The staff at Pearle Vision are friendly, very knowledgeable and accommodating. The digital technology used to assess the condition of my eyes was accomplished quickly and with no lingering side effects from dilating the eyes. The Optometrist was very knowledgeable, professional and took the time to answer my questions in a way that I could understand. Definitely a good choice for my eye care needs.

In a few words, I LOVED it at this Pearle Vision in Lakewood. I went there with my family to get our eyes checked, and we wanted to make it go by as quickly as possible. We got the paperwork we needed to sign, and we didnt have to wait for much longer to be attended to. All of the staff there that we interacted with where very nice. Dr. Lorenz was very nice and very soothing (I dont know the word Im trying to think of, my mind is drawing a blank right now). He helped us out really quickly and was very nice about it. After getting our eyes checked, we were looking at frames for our new glasses. Once we had picked out the ones we liked, we went over to the staff member who said she would help us. Her name was Diana, and she was the nicest, funniest, and just overall, the best staff member I have ever had the pleasure of talking to. She was so helpful, and so understanding! She helped us with the prices and made sure we were happy with them. If I could, I would give Pearle Vision more than 5 stars, just because of Diana! She was so nice and very, very funny, we were laughing so much that we didnt realize that 2 hours had passed! Overall, my visit to Pearle Vision was great, I loved it! If you ever go here, make sure you talk to Diana, she is the nicest person you will ever meet (she said she might be leaving soon, so you might not get the pleasure of meeting her). Diana, thank you for making our visit to Pearle Vision very useful, as well as entertaining (I think that you are now my favorite staff member I have ever met!).

The front desk staff to the assistant and the doctor were absolutely amazing. Took the time with all 3 of my kids. Two of mine need glasses. The doctor informed me of all the options that should work for each child. She was very honest. The staff than helped and ran various numbers to help me with figuring the best price that wouldn’t break the bank. I wish I would’ve gotten all their names so I could name them on this review. So happy we went there! Thank you guys.

Everyone at this location was so kind and helpful. Each staff member I worked with was very kind and genuinely cared about my experience. They explained everything very thoroughly, from the exam process to billing. Will definitely return here in the future!

I was running about 20 min all day. Walked in knowing I was late, I was expecting to reschedule... instead the Doc was like no its ok come on back. So I had the best eye exam ever. All my questions answered and the young blonde lady helping me was super helpful I m sorry I dont remember her name.. but she was cool 😎 she helped me out with finding the best deal for my year supply of contacts. I was in and out with new contacts in less then 45 min. The team at this Lakewood Pearle Vision is great. Thank you so much.

I called to make an appointment for my glasses to be fixed with only a days notice and was more than delighted to be taken care of promptly as i arrived the next day. The staff works together very well as I know it may be hard at times especially with staffing shortage due to COVID. The woman who took greeted me as I entered was very friendly and directed me to my waiting area quickly. I only waited a few minutes before a gentleman named Julian came to ask about my visit. The computers going down was the only negative experience but I cant hold that against them. The place was being very well kept with cleanings and all the new normal stuff weve come to know and love.

I recently visited Pearle Vision in Lakewood for the first time and it was a very good experience. They were all professional and friendly and took great care to ensure all Covid cleaning and safety precautions were taken. Crystal and Joe were very helpful in helping me pick out a frame. Dr. Kelli was very thorough, professional and very friendly. She took her time in explaining to me about the digital pictures of my retina that she took. No more dilating my eyes and getting headaches and wearing sunglasses. I love this fancy new machine they have. It takes a second and she can see everything and I dont have to deal with having my eyes dilated. And even my glasses came in really fast. I really had a really good and complete experience at this place. I read some of the negative reviews for this place but honesty I dont see this place being that way. I will always keep coming back to this place. I highly recommend this place.

Clean environment. Friendly receptionist and greatstaff. The optometrist was knowledgeable and very helpful. There were three of us, instead of making us wait they took me, and my two daughters back to back. When my youngest kept trying to read her letters and having to redo the eye exam they were patient with her. They clearly explained our price range with insurance. Plus realizing there was a mistake with a pricing issue, the staff caught it right away and immediately issued a refund. Thats impressive.

The staff was great in helping me picking out some new glasses. I was a walk- in and Diana was very knowledgeable and very friendly. She knew the right question to ask and even though she was still training she knew her stuff. She gave me quotes with and without insurance and explain all my copays. She took the time she dropped what she was doing and helped me.

This was a horrible experience trying to get my first pair of glasses. Im giving two stars because the actual optometrist was great, but the whole process involved in getting frames and the glasses ordered left a very sour taste in my mouth. I will never do business there again. They tried ripping me off at every turn by adding things to the bill that I didnt ask for and when I asked them to remove the unnecessary charges, they claimed they were mandatory. Things like warranty charges, lens protection, etc. The lady claimed that she would have to get approval to remove the charges, so I said please go get the approval. They also claimed that my insurance copay for lenses was for each lens, so they were trying to charge me double for that. It took them three times to properly calculate the amount my insurance covered for the frames and only after I called them out on it each time. My original bill was going to be like $270 and I only ended up paying $89 at the end after being persistent about the BS charges. Also I asked for a copy of my prescription before leaving and they claimed that they dont provide copies of the prescription. I had to kindly remind them that my medical records are my property and that the law requires them to provide me a copy. The lady then reluctantly went and printed me a copy. Stay away from this place or at least be very careful about reading over every charge on your bill.

Absolutely amazing. With all that’s going on, they made me feel safe. They ensured mask safety and hand sanitizer was easily accessible. I had the pleasure of working with Crystal and she was a real treat. I had my 3 year old daughter with me and she was patient, and accommodating. I also had Dr. Dau who was great too. Quick and knowledgeable. Lastly I worked with Julian who helped me finish. Everyone was friendly and knew exactly what to do and how to help. Thank you and will recommend to anyone.

Crystal, one of the employees was exceptionally helpful in setting up an appointment to get my glasses adjusted and then in person to adjust them in the midst of covid-19. Shes extraordinary in her customer service and excellent in her skill to perceive and correct the problem with my glasses. Ive been a satisfied customer of Pearle Vision for over 10 years!

Took care of me like Gold. I told Julian I was from New York, and I had never purchased anything from them before. I sat on my glasses, and needed the glasses to be bent and adjusted. I was going to pay, but he insisted that no payment was necessary. Just amazing customer service!!!

Dr. Dau was amazing. My new glasses were a big improvement from my previous pair. Crystal was great in helping me decide on lenses. There was also another gentleman there that assisted and was very knowledgeable. Pearle Vision in Lakewood was outstanding.

I have always gone to this Pearle Vision. I have always gotten my eye exam and contact lenses here. Every year I go in, I usually ask them if they have any rebates or specials on contact lenses. But this time I forgot. But Diana actually told me about this rebate for $175 if I buy a whole one year supply of contact lenses. I was going to buy one year supply of contact lenses anyway as I always buy one year supply of contact lenses every year. But the fact that I assumed that there is probably not any rebates or coupons out there and Diana brought it to my attention was awesome. She just saved me $175. Thats a lot of money as my husband lost his job due to the pandemic and we have a baby on the way. I cannot thank Diana enough. Obviously, she was trained properly on how to take care of her customers. Thank you guys.

Horrible. I will never be back. Things have really gone downhill since the last time I had an eye exam here. New Dr. is rude, staff is rude and tried to mom shame me for not bringing my son in for an eye exam (his vision is fine) and since they are a franchise apparently the 100% satisfaction guarantee promised by the Pearl Vision website does not apply. I cant wear my frames all day because they hurt my face so much and do not look right. I wasnt sure about them in the store but felt rushed and then the sales person has the audacity to claim I spent 2 hours picking out frames and they couldnt believe that I was unhappy with my purchase. Perhaps because the selection is so disappointing.

Horrible experience. Wasted money! Had the unfortunate experience of working with a brand new technician who guided me to frames that were way too big. Even after questioning her she assured me they would be adjusted for a perfect fit. Couldnt even wear them after adjustment. Their 100% satisfaction guarantee is NOT true and totally false advertising. Ended up going to Costco and got excellent service and the glasses were half the price at Pearle. So out a lot of money for their mistake!

This is why I keep going to Pearle Vision. I was in Lakewood and my frame broke. The lenses were fine. I did not even buy these glasses at Pearle Vision. I bought these glasses at Vision Works long time ago. I went there first and they would not even help me find just the frame for the lenses. They wanted me to buy a whole new set of eyeglasses. So I went to Pearle Vision in Lakewood and they took the good lenses out and went around the whole store and found a frame that these lenses would fit in it but they had to grind down the lenses first. Their lab guy grinded my lenses down in 15 minutes and all I had to pay for was for frame only. They even gave me a discount. Now thats customer service. This is the reason why I keep going to Pearle Vision. Thank you guys.

I had a great experience when I came by for an annual eye exam and contact fitting last week. Both receptionists were friendly and helpful. I worked with Dr. Dau who was very personable and professional. The exam was quick, easy and reasonably priced. I will definitely be coming back!

This is the worst eyeglasses store ever got my glasses they scratched they took the measurements wrong then refused to refund my money way overpriced now they have my glasses and my money and I have nothing

Diana is absolutely Phenomenal at her job. She found the perfect Frames for me, color, style, and shape! Her Customer Service along with the Doctor Cyr was absolutely Stellar! Dr. Cyr is so kind, funny and sweet! I felt like I knew her for years and we became Friends on the spot!. Diana and I became friends on the spotop as well. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!

I’ve been visiting this location for my eyewear needs for many, many years. Meagan and Steven have since retired, but there are several new staff members with an excellent eye for style. I always have trouble picking what looks best for my face shape yet they seem to choose just the right style frames! Kaylie Dau and the other eye doctors here at Pearle Vision in Lakewood are a pleasure to work with as well. I highly recommend Pearle Vision for all your eyewear needs.

They did not accommodate me to my satisfaction

I was 4 min late to my exam so the dr decided to leave and was gone for over 30minutes (exam takes 15) . So I didn’t even get an exam because I had to leave. Bummer

This was the first time in my life. I had my eyes examined, and prescribed eye glasses. I was very nervous and anxious. I dont like my eyes messed with. Wow! The staff for my exam was great! Very friendly, understanding, and helped ease my fear and anxiety. Dr. Dau was knowledgeable, understanding, informative, and showed me the importance of eye health, and preventative eye care. He prescribed the best eye prescription for my eyes. This Pearle Vision salesperson Julian, helped me so much, with finding the best eye glasses for me. He helped me understand what my insurance covered. Showed me the best lenses to pick for my glasses, and why. Was very patient with me choosing the frames I wanted. (Im very picky. I have to fall in love with what I purchase). It took me an hour (my fault) Im un-decisive. Gave me honest, and positive feedback with what frames I chose. He wasnt pushy on me buying the most expensive glasses, and unnecessary products. I hate being pressured. Dont push me. I will fight you (In a nonviolent way). I ended up buying my first pair of frames by Calvin Klein. I would have purchased Tiffanys if they had them in purple (Im buji in most products I purchase). My second pair were much less expensive, in case I loss, or broke my Calvin Kleins. (Not worried of them breaking. I was buji on what lenses, and frames I bought). I was able to try my frames on in a safe, COVID free, secluded area without my mask to see what they look like without my mask. What a difference a mask makes with wearing glasses! Oh! Speaking of lovely COVID. The staff made sure everything was sanitized effectively, and safely. They gave me a tray to put the glasses I tried on in. And after I picked my glasses I wanted to purchase. They sanitized all the glasses I tried on very thoroughly, and safely. Very impressed. Also, when I arrived for my exam. The staff asked thorough questions about having any symptoms and exposure to COVID. Plus, took my temperature. Unfortunately, I have to wait 4 days for my eyeglasses as my prescription is kind of strong. Not the staffs fault. I had my 2 days ago. So, still waiting. Not mad(even for an impatient person as I am). After insurance, for my eye exam, and eye glasses purchase. My bill was just under $266.00. But! I didnt pay out of pocket. My HSA through my employer. That, I didnt contribute into. Only my employer. Paid for the bill. HSAs are worth it people! For prescriptions, medical, and dental etc. Win. Win. I wrote this review because, as a person terrified of anything to do with my eyes. Having my first eye exam, and eye prescription in my life (Im 38yrs old. Dont judge!) Pearle Vision in Lakewood was incredible to me! I cant wait to see them again, when I pick up my eye glasses!

I got my eye exam done here and purchased my glasses. Ashley was fantastic and I would highly recommend working with her! She gave excellent suggestions and I love my new glasses.Edit: came back here for my yearly new glasses and they took great care of me once again. Ashley was awesome! Elia was present but I didnt work with her. She did remember me though which is amazing considering it had almost been a whole year. Highly recommend this place! Ive never had a bad experience here and I always recommend friends and family here.

Im so surprised with them not having better reviews on here. From the moment I walked in everyone was so nice. I checked in for my exam and filled out my new patient paperwork and was seen within 5 minutes. This was my first time getting glasses so I felt a little lost. I had two employees helping me find the perfect pair of glasses for my face shape. Everyone was so wonderful. Definitely dont let any negative reviews steer you away from this place.

Absolutely worst appointment possible. They called and made me reschedule 3 times. I finally made it in and it took 30 minutes to be greeted and another 2 hours for them to “find” my insurance. I told them that my job uses our employee id for vision insurance (I’ve been told in the past at other appointments) and they said I was wrong. Completely wasted my time and I ended up just walking out and going to another place.

Excellent location! I do not typically write reviews, but I had such a good experience, that I wanted to let others know. Dr. Schneider is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She provided a clear explanation of my contact options, detailing the pros/cons of each. And Julian did an awesome job of walking through my insurance, calculating out numerous options I had between glasses, sunglasses, and contacts. Then did a great job of helping me pick out a pair of sunglasses. Also, great selection of glasses/sun-glasses, efficient appointment, and nice venue. Highly recommend!!!

DO NOT go to this place the most unorganized place I have ever been to. Picked out my glasses paid in full and 6 week later still no glasses and they did not even know where they were. Not to mention Julian he has nothing but excuses and when you get frustrated because it been 6 weeks and he can even tell you where your glasses are he will yell at you and slam the phone down. Not professional at all. Worst place I have ever been!!!

This was my first visit to a pearl vision entity. I was greeted as I entered the establishment, the young lady swiftly took me in. The appointment wasn’t more than a half hour. Very quick and efficient. Dr. Salooja answered all my questions. After my appointment, I had some unanswered questions and wasn’t completely sold on what I chosen. They allowed me to come back and switch out my pair for a new pair that suited me better. Very happy and will be coming back.

Very impressive and high customer service. I was honestly a little skeptical going to a big name eye center. Usually big brands loose the personal touch and quality service. Not this location! Every interaction I’ve had with them is nothing short of stellar.

Fast, accommodating and courteous service. We came in as my daughters lens fell out of her glasses. They went out of their way to work her in for an eye exam. They worked with me financially as to what I could afford, got us temporary lenses within 2 hours so that she could return to school and the permanent lenses were ready within 24 hours. By far the best service we have experienced in the 3 cities we have lived. I went in very stressed and came out completely stress free. Most of the patrons I saw while I was there consider them like family members. I highly recommend and will not do business anywhere else! Special thanks to Dr. Lorenz and Oliver. They both were truly fantastic.

Went in for an eye test and had a great experience. The staff is very friendly. The optometrist Dr. Salooja has a great bedside manner and is very knowledgeable and there was no hard sell to buy their frames. I just moved her from the East coast and I used to go to a Pearle Vision there. When I moved here, I wasnt sure if I will find the same kind of service here but I was really happy that I did. This Pearle Vision in Lakewood is a little far away for me since I work downtown but it was well worth it. Id definitely go here again.

We went in to have my wife’s glasses adjusted. They were giving her horrible headaches from how tight they were. I’d also noticed that they had some weird bend downwards like a pair of butterfly wings. Meagan gave us incredible assistance with a lot of helpful information that we had not previously received at America’s Best.The adjustment was free, and she basically gave my wife a brand new pair of glasses from all of the adjustments she made. She isn’t in pain anymore, and we both learned a lot more about our glasses. We’ve both had glasses less than a year, and Meagan made us feel so much more knowledgeable about everything. This is how buying glasses should be! Pearle Vision, give this employee a raise! She has gone above and beyond. We will be back before your 40% off lenses deal ends. Thank you Meagan!

I love this location and have been coming here for many years now. The opticians are amazing, and the doctor is phenomenal. The doctor is personable and kind making the experience great. I also have 7 pairs of glasses—so you can say the opticians really know what they’re doing. I highly recommend Pearle Vision in Lakewood. And this time, they even made a temporary pair of eyeglasses for me just to get me by until my nicer pair comes in with all the options. I could not believe it. This is why I keep going back to these guys.

Horrible experience first and last time going to this place the “owner” is lacking customer service. I asked for my PD and was refused. They had a very limited and disorganized frame selection. I would have purchased my contacts but I’ve used LensCrafters in the past and they always cover my fitting since I already know what contacts I use and I order through them he not only charged fitting to max of insurance he told me if I used my insurance I would be paying retail for anything I picked. The only reason he gave me my copy of my exam is because I requested it or else I’m pretty sure he would have refused me that as well.

I just moved here from Chicago and was looking for a good place for my eye exam and glasses and one of my coworkers recommended this place. I am glad. What a great staff. The doctor was great, although I forgot his name. But the lady technicians upfront were very professional and knowledgeable. I just got started at my new job and I have a new insurance. I did not know what it was. I just knew that I had insurance. The ladies upfront must have spent good 15 minutes of their time to figure out what insurance I have. Now thats providing above and beyond customer service. On top of all that, I could not make up my mind picking out a frame and even then, they helped me pick out a frame that I just absolutely love. I highly recommend this place.

I work a lot so I am not really big on posting review on line. However, I feel like I have to in this case as my experience here was exceptional. Grady and Meagan were upfront were just fantastic. I had to go out of town on a business trip and my glasses broke the day before. I called this Pearle Vision and I got Meagan on the phone. She said the doctor was booked for the day but she asked me to hold on and came back to the phone after talking with the doctor and told me that she will squeeze me in for an exam. The doctor was fantastic (His first name was Steven, I forgot his last name). I found out that I could not have my no-line bifocals today but they can make me a temporary pair of distance glasses today, which is what I really needed to get me by. Grady, the technician up front was very informative and patient. He helped me pick out a frame that I absolutely love. So, I walked out with a pair of glasses and a wonderful experience. It truly made my day. A truly great customer service experience really makes your day.

Finally I found a eye care place that I actually love. I highly recommend this place and thats a lot coming from me because I am so darn picky. I own several businesses and I can tell you that THE most important thing in business is customer service and these guys have it nailed. I was amazed at the customer service in this place. The Optometrist, Dr. Schneider was just fantastic. She was very accurate with the prescription and as a person, she was kind and easy going. On top of it, she spent a full 30 minutes for the exam with me. The last place I went to, the Optometrist was not that friendly and he spent may be 7 minutes with me. Now, what kind of eye exam can I get in 7 minutes? And the clerks upfront were absolutely wonderful. Nothing beats a great smile and a welcome. Great job guys. You have a customer for life.

I had supreme excellent customer service from the manager named Meagan. She contacted me to let me know about upcoming appointment/contacts due, and stayed in contact with me via text, not only answering all my questions, in a quick timely fashion and with kindness and attention, but placing the order for my contacts and letting me know when and where to pick them up. She even looked into my insurance information to let me know what My co payment would be. This is above and beyond, and I highly highly recommend going here. They clearly care very much about their customers. Never had better treatment at an eye Center.

The whole experience was exceptional! I called around to several other offices before and Diana was so sweet and helpful that I decided to make an appointment with this location. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by several smiling faces. Coming from someone who works in customer service, I appreciated that greatly. Meagan was very patient and explained all the testing as she went along and had a great sense of humor. Dr. Salooja was very thorough and knowledgeable and I feel I was given the best eye exam Ive ever had. DIana helped me pick my glasses and she was so sweet and helped me find a pair that I loved. I am very picky with my frames and always have a hard time finding something that fits but she was able to direct me to ones that were a good options for my prescription and face shape. I have been going to this Pearle Vision location for over 10 years. Wonderful experience from the minute you walk in the door. The staff is attentive, patient, and truly cares about each patient. I highly recommend the Doctor. She is wonderful. When you walk in the door and the staff knows you by your name. Now thats wonderful.

Ive been coming here for a few years. A new doctor just took it over. She is great. They also have a new machine that scans your eyes so you dont have to get dialated. And they added a lot of new frames. I would totally recommend this place. You can be in and out quickly, and the new doctor is great.

One of the best experiences I have had at an Optical store, First, the Optometrist is very friendly and informative. I learned more from her about my eyes and my unique issues than I have been told from other doctors in the past 10 years. The sales staff is very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and professional. I dealt with Josh and after I was through, I spoke to his manager and recommended him for a raise. I would advise anyone in need if vision services or product to make the effort and visit them. I dont think you will regret it.

I cannot say enough positive things about this place. We, as a family have been in several times & everyone we have talked to was kind, knowledgeable & helpful. I can be very picky and quite frankly a nuisance when it comes to getting it perfect. But these guys put up with my being picky and got it right. They were fun to spend time with ! Great group of people ! Especially the doctor. Dr. Saluja (spelling?) was awesome. It was fun getting an exam from her. She is not only very friendly but very knowledgeable and the fact that she like to keep up with the latest technology makes me feel better.

Phenomenal staff! They really care about their patients and want to make them feel comfortable inside their office. I was asked for help right away, offered coffee or water and I laughed with each staff member as well as the doctor working that day (Dr. Lorenz). I recommend seeing Meagan if youre looking for glasses and/or contacts or go to her with any questions you have. She will help you find what youre looking for and what will work best for you! You will for sure have some good laughs and conversations with her, including the rest of the staff. Ive been coming here for years and Im never disappointed!

Twice in one day, once for a quick adjustment, then go figure...one hour later I dropped my glasses and stepped on them. Pearle staff in Lakewood fixed them right up like new. How often do you go into a doctors office and get seated in the doctors room within 5-10 minutes? This is the first time it has ever happened to me and not only was I seen almost instantly, Dr. Salooja was very thorough and had a great personality. The staff was very professional and tackled my insurance before I even got there. I can honestly say this is the first time I witnessed such a fluid experience from start to finish in an eye doctors office.

Excellent customer service. The 2 optometrist I saw were thorough and professional and they were also happy to adjust my prescription.However, Ive had my lenses remade multiple times because they continually gave them back to me with minor scratches. One of the times they had my glasses for a week for a prescription adjustment, but gave them back to me the same way I gave them. If I pay nearly $700 for glasses then I expect to get them back without any damage and if you say you will adjust my prescription for me then do it. Dont keep my glasses for a week and then tell me that they are ready.

Dr. Lorenz was just exceptionally professional. He was courteous, very accurate and he took his time and explained everything to me. I did not feel rushed. He gave me a full 30 minute eye exam. Some places that I have been to before, they have given me a 10 minute eye exam. And, the doctor had a great sense of humor which made it really easy to get though a routine exam. And rest of the staff did an amazing job. I specifically wanted to thank Meagan and Irvin upfront who both helped me out to pick out my frames. I dont like to pick out stuff for myself so I always appreciate it when someone helps me. Just all and all, a really good experience.

I lost my glasses over the weekend, thanks to my little spawns of Satan, who are like flies to poop as soon as they see me put them down. I called Pearle Vision on my lunch break at 11:30 and made an appointment for 12:00...30 minutes later! Dr. Salooja is really personable and makes the exam far less uncomfortable than most doctors. The staff, I was helped by Meagan and Josh, were phenomenal. Meagan is the one who taught me how to care for and administer the contacts, as I am a first time user. She was very hospitable and easy-going. Meagan helped me with finding my new back-up pair of glasses, unlike most places, she was not pushy at all with the added upgrades. I really appreciate the level of customer care Pearle Vision in Lakewood conveys. I absolutely do not intent on going anywhere else from this point on.

I went into the Lakewood Pearle Vision to get an eye exam and eyeglasses. I was greeted immediately with a nice smile by this young lady and even though I did not have an appointment, the eye doctor took me in right away. But, I had insurance but was not sure what it was and what it would cover. The lady who greeted me said she will find out while I was in the exam room. When I was done with my eye exam, I noticed that the young lady was still on the phone with the insurance company. Finally, she was able to get through and verify my insurance and who it was through. I would have never been able to figure that out. She was very helpful. She helped me pick out a frame and my glasses came in just right and I was able to see great. I was very impressed. I will go back again. And I recommended this place to my neighbor and she loved this place as well. She went to VisionWorks last time and she hated it so she was happy to find a good place.

The people here at Pearl Vision go out of their way to fly above and beyond expectations. I truly appreciate Josh for helping me out in a vision emergency, and for handling my situation with urgency and kindness. Thanks again!

I have been seeing Dr. Lorenz at the Lakewood Pearle Vision since I first got glasses, and I cant imagine going anywhere else. He and his staff are always efficient, highly competent, and friendly. Special shout out to Julian who always helps me no matter how busy he is. The place is so well-organized, clean and highly efficient. My wife is very picky and even she likes it. I highly recommend this place.

Good location. The doc was friendly and helpful. A lot of options for frames, and they let me take my time while browsing. I had to just go back and get the frame tightened and they were still helpful. I would recommend this location highly.

I love going to this Pearle Vision. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. My insurance didnt cover this for a while and I had to go to different optometrists. I didnt find the value or customer service elsewhere that I did here. Once my insurance covered Pearle Vision again, I came back, and Im so happy I was able to.

Jullian, Im still waiting for that call back :) I literally had to harass this man and received constant let me look into it and call you back never called, would call him again and get some other bs and again let me call you back by tomorrow never called. The last I spoke to him I said either way I need to order contact and he said ok, ill call you back never called. Hes pleasant and all but seriously needs to work on follow up. Also I tried reallly hard to order my contacts and you basically made it impossible so I had to go to a different place and had an additional eye exam and ordered through them. have been coming here for years and years and will NEVER be back or recommend anyone go to this office. I actually feel like I was treated terribly and lied to. extremely upsetting and trust me the full story is much much worse, they even lied to my insurance company which I was able to prove and thus my insurance company paid for a 2nd eye exam elsewhere. This was a terrible, stressful experience that left me unable to see for several weeks and unable to work etc. you should be ashamed of yourselves

Meagan was amazing when I was there the last time. Very easy and painless process. She contacted the insurance while I shopped for glasses and had everything prepared for when I found the glasses I wanted, and didnt rush me at all. She answered all the questions I had for her with a smile. The glasses came in early and she recognized me when I came back in to pick up. Overall it was a great experience and I will go back there for new glasses in the future. Definitely the best experience buying new glasses Ive ever had. Too bad I am moving to a different part of Denver, but then again, I have always had great experience with Pearle Vision no matter which one I go to.

The doctor is nice, but they have some production problems. The lenses keep coming out of my $600+ Oakley sunglasses. They have been back 4 times now for repairs and they still cant get them right. For the cost, they should be expected not to fall apart. #disappointed

My husband and I were greeted with a warm and friendly smile. We really liked the optometrist Dr. Schneider and was pleased with our results. Very friendly staff helped with the picking out of our frames. We will definitely return next year for our yearly exam.

Thank you guys! I broke the frame of my favorite pair of glasses and first tried to have it fixed somewhere else, one block south. I left it there and they promised to call. After they had not called for a week, I went there again, and, after finally attending to me in a half hour, they told me flat that the frame was beyond repair. I then came to you guys at the Lakewood Pearle Vision. The guy in charge took the glasses, without much ado, and brought it back, repaired, in 10 minutes. Voila tout. They didnt even want to charge me. My first time at a Pearle Vision and I was blown away. I have heard good things about Pearle Vision bu now I am sold.

Went for an eye exam, but while I was taking my contacts out the doctor brought another patient into the exam room and closed the door leaving me to wait for several minutes before she reopened the door and let the other patient out. She asked me to go back into the road clearly without doing any sort of sanitizing or cleaning. She should not be having multiple patients in the same room. Just trying to cram as many patients in as possible = doesn’t care about your health.

Great staff, Irvin is the Man!! I Agree that the selection could use some updating/expanding but their service is second to none. Dr. Steve is knowledgeable and did a great job explaining why my eyes need help instead of just throwing a prescription at me and saying seeing you in two years. I ended up trying contacts for the first time because of the Dr. and his team and love them.

I came here in June and saw Dr. Salooja. She was so sweet and really helped me find new contacts that worked for me.I had an extremely different experience today. I came in to get a copy of my glasses prescription because like most people lately, I plan on buying my glasses through Warby Parker or Zenni. The cost just makes more sense. Pearle Vision quoted me over $600 for a pair of basic frames because my vision is so bad.I politely asked for my pupillary distance because that’s information I need for buying my glasses online. The man there not only refused to give my PD, but he insulted me and asked me to leave the store if I wasn’t buying glasses there.I normally order my contacts there, not anymore. They lost a customer today. Sad.

Most people only take time to write a review when they are upset but I wanted to take time to say how wonderful the staff is at this Pearle Vision in Lakewood. The doctor was absolutely wonderful and had a great sense of humor. The sales ladies upfront, Megan and Shoto were very helpful and friendly. I stepped on my glasses and they squeezed me in for an eye exam and on top of it, they called the lab tech on his day off so he can come in and make my eyeglasses so I can see. But, anyway, thank you Randy for coming in on your day off. I really appreciate all of the people at this Pearle Vision going out of their way. They have me as a customer for life!

I-25 had a left lane shut down and was stopped unexpectedly. I called my eye doctor appointment to let them know that would be late. They said thats fine thanks for calling come on in. I rushed the entire way from 104th and I25 to Wadsworth all the way down Wadsworth to Belmar to make it as quick as possible to honor their time. I did not enjoy driving that way all and was stressed out the entire time. Im sure a bunch of people were angry at me. Then I got there and they told me that I was too late and they couldnt fit me in. I was 17 minutes late. I called them out hard for terrible customer service and not telling me the truth causing me stress and to drive in a way that I did not appreciate it. I dont think they listened or applied what I told them. They could have told me to come at 1pm and charged me extra for missing my appointment and it would have been happy to pay since it was my fault. Instead they caused me to go way out of the way for nothing and didnt service me like they said they would. Then they wanted to argue instead of listen to my kind hearted advice. Poor customer service! Period

Oh my gosh let me tell you about my experience here at Pearle Vision in Lakewood. Meagan and Julian were absolutely wonderful from each corner everyone had a smile on his or her face. The doctor Was so cool his name was Dr. Lorenz everyone felt what I was going through with my vision they listen to my story and laugh at my funny experienced wearing glasses and the experience I will have wearing bifocals for the first time. I will forever be a loyaL customer thanks pearle vision I will be able to see soon...

Doctor was very thorough. Fun team helped me pick a great frame. I scratched my glasses the very next week and they were fast to get me a replacement.

I had an eye exam appointment and I forgot what my insurance was. The lady upfront took a lot of time out of her busy day and finally after spending 15 minutes on the phone, she found out who my vision insurance is through. I cannot thank her enough. And the doctor was equally wonderful. He was very patient and explained everything to me. I highly recommend this place.

Terrible customer service. Been coming to this office since I moved to the area. I won’t be coming back. Megan went to lunch when I need my prescription faxed, called back and was told it would be done immediately. Needless to say I was told they were just busy after the 4th call. I tried to get them to help me prior to leaving town and they never called back, like they stated they would. Felt like I was a bother to me. Plenty of other offices to goto and happy to take my money.

Definitely worth the trip. Dr. Steve was great. I felt very comfortable with the excellent eye exam he gave me. I highly recommend this doctor for an eye exam. I just went in get my glasses fixed and the gal upfront fixed my glasses just like that, with a smile and no charge. Before that, I stopped by VisionWorks and nobody even said hello to me. Too bad because I bought two pairs of glasses from this Pearle Vision across from Belmar in Lakewood. They have a really good selection of frames so it was overwhelming. But the gal upfront help me pick out a frame. I just wished their bathroom was a little bit bigger as my elderly mother had a tough time using it, but I understand that it is not a public bathroom. I will definitely go back. They have my business for life. They told me 2 to 3 weeks for my glasses but they showed up in less than one week. I am not complaining. But they fixed my glasses so I did not even have to buy new ones, but because they had a buy one pair get second pair free special going on so I jumped on it. Boy am I glad.

Really great service from good trained professionals. They took their time to teach me how to put my contacts in and let me sore through all of their collections and colors. The bad thing is that they ordered the wrong contact lense color. The person who ordered them was in a rush, and I had to wait longer for the new ones to get here, which was frustrating and was an immediate inconvenience that could have been avoided

DO NOT GO HERE !!! I had came in with my prescription to order contacts. So I did but I was mistaken on the amount they were going to charged me. Yes this is my fault but not realizing that the amount was double compared to all other Alcon contact providers. The day I come to pick them up I figure this out. I tell them I dont want them and would like to return them. With out even opening the box or even leaving the store they tell me that the sale was final. They did not disclose this at the time of sale/order. So let me tell you these were Dailies. They had taken me for $1.90 a contact. NOT a pair but one indvidual contact. These are dailies not 2 weeks or monthlies but Dailies. So they sell a 30 pack for $57 dollars and competitors sell a 90 pack for $96. Save your money and go to Lakefront Eye Care.

I went in yesterday to use my 2019 insurance benefits for some new glasses, but the lady didnt want to take the time to check out my insurance benefits for 2019, that I havent used yet, and just assumed my benefits didnt start January 2020..so I will go elsewhere for new glasses.

I gotta say, I am super impressed with the level of service here. I bought a beautiful pair of Michael Kors glasses here about a week ago, and sadly my son stepped on them and broke the frames, popped the lenses clear out! I brought them in to Pearle to see if there was anything to be done, and Jovan the optician totally hooked it up- he took the time to personally fix and reshape my frames, re-fit them to my head, and then refused to take payment afterwards. That pretty much guaranteed Ill be getting all future glasses at this location- cant say how happy I am that my brand new glasses are on my face right now! :-)

Its when there are issues that you have a chance to really test the mettle of a business & these folks pass with shining colors!I have obtained 2 pairs of glasses from the Lakewood Pearl Vision & my 2 experiences have been great. Meagan is very knowledgeable as well as quite the humorist. She has a great bedside manner & always makes you feel like she is truly concerned about your experience....thats because she genuinely is! I had an issue with my last set of glasses in which neither of the issues were their fault. One lens just fell out & needed to be remade. That was done with no issue & when I got them back with that corrected lens, the other lens had a weird aberration that was difficult for others to see. They accepted that there was an issue without hesitation & sent the glasses back to have both lenses remade of course at no cost to me. The glasses arrived in a week & Voila, no issues at all.These folks are great. Thanx Meagan, Julian, & Jovan. Glen Whatley

I had seen Dr Lorenz. I had a very thourough eye exam and he explained everything clearly and was extremely pleasant. My script hadn’t changed much so I decided not to get glasses at that time. Needless to say I have a little one and my glasses were broke about 5 months after my exam.I primarily only need them for night driving. I went in to get a pair of glasses and Shonto was working by herself and extremely busy, yet she was friendly, fast and efficient. She did push the glasses through for me a lot quicker than I had expected.I received a call from Meagan that they were ready, I was very rude at first since I thought she was comcast for the third time. I go in to pick up my glasses and told her I am so sorry I thought she was trying to sell me cable and she laughed. Meagan was just a pleasant and friendly as Shonto! My glasses were fitted and I was out in less than 5 minutes. I’ve had such a great experience with everyone here at Pearl I will without a doubt come back.

My family and I have been to other vision clinics (LC, Sears, JCP, Amer Best, Randall Eye) and so far this Pear Vision has been the best when it comes to cos and customer service.They take many ins, major portion of my bill was covered through my insurance. The staff is very friendly and did a good job in helping my family select glass (which have a large variety of frames) The Dr was very friendly and explained evertything to me in good detail.I will be coming back here from now on.

This is more of a Groupon problem than the actual store. I paid for an eye exam Groupon which no where stated that it could only be done with certain doctors on certain days. Normally thats no big deal, but I work every day 10-7, except Mondays, and of course the doctor on Monday doesnt accept Groupons, so 45 dollars down the drain I guess.
