Checkin was efficient. The clerk needed the packing slip from the trailer to check me in. I arrived 45 mins early and they got right on me. You have to slide tandems, chock both tires, wait inside and give your keys to the unloader.

Fast loading!!! Overnight parking by the docks!

Pretty fast unload once they got to me after their office meeting where it looked like they were doing some group exercise. Anyway you have to give up your truck key on top of that you cant be in your truck idk about the rest of you but thats valuable time wasted PM the truck getting paperwork done fixing odd and end things on truck so they take your keys so you cant move but no one step further now you cant be in it GTFOH really anyway quick to unload so not horrible

Took 2 hours to get unloaded and I had to stay out of my truck in a waiting area, but giving 4 stars because the warehouse staff was very friendly and helpful. The couple questions I had they didnt seem to mind answering

They just unloaded 15 pallets off my truck in 14 minutes. Very impressed. 30 minutes from the time I pulled in to the time I left. Alsofrom my personal experience, the people are very polite.

If you are a truck driver avoid this place at all costs. The lady at the front desk is one of the worst people Ive ever had to deal with. That are very slow and disorganized place to deal with they will definitely make you late for your next appointment. Very rude staff. The other facilities are not bad just this one.

Quick unload just a long counting process

This place is a joke with drivers. Have to choke both wheels, cant stay in the truck at all. Have to sit in the holding area while unloading amd the people TAKE YOUR KEYS becuase the dont trust you.

Best to visit by appointment, company name is now Veritiv.
