Cynthia is so awesome when it comes to being tech-savy!! There were a couple of times that I needed some help; She was able to save me everytime!!(I was on a time crunch) She was very pleasant and did not mind answering my questions. Im grateful for that!!Jamie displayed great customer-service as well! She was very positive, and helpful to all customers. Greeting every customer with a smile.This is the spot if you need good internet, and have to fill-in forms digitally. 5 Star!!
I love this FedEx! I have never had an unpleasant experience. Most recently Richard helped me. I was returning a product in original packaging. He informed me that the type of box it was may not be able to withstand going through shipping again. He re-boxed my package at no charge. He also informed me of all the types of printing the offer.Great experience with this location! Will definitely return.
Amber is such a sweet girl! I come in a few times a month for prints and she always greets me by my name. Ive had one hiccup when sending a fax but it was quickly resolved.
Just tried to drop off a 4K player to be sent to LG to be repaired under my warranty. A customer service associate wanted to place it in another box to be shipped when the original packaging had the shipping label and it had the original foam surrounding the player. I had clear instructions from LG to leave it in its original packaging with the shipping label on it. After the associate kept trying to push us into putting it into another box ... the store manager wanted to step in and say some snarky comment about how it will be shipped with 14 million other packages. I stopped listening after that and grabbed my package because these store associates at this specific Lakeland store cannot listen to their customers. Do they really think delivery personnel is going to care even MORE when the contents of the package aren’t displayed?! NO! They wouldn’t. Furthermore, if I order this same product anywhere else (Target, Best Buy, etc) it’s going to come in the original packaging with a shipping label. And they are always fine and in working condition based off of past experiences. Not sure what the problem is but you guys should listen more and argue less. Won’t be coming back here and will definitely be notifying corporate ..even if it is “policy”.
The staff here is amazing, especially Elrica. The two times I have seen her she has been nothing but courteous, patient, and smiles with me and the customers before me in line. Her cheerfulness really brightens the atmosphere. Richard is another employee that has been very nice and helpful.
Was looking to print an ebay label. .the computer stations are down...I asked a guy behind the counter. .he pointed to a sign that explains how it can be done.. stood there in the store trying to do it their way.. wasnt working. Asked again for assistance...he seemed programmed to respond with a cursory response and..... youre on your own

The woman pregnant is working at fedEx in Lakeland. I gave her 16 the papers and She faxed 16 papers to send it. One time was not working then it’s starting over again to send it. It’s cost me $31.41 . She did not give me refund my money back. Also she didn’t give me receipt 🧾. She’s nasty .
Every time I need something printed I stop at this location. Anything from a big project or more recently, boarding passes for an upcoming flight. The staff is always extremely helpful and welcoming. Terrell, assisted me during my last visit and went above and beyond. He exemplified what true customer service should be. He deserves a raise !!
Great store, been in there 2xs and had nothing but great awesome customer service. Very polite, & fast reliable service, specially one older gentleman who works there. Dont know his name but hes super nice guy. Definitely well worth dealing with my biz. Ill be returning in the future. Thanks FedEx.
I was in the store on 8-27-19 around 4:45-5:00 pm. After what seemed like an eternity the manager finally asked me about my packages. The manager had an attitude so I decided to leave and take my packages with me. When I tried to pick my packages up the manager put his hands on them to keep me there. This added weight tweaked my back a little. I called fedex Human Resources and left a message. Hopefully someone informs this manager he shouldn’t have physical altercations with customers
UPDATE 8/2018, over my last 3 visits over the past month, substantial service improvement has been achieved at this location. I dont know what changed but the speedy service is a welcome change from previous experiences.2017 and before review: Compared Office Depot, it is about equal on products such as Avery labels. Nothing happens fast here, if you are in a hurry, expect 3 day service for custom printing. Same day service is very rare. Staff is always too small. Phone rings off the hook, staff never answers the phone.
When I got there my order had a few mistakes, something that should have been reviewed prior to me getting there but Jamie went above and beyond to fix my order with a smile. Customer service really is everything. She was friendly and my order came out perfect.
Here now trying to get copy’s no help they on there cell phones talking trying to look cute and I need this copy and just no stars not rating I’m still here ben here for 34 minutes no help nothing lady came talking fast but still here with no help plus I came 30 miles from we’re I live got to go somewhere else
Customer service at this location is outstanding!! Elrica went above and beyond! I had a very complicated order on files I ordered from Etsy and she helped me through it! I was very upset (with Etsy) and she was sooooo patient with the entire issue! She never gave up and got my order completed! I’m sure they’re many associates who would have given up but she didn’t! FedEx is fortunate to have someone like her at the front and face of there business because she truly enjoys what she does and takes pride in her job! Thank you Elrica! You made my babies birthday possible!
Since moving to Lakeland Ive always used Staples for printing needs. After another unprofessional service in December I came over to FedEx and was impressed by their professionalism and quick service. The man who helped me with my laminating project, Mike, was willing to explain options and help me laminate homemade ornaments from my sons first Christmas. I tried to submit a survey from my receipt in December, but the online survey kept kicking me out on my phone. From now on, Ill be going to FedEx for print and laminating services.
I love the staff. Always friendly and very helpful. I receive packages there a couple of times a month. They always offer to carry them to my car. :)
I have used their services periodically for several years. I have always found the staff to always be friendly and helpful.
After attempting to use the self-service copier, waiting for my docs to format, credit card to clear, choosing the options for printing, the system malfunctioned and would not respond. So I stand behind ONE customer for over 15 minutes while the ONLY employee on duty assisted the customer who was mailing God knows how many packages. I wont be back. There are other options in the area, this location is too understaffed for the work load, and the printers dont seem to work either.
Going to an office supply / shipping store should not require a review, however.....The customer service @ this location is less than adequate. There are other options when spending money to ship items. I will never go in the location again. I suggest you go somewhere else too. UPS is across the street, and USPS is only a few miles away....
Said the cost of shipping a stack of paper work to GA would be 40 bucks + tax. I said nevermind and went to the US post office the next morning and it only cost 7 bucks.

Well came back 6+ months later and FedEx is still swiping credit cards. I guess they enjoy making it easy for the hackers. No Apple Pay. No chip credit cards supported.FedEx is stupid.And their free WiFi network sucks.Whenever you’re connected to it you can’t access the internet.I’d avoid FedEx since they can’t do better than that with technology in the 21st century.
Terrell helped me late one night at 10:30PM get my resume bound and shipped off. He was very professional. I found a mistake and later and they went out of their way to fix it for me at no charge. It was a great customer experience.
From out of town and had to get a collage done 30 min before closing for a memorial service the next day. Travis the night shift manager was awesome, had no problem get 44 pics scan and copied and even helped pick out the best paper.
I love this store. Always helpful, friendly and quick too. I use them on aregular basis.

I payed for next day shipping and they delayed my package and said I wasn’t home. I was home..? They should have called me or knocked or something. Kind of frustrating when you pay for next day shipping.

Have been to this location twice within a week. They are amazing and timely with their printing service and are quick to make things right. I work with a law office and with COVID it’s been hard to go back to office to print. Working with appeals court they are specific with the paper and binding they require for briefs. Staff will take their time one and one. And help you create your printing template. Asked for Odessa or Glenn. They are both stupendous with customer service. Will come continue to come here for my large printing needs
