I was out here on a work trip and had a recurring corneal erosion that needed urgent attention. Eye care was able to fit me in without a prior appointment and the staff and Dr Mamalis were sympathetic and helpful. They quickly faxed the paperwork back to my primary optometrist. Then I showed up the next morning for a quick follow up and they squeezed me in again and got me on my way. Great staff and office.

I carefully researched optometrists based on a referral sheet I was given by my optometrist from Michigan. I chose Dr. Mamalis practice due to his education and experience. When I made an appointment I was told if there was a cancellation I would be notified. Within 48 hours I was notified of an available appointment. I had my first appointment yesterday. The front desk staff immediately made me feel comfortable. The examination by Dr. Mamalis was thorough and took the time to explain my condition. When picking glasses I never felt pressured and the whole experience was very positive! I have already recommended Dr. Mamalis. My husband will be seeing Dr. Mamalis in February.

Dr Mamalis is exceptional. Ive had plenty of experience with doctors who didnt get the prescription right. Not only did Dr Mamalis discover the error in a botched prescription the first time I went to him, I have never once had an issue with any prescription he has given me. I highly recommend him.

I looked all over the place for the perfect frames, and although they didnt do my exam, they happily ordered my frames and accepted my prescription and insurance. The people here are very welcoming and friendly.

Ive worn glasses and contacts for years, and really didnt want to go to a Lenscrafters. Im very lucky to have found Dr. Mamalis. He is the best optometrist Ive ever been to. Very systematic and knowledgeable; I wish all of my doctors were like him. The office is clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I arrived at 12 for a 1215 appointment, was in the chair at 1215 and done with a glasses/contact exam and Lasik discussion in 45 minutes. How often do you find an office that runs on time???Finally, the choice of glasses is not that of a larger retail store, but they carry high quality, brand name frames. I walked away with a single vision pair of metal framed womens glasses with anti-glare/scratch for $400. Couldve been about $250 without the anti-glare/scratch... but I was set on it before I set foot in the store.Highly recommended!
