Used to love coming here since it’s close to our house. Now they have nothing to offer. Manager seems cool and friendly but there’s clearly something going on behind the scenes that they can’t keep employees for longer than a few weeks. Looks like they stayed long enough for that $500 hiring bonus and ran away.

I love the consistency that Wawa always has. Always a great clean place to get gas with good food to boot. Stopped in for a quick supercharge at the Tesla supercharger station. 7 stalls here with easy access to Wawas bathrooms and food along with outdoor tables that are available.

Its my local Wawa and I stop often as they offer food in the middle of the night. Service is comparable with other Wawa gas stations. Coffee is always fresh. Thumbs up on this one.My concern is with the cleanliness of the place. I looked up last night and the ceiling was, well not orange or brown but getting there. Dark yellow above the cooking area in the middle. Short of cobwebs hanging from the ceiling it looked dirty. Tiles around the air vents are black with dust. I mean change the filters once in a while. Restrooms were okay.I loved Wawa when they started opening stores in Florida but please, people eat there. Clean the place so it looks like it used to be. A shining star compared to other gas stations. Nowadays - another neglected gas station looking like a 7 Eleven or one of those tiny Mobil marts from 20 years ago.

They have been short staffed for days. The delivery has also been down. Theyre not dependable enough for me to continue to go there. The consistency is also suffering here, every time I go my food or drink is made differently.

I come here every morning. It is close to my house. The store is an absolute wreck every morning. I dont know what the over night manager is doing, but I know what he is not doing. He is not managing the wild wild west! I usually get my coffee and a muffin, on occasion a smoothie. Please explain to why it takes longer to get a smoothie that it does a hamburger at McDonalds!!! The store on bartow rd. and edgewood is much better! See Mr. Dryal he will be glad to take care of you and tell you safe travels!

I like this place its relatively quiet and mostly clean.. I cant say anything about the food here because I dont eat anything from a gas station... but it cant be bad people seem to enjoy it... I highly recommend this place

Made a quick stop off here after eating in the area. I needed to gas up for the trip home, and also wanted to put some air in the tires.There were plenty of pumps and it was easy to find one open. We filled up quickly. The air pump is free, and had about four cars in line for the use of it. It went relatively quickly and they have a large lot so it was easy to be out of the way from traffic while we waited.The air pump worked fine and we were on our way.Overall: A

I love this store its clean its different and the people are pretty nice. But this chicken sandwich i bought there is not up to par LOL 55% bread like i literally went home cooked a chicken breast and made it right haha i wont be buying this at wawa ever again smh.. but the salad is on point! And as far as people leaving bad reviews because of some of the customers smh the heck is wrong with yall...?... thats ridiculous. Every one of the people who left a bad review for wawa because of a customer should be banned from the store pahahaha! Salty af... best move out of polk county and don’t come back. I love stopping at any WAWA every weekend when I go out for fun. I always stop for ⛽ gas in muy car and get my typical Raspberry MONSTER Energy drink, accompanied with my complementary XL cup with ice. They are open 24 hrs a day, making this tipe of service very convenient for everyone. Great job WAWA, I love your business.Sincerely, TONY MORA.

Give me a break! With all the service that wawa provides and cant even provide a changing station for babies. There should be a LAW about that. Be considerate and install them to people who travel around here and spend thier money into your business.

I have gone to this Wawa for years, i have always had a good time but today was just not it. Not only was the woman making the drinks moving slow and taking her sweet time despite the long line, but she let another woman (a customer in a blue shirt) be practically behind the counter WHILE she was scratching her head. I found that highly disgusting. They were also very loud, yelling. But something else that I noticed is that once the worker completed another customera drink, the woman in the blue shirt knocked it over. Instead of making a new drink in a new cup, the worker grabbed the cup that spilled and poured more of the drink in there and handed it to the man!! Very disgusting and not sure I would want to return.

Lets just say I am a happy man. Just bought a 2013 Tesla P85 Model S. Didnt have the proper setup at home yet. They had just finished installing the Tesla supercharger here at the North Lakeland location. Got here and am able to charge. I see seven stalls. Brand new. Im hoping to have a Tesla supercharger in the South Lakeland Wawa. That would be Noice.

By far the most dirty nasty WAWA Ive ever visited. The whole store I couldnt tell you when the last time it was cleaned, wiped down, swept and mopped. Dont get me started on the bathroom. Seriously, pay some one to clean the inside.

Every single time I walk in there I have to stand in a line for at least.10 minutes or longer sometimes because they only have 1 cashier working. The rest of the cashiers are hanging out in the office probably on their phones.

I love this location but lately the trash out side is becoming a problem. I know they are super busy but the amount of litter and trash, a lot of which is plastic is very unappealing and disheartening considering the environmental impact it’s having.

Absolutely the most disgusting Wawa that I have ever seen. Inside and out is littered with trash. This place doesn’t look like it’s cleaned regularly, ever. Truck stops and bathrooms are cleaner than this wawa. This place is so disgusting I wouldn’t even trust the food.

If I could give a negative I honestly would, we drove down from PA, stopped at this wawa for lunch yesterday. My boyfriend got a chicken quesadilla, and I got a blt salad. My boyfriend almost immediately got stomach pain, vomiting and dizziness. The next day everyone in the house hold began to vomit and have severe stomach pain, my chicken was soggy and slimy I threw it out after the first bite. This place gave us a stomach bug smh. I will be calling state inspectors on this place! Never again!!!!

I dont usually leave reviews for gas stations, but this place deserves some recognition. I came in for an after work snack on my long drive home. Decided to get the chicken soup... let me tell you, so delicious, full of chicken, packed with noodles. Honestly one of the best bowls of chicken noodle soup Ive ever had, period. My only regret was not getting the biggest bowl. And the service was top notch, everyone is friendly. They are setting the the bar high here.

I have been to many stores and this was the dirtiest by far. Trash outside and in, sticky floor by sodas, coffee area is messy. I even cleaned the coffee area myself a few times. Very bad representation of a wasa.

Went there this morning, coffee was luke warm at best, which is not the norm here,in fact the med roast I drink, ran out,disappointed, and long line inside made this visit below par for wawa.

Very disappointed. Menu didnt have hot beverages (lattes, expresso, etc) only Coladito. Hoping they include it soon! However, place looks clean and employees are wearing masks which is good!

Slow 15 min wait for food on multiple times

Im from the Midwest where gas station food is the largest of insults in the culinary world. My mind was initially blown when a friend of mine asked if I wanted to get dinner at a gas station! This isnt a gas station that has food, this is a sub and coffee shop that sells gas on the side. Very Nice inside and very friendly staff. Just wish the bathrooms were cleaner.

I grew up in Philly so I grew up going to Wawa and I absolutely love it. And 90% of them are amazing and always surpass my expectations. However, this Wawa is the exception. I went this morning with two of my friends who are vegetarians and they each ordered an egg burrito and in return they got a burrito with ham and eggs that were frozen cold. Food preferences need to be taken seriously and the food quality needs to be re-evaluated.

Wawa is the absolute best! You get quality gas outside and quality food inside. They make fresh sandwiches as well as milk shakes, lattes etc. They have healthy choices as well salads, hummus, fruit. You can get beer & wine here also. Huge selection...clean, well maintained. I go out of my way to come here!

Best gas station on this road! The food is great. I love the Jalapeno Cheese pretzels. Great drink selection. The only suggestion I have is to add some counter space near the drinks for putting on lids and putting in straws.

Seems pretty ridiculous to make a person wait in line to ask for a clerk to unlock the beer cooler.. wait on the clerk to unlock the cooler.. then have to once again wait in line to pay for the beer. Yall need a better system.. Ill skip the convenience of location and buy my beer elsewhere!

They sure know how to run a business. They hire good employees and keep the place running like a well oiled machine. I have no idea where people in the area used to go before they built this wawa a few years ago because the place always has 30 customers in here at any given time

I have been to many gas stations where the bathrooms are gross, was wawa holds a reputation of being the cleanest and nicest place top stop for gas, food, ect. But tonight my visit was awful. Ive seen 7 11 bathrooms cleaner than this on their worst days.

Wawa is the greatest convince store in Florida, their employees are great.Beatrice, Stacy and others make this a great experience.Best sandwiches in Florida. Way better then most traditional subshops.Always lowest gas free water and air AND NO ATM FEE.What else could you want.

We were informed that WaWA no longer sold pretzel. Come to find out, pretzels are now in stock. They are, however, hard and disfavored. So Id give a 3 star but I am kind and appreciate the pretzel

Every Im I get gas here my car moves from 25MPG to 30MPG. U love the clean coffee area. There a bit expensive for the fruit, charge the same price for less then you can get anywhere. Not really a big fan of that. Cost service is wonderful.

I just went today to get my family and I some subs to eat and when I got back home. I opened up my sandwich which had old soggy tomatoes and cold wet soggy spinach that seem to already expire,they didn’t even put the right peppers and those also looked discolored, also all of the other sandwiches had this same issue. One didn’t have mayo on it when I asked for it to be put on. Whoever is working this line today isn’t doing they’re job correctly making sure that all produce is fresh and edible. People can get sick off of this and should always be taken seriously especially that I always looked highly at wawa but now I’m feeling discouraged...smh. 04/24/2019 ordered @1-2pm.

Standard Wawa. However 93 Octane fuel is missing. 91 is the max you can get.The shops were nice. They have a breakfast station which makes nice subs etc.

Other than people hogging pumps and being incosiderate this is a decent Wawa most of the time. I would have rated it higher, but today was a huge disappointment! I always get the Southwest salad. I customize it, but nothing out of the ordinary. I got 2 salads. One was light and had dressing on the side. One was regular and was supposed to have dressing on it.I got all the way home and realized that my salad had no dressing at all, not even on the side. There were also other items left off. The crispy jalepenos and dressing make the salad for me, and I had neither. Please pay attention to what you are doing...instead of socializing. The persons order in front of me was supposed to have three sandwiches, and they tried to give him only two. He had to show his receipt.

Great food. Great Service. Only complaint I have is that all the big white box trucks parked at the gas pumps every morning. Getting gas is a pain sometimes.

To say that this place is a hot mess is literally an UNDERSTATEMENT!! They need to get this place together! Ive been coming here since they built it due to its convenient location but the service is very under par if you ask me. My ID cracked right down the middle so I taped it back together and let me tell ya what,Ive never had more problems over the fact at any other store. Theyve been taking it for months and well I guess all the other workers who have taken it are going against protocol because about 4 days ago I was told by the cashier William that it cannot be accepted as a form of ID. But yet all my previous visits,Ive never had a single issue. I dont know who runs this place but they need to get all the cashiers in sync of what needs to be done. Next time I will just call coporate.... The only good thing I have to say and hince the 2 stars is because of the food. It is always on point for me and my family as well as the free cups of ice they offer.

Free air for your tires! Wawa is the only gas station chain left that I know of that still gives you a free air station. Of course, we also love the sandwiches, generous soda prices and access to Philly favorites like cheesesteaks, pretzels, TastyKakes and Peanut Chews.

I only went to Wawa because of some gift cards received. This Wawa is full of inconsiderate customers who will take up every single pump and use it as a hang out spot. Leaving other customers waiting for a minimum of ten minutes at a time. The customer service is not a problem, but the parking and gas stations are irritating enough for me to never go back here.

Always an issue getting in to get fuel as the zombies abandon their vehicles at the pumps in search for brains in the store. Welcome to the land of the inconsiderate.

Good prices on gas. Often they have specials on gatorade and water etc. Bathrooms are usually filthy! Some tobaccco chewer/PIG spit on top of the urinal at least 2 days ago. Still there. The floor looks lije it hasnt been mopped in days.I like to check bathrooms before buying food that a store handles. I wont eat anything here thats not prepackaged.
