I had an issue with a ground shipment and dealing with UPS directly is a nightmare. After finally reaching a person, I was directed to contact the store where I shipped it from for a refund. Jens Cadiz (the manager) contacted UPS to see if they would refund the cost but they wouldnt, despite errors in shipment on their side and a damaged package. Jens provided me a refund even though he didnt have to and it wasnt his stores errors. I appreciate his customer service and knowledge of Customer Lifetime Value. I will continue to ship from his store when necessary. Thanks, Jens!

I came in Saturday to get a couple things done. I knew it would be a wait given the line but could see the staff doing everything they could. I was still greeted with a smile and didnt feel rushed. They make everything so easy to navigate.

This UPS Store has truly been a business partner for me.I launched a mobile locksmith company a year ago and rented a mailbox from day one. Beverly and Chris have gone the extra mile with accepting large packages, printing training materials and being my virtual office. Receiving an email alert whenever a package arrives has allowed me to pick up materials and get a job done same day. So helpful for a small business.They were one of my first commercial accounts and have served as references to others. I am grateful to have walked into this store a year + ago, not realizing they would offer so much more than a place to pick up my mail.And, now that they have the 3D printing machine, I love to see what is being created. I highly recommend their services to small businesses!

I would highly recommend this UPS store to any of my family or friends. I used UPS to move across country and ALL of my things arrived safely and on time. Moving can be extremely stressful, especially when moving 3,000+ miles, but they made it easy. UPS came and picked up my boxes at my home and delivered them to my new address flawlessly. THANK YOU for providing me with exceptional service and peace of mind!

Absolute rip-off!Amazon typically does a QR code for returns..but today when I went to drop off the return stated I needed a label. The agent said just email it to me here at the store. I did so and then she said all I owed for was printing the Amazon slip, yes a black and white letter size print out they charge for...and it was $1.61 for one page!!!! Absolutely ridiculous! I have a printer but the idea of making a second trip seemed absurd! This place takes advantage and I will not be using them for any services due to this ridiculous pricing.

Lost an envelope full of Invoices and the employee Gina responded by saying it was out of their hands and it is a UPS problem. Tried multiple times to get in touch with the Supervisor, Manager, and ultimately the owner. No one is returning my calls. I will NEVER use this store again. Its one thing to accept responsibility and its another thing to shift blame and wipe your hands of the problem. Extremely unprofessional and uncaring. As a small business owner myself I try to support locally owned businesses. Unfortunately they lost my business for good.

ZERO stars.... Only gave one star because they make you put at least one star. This store and its management clearly do not care about customers. I Sent a package on Dec 22nd knowing that it would not get to family by Christmas. Delivery date was December 28th. I asked to pay for more insurance and they stated that I could not insure for more than $100. It is now January 4th and still no package and I have been given the run around about whose fault this theft was. Yes I said theft because I will not be receiving the amount for the gifts only $100 plus the shipping. The UPS Store stated its not their problem anymore and they are filing a claim for the $100. I asked to speak with a someone else and they stated that the owner checks email daily but wouldnt give the email address. So now I am going to buy the gifts again, however I will definitely not use UPS for any shipping ever again.UPDATE:I just spoke with the owner (Only by chance) because they were suppose to call me on Saturday to let me know about the claim of my lost package. I was told by the owners manager that I would be refunded the postage cost but the owner stated that I would only be getting refunded what the post office refunded them. Poor customer service at it finest.

Love supporting my local businesses but this manager makes it difficult to do so. Employees lack autonomy and there is a blame shifting that occurs in this store. Owner fails to take accountability. Owner has a myopic view of true customer service...inflexible, uncaring and unprofessional. I stopped going here approximately 8 months ago. I am willing to drive the distance to the other the other UPS store at US 98 North simply because they are courteous and professional.

The pages I asked to be printed out were too small so I asked if they could reprint it. The assistant manager, Debra, told me that she had to run it into a different program to make it into the 8.5in x 11in and that it will costs me and additional $2.I explained to her that has happened before and they just had to change the sizing into the same PDF program that every business use. She informed that she only printed what I sent her. I came back to my store to print it and it came out as 8.5in by 11in so I did not understand what she was unable to do. I asked her for a refund and she informed me that I have the wait until Monday to speak to the manager refund $3.16.For an assistant manager she could have made the call to refund the money due to a unsatisfied purchase. The Store Manager is not always there to make the call.To be clear, my coworker had the same issue and all he had to do was change the option to FIT

Please do not go to this UPS store if your in lakeland. My sister and mother went there 2 days ago to help send a package for me as I was dealing with some other urgent issues. My package needed to be sent out that day. So my sister asked them how much to get there within 3 days. They said it will be $68.78 for 3 day ground shipping. She was also told that all the UPS stores are the same rate. So my sister called me told me if I wanted to do it. I called the UPS store on 540A public plaza just to double check. That store told me it was $36. 78 and I gave them the same measurements etc that my sister gave this store.I made a formal complaint to Corporate and a manger called me this morning and told me it was that price becuase of the size of the package. Which she said her employee added another 2 inches to around the package to give it more space. Which no one asked for. This manger then said I reput in the measurements etc and yes its right its $47. 78 so my employee did the right thing. No he didnt Becuase he said 68. 78 so now she tells me 47 dallors and never addressed the reason why the employee said 68. 78. Plus $47 is also not correct.I ended up going to the 540A UPS and they charged me $32.61 I save bout 7 bucks because I found a box from home that worked the item fit pretty well in.Nothing of what they told me made any sense. Please becareful when you go to this store. If you get chance go to the 540A store they have always been good and straight forward.
