Overall I had a good experience with them and would definitely recommend them. The glass they installed turned out beautiful. Im attaching a photo of our finished shower enclosure.The only reason I didnt give a 5 star review is because my glass was cut wrong by the manufacturer, and no-one at the company measured it when it got to their warehouse, so it sat there several days before the install for them to bring it to my house and find the problem on-site, which forced them to have to re-order it.To their credit, they did correct the issue with no charge to me and got the manufacturer to expedite the replacement so it only took a few more days to get it all fixed. With that said, I still feel like they could have been proactive with checking it thoroughly when they received it instead of waiting until it was on-site and avoided the unnecessary delays.

This past and prior experiences with southern glass have been mediocre, this one was much worse. I brought in a template for the arch of my glass, everything was labeled and drawn to my expectations. I said the glass doesnt have to be perfect I will make the frame fit the glass. Before I left I said is there anything else you need from me, answer was no. A week and a day later I get contacted and they still dont have my glass cut. I go back in, I didnt change anything on the template just spoke with a different employee and he knew exactly what I meant and basically re-read what I wrote on the template. It was a simple task. I would say after not even cutting my glass I would have been offered a special Rush on my glass or a discount for time lost. What I got was an attitude like it was my fault that I cant read a simple template and instructions, that I was being confusing. Then I go to get my deposit back and instead of giving it to me to cash because I put it on a debit card which you can give back cash, she runs it through as credit so its not going to take a good 5 days to get my money back. I went to CUSTOM GLASS on Rose Street with the templates they said Ill have that to you by tomorrow. Sorry southern glass also you need to tell her rain glass is not frosted glass, frosted glass is frosted glass we had an argument about that as well.

Two and a half men paid this class company to install a glass in my table.The first time they install the glass it was too small and fell through the hole.The second time they installed the glass it was too big and will not fit in the hole of my table.Ive asked them to look at it and to verify this.they will not look at it and will not assume no responsibility of their workmanship they put it off on two and a half men saying that its their customer..Two and a half men looked at this table and said its its over cut and does not fit..so I am a customer who paid two and a half men to move his furniture and they broke a table and they will not make good on their contract they sent it over to this glass company and they cannot cut a simple glass and install it and they refuse to look at it.To look at something is free but they know if they look at it they will see its not right and they do not want to admit to their mistakes..Because they will not admit to their mistakes and they leave a customer out in the cold they do not care about their customer at all whatsoever I would not do any business with these people Youve got a lot of other business out there that gives better customer service and workmanship than thisOh in two and a half men in Lakeland, In their contract they said if they cant replace it they would give you money back well obviously my table is broken and they left me out in the cold too I would not do business with two and a half men movers in Lakeland Florida

I got to meet the folks at Southern Glass Products the other day and these are great people. There are very friendly and easy to work with. Good people.
