the notes we requested Ford Factory. Insult to near permanent injury...

Not happy with the repair from Safelite in Lakeland Florida. Had a very tiny nick in the windshield.Safelite repaired this tiny nick today and I can see where the repair is as that area is now a hazy white spec on my windshield BUT what I am upset about is that within this hazy white repair area is a black line that I thought was a short piece of black hair that somehow was incorporated (by accident of course) to the repair job.I pointed it out to the manager and a Tech and they said “it’s not hair, sorry but that black line in the repaired area of the glass is PART OF THE REPAIR”. WHAT.??!!WHY would a black line be part of a repair job of a glass windshield?? They both acted like it was no big dealI called Safelite main line to register a complaint and was put on hold several times and then transferred to someone’s voicemail and then I was disconnected.I also found out after the fact the Lifetime warranty on their work does NOT apply to the repair they did on my Tacoma truck windshield.AND WHY would a black line be acceptable as part of a windshield repair?? Windshields do NOT have black lines embedded into the glass. Why would a glass repair ever have a black line in the repair job??
It pains me to give a negative review to any business. However, I dropped my car off at 9am for the windshield to be replaced. I was told it would be ready before close, so I arrived at 4:45pm to be there expecting to wait a few minutes in case they were running behind. I didnt end up receiving my car until 5:45. Customer service was excellent, every person I spoke to was very kind, and helpful.In conclusion, if you cant get the windshields replaced on time, please dont schedule more than you can handle. I would have rather schedule for another day instead of waiting for an hour past when I was told it would be completed.
The survey is solely based on the professionalism of the shop. Especially the manager of the location Scott. I had an appointment that was booked a week ago for a windshield to be replaced on my 2021 Kia. Day of the tech tells me that they only have aftermarket glass and didn’t order the Kia windshield and also didn’t have the rubber molding to correctly match the way the car originally looked. I was told that I could still install it but it wouldn’t look the same. Why would anybody in their right mind not want something done the right way and a 2021 vehicle.The location lacks professionalism and were given 10 days to get these parts and showed up with excuses and to cut corners. Scott should learn how to manage his business better and get the techs the proper tools they need to satisfy the customer. Geico was informed of this cut corner tactic and unprofessionalism.

The first visit they had a defective glass. They scheduled for another day. The second visit, the glass has a defect that makes a portion of the glass magnified from a distance. Tried calling them with no luck!
After picking up my vehicle my radio no longer works. I was told that it is my responsibility to replace it. Management is very rude only gave one star because there was no option for zero stars

Poor job, I brought in my car to replace the glass they put the wrong one on. My car would not take the programming of the system. So they told me that I would need to take it like that and they would call me for a appointment when the part came in. A month later Im still trying to get my car fix my safety features dont work on the car and I been to 2 appointment already so they can tell me that they dont have the part their yet. How long does it take to get a part.

First of all the technician arrived 1 hr. and 30 mins. late! After a while he notified me that in the process of changing the windshield of my vehicle. He could break another part on my vehicle! I asked and what would you do if you break it, and I was told it stays like that. I called management and I asked what kind of company comes out to repair a part and leaves another part broken! But, I was told the same thing by management! Unbelievable!! So we just opted to have them not do the repair! I do not recommend this company! AWFUL, AWFUL SERVICE!! Safelite auto glass are very dishonest, I brought my car with the original windshield, it had a small chip (about the size of a dime). They told me they couldnt fix it that it should be replace it.I used my insurance company and they replaced the original windshield (Toyota) with an aftermarket (very poor quality), a month and a half later it was broken again with a chip similar to the previous one. I came back for the guarantee and they told me that I should call my insurance company again, I asked them if they could repair it and they said YES if you paid for it.Why they did not repair the original one? obviously because of the $ 570 they charge to the insurance company.

During the repair of my 2019 F250 windshield, the crack was larger in size, technician didnt say anything about it when he returned my keys. I had to call and schedule another appointment at this time the windshield was cut with a razor knife upon insertion, again nothing said about it. Last, 3rd time, second replacement 3rd appointment - wrong windshield installed, wiper sensor not recognizing rain on the windshield. Took truck to ford to determine that the wrong windshield was inserted. Now unable to get a hold of them over the phone, so I guess I will paying them a visit in person...

I took my car to Safelite today and everything was great! Frank was my technician and he did a wonderful job. He was polite and very professional. I was in and out in about an hour, my car was vacuumed and the windows cleaned. I was also able to complete some work on my laptop in the waiting area because they have WiFi there. The waiting area is clean and comfortable with chilled mini water bottles. Great experience! Thank you!
I recently had to have my windshield replaced due to damage. I called and the customer service associate named Sheena was able to get me an apointment within 3 days. The technician named Harold came to my job and had it fixed in no time. Safelite has been such a blessing from start to finish! I wish all my interactions with corporations were this fluid and efficient. These guys did a great job and they did it quickly. I set the entire appointment up online, and dropped my Jeep off at their location to leave it with them. They had it done quickly. They took care of all the insurance paperwork and billing. The cost to me was $0. I would definitely recommend this company to people looking for a quality windshield replacement and solid customer service.

I’ve replaced my windshield last week and I don’t recommend this store, they messed up the molding and when I went back to ask them for a repair the assigned technician said he can’t do nothing and they are not responsible for any water or air leak damages after all the BS I called the insurance company and told them what exactly happened and they book me appointment at another location next week
Short story -- Poor customer service from Justin at front desk- Had to schedule an additional appointment at Honda dealership to reset a tire pressure light that should/could have been done here at safelite.- Couldnt use any camera related features until this light was off.- Staff didnt seem to care- Could have been an easy situation, just became terrible customer service at the end of the job.LONG STORYGeico scheduled me to come to safelite, I informed both Geico and when I called safelite told them that my low pressure light indicator was on, it had just had a plug done and the pressure in the tires were good, but the light was on because the shop forgot to reset it, I informed both safelite and geico of this and was told it wouldnt be a issue and would be reset when they calibrated the camera. (I should mention that until this light indicator goes away you cant use any of the features the Honda CRV camera gives you while its on)When I came in on friday customers were waiting for a good period of time for someone or anyone to be in the front area office to assist but they were all in the shop talking. Before picking up the car I asked if the vehicle had been recalibrated and checked that the camera and all its features were good and ready to be used and everything was cleared.I was told yes. Got there and again several customers were waiting in the waiting room with no one at the front desk, to the point where a large gentleman had to open the door from the waiting room to the shop room to call on as he put it anyone to come help because they were all just talking out there he said. This happened when I first walked in.When getting the car back, the light was still on which means the camera and its features are unusable until that was cleared.I asked Justin could the clear it? He said you should be able to use everything, I informed him that you cant use the cameras features while that light is still on, and I would like to leave with a fully functioning car, if he couldnt do it because only a shop could, let me know. But instead he became defensive and argumentative.He would also not offer any solution to the issue, all I needed to know was could they clear the issue of the tire light indicator or not, the pressure was fine in the tires. Also when I asked if they checked if all the camera features were ready and able to be used before I got there he told me they were, but no one could have checked that if the light was on, they could only tell if the computer gave a thumbs up on the camera being recalibrated.When Justin asked one of the techs, he said they had several Honda CRVs in, but do you remember the one with the tire light on? shop worker says yes I remember the one with the Tire low pressure light on... Which means he and the shop workers where aware of it and didnt attempt to clear or do anything about it.Again tried to find out if they could clear it there or if that wasnt possible with their tech, instead of a straight answer Justin became defensive and argumentative.

You wont regret it...Originally I was planning on hiring a local to me here in Lakeland, family own windshield repair company that i had come by twice before years piror.Once they learned that they would be billing me and not my insurance company on my 34 year Chevy they became disinterested and never returned my calls. So Safelite it is, and the best for my truck and my purse it was!Because of the complexity of the repair my original at home appointment had to be rescheduled to be in the shop were they also had the extra crew and experienced individuals with my vechicle type to help out. It was done in time and on budget.Professional Auto Glass just lost my business!
I scheduled a repair through my insurance company. On the day of the appointment I received a email at the tail end of my appointment time stating my appointment was canceled. I reached out to my insurance company and it was stated that my appointment was canceled because there was not a phone number to reach me for my appointment.This is completely untrue as my information from my insurance company has all the details. I took the day off to make sure I was home to have the repair done and now it was a waste. I feel this is very unprofessional of a company to cancel the appointment as my information was provided along with my phone number. Completely dissatisfied and I will make sure my insurance company does not do business with them.

They replaced my windshield but not before they tore the lining on the drivers side. they did replace what they destroyed but had they not riped the wires down while removing the broken windshield they could have prevented it. I thought coming to their location they would do a better job.On my sons vehicle I had them come to the house. I understand the elements and the heat but it was a sloppy job. I called them because my insurance company recommends them and I wanted to give them a second chance. I can honestly say I probably wont be calling them again. I expect perfection because when I am at work people expect perfection from me.
Recently I took my car to change my windshield with Lakeland satélite but, they did a mediocre job! They did not do a good job, the gasket in my windshield is damaged, the inside of the car has rattling sound and also my car has a small scratch. I don’t know, but for 830 dollar that my insurance paid. I should have gotten better service.
First the organization is very professional and easy to talk to. I had an appointment and unlike the doctors office they are on time. The waiting room is very clean, there is wifi and a television. There is also a big window to watch the progress. I have an older truck with a leak issue. I thought it was the windshield. The manager explained why they didnt think that was the case and as a result I did not get a windshield replaced. It is very interesting because a lot of places would have replaced it and charged me and couldnt care less. These people really seem to care about their work and their customers. They recommended a different business that would solve my problem. If I ever do need a windshield I wont hesitate to call these people !
