The doctor and the woman up front were amazing! She helped find my insurance provider and the doctor helped explain my vision more than any other doctor I’ve visited in the past. I highly recommend!

These are the most wonderful people you will ever meet! I got contacts for the first time and was terrible at putting them in. They sat patiently with me and didn’t make me feel bad for taking so long. Dr. West is phenomenal! Explained the answers to all my questions and makes you feel like a friend. Dawn is also incredible. I honestly feel like I’m coming to see friends and not like I’m here to get my eyes checked. I can’t recommend this place enough!!

These ladies were very professional and nice at every step. The exam was quick and thorough, and the optometrist was extremely helpful. She explained a lot about how aging affects the eye and what to look for in the future. Because they knew I would be traveling soon, they also made sure I had an extra trial pair in case my order didn’t arrive in time. Top notch service!

After accidentally smashing my glasses, this Target Optical location quickly and happily repaired the frames so that they were wearable. This was much appreciated because I was on vacation, and the business from which I bought the glasses was over 1,000 miles away! Saved my trip.

I wanted to express my gratitude for Dawne Adams at this location. I had glasses that were purchased somewhere else but she was happy to make adjustments for me on two pairs. She was very kind, friendly and helpful! I would have purchased my glasses at this location but they dont have clip on sunglasses with their glasses which is what I was looking for. The ones I bought were the Chemistre brand which has optional clips. She wouldnt take any money for helping me either. I was highly pleased! Thank you!

Got a pair of prescription sunglasses here. One of the better selections of sunglasses frames I’ve seen. Insurance was easy, and pricing was straight forward (or should have been). Unfortunately my experience went downhill working with a very kind woman who would not listen to a word I said. I swear, getting information was like pulling teeth. She’d just repeat the same thing over again and talk over me even though I was asking a completely different question.That would all be worth maybe a one star dock, but after receiving my sunglasses I found they were fitted with clear lenses. After an hour comparing and finally getting price quotes that should have been straightforward, she ordered the wrong lenses. I then called to have it remedied, and the same woman claimed the original order called for clear lenses. After digging out the invoice, it CLEARLY says RX Sunwear and that I paid $$$ extra for the tinting.They are replacing the lenses for free, but I’m not holding my breath for the outcome to rectify my experience.

Really liked the optometrist, and the customer service was great — helped me pick out cute glasses and were not high pressure salespeople about getting me to upgrade (although I did).

Had a very positive experience here. The exam was thorough and the doc was upbeat and professional. The I worked with Jonny finding frames. He made some great suggestions and I appreciate all his hard work.

Went here because of the good service I had at the 120th ave store. Found out I should have gone back to the 120th ave store that’s 40 minutes away from home.The exam was fast and straight forward. But after that, things went downhill. They kept saying how they take VSP and aren’t out of network but then would say they weren’t in network when explaining why my costs weren’t my copay amounts. They fitted me in a contact brand I didn’t wear because “it’s what they had” only to have them dry out my eyes. Then upon informing them of the issues, I was told how I would need products I’ve never needed before to keep my eyes moist “because Colorado is dry”. As if 5 years of using contacts in Colorado magically changed for me. It then took the better part of an hour after the exam to check out and pay because the one employee was running around like a headless chicken. In the end, she couldn’t order my contacts and failed to call me at the end of the day as promised. I had to follow up the following day only to be met with the same issues. Only to be told today now that they can’t even order my contacts and was told to shop elsewhere.This is an absolute waste of money, time, and sanity. Go somewhere else and save yourself the hassle.TLDR: service was bad. Competence was lacking. Software used is garbage. Go somewhere else that provides better service and is actually in network.

Emily is the sweetest and most accomedating staff member ever. I was having a mild optical emergency today... I called Costco and was placed on hold for so long that I gave up. I called Walmart with the results. Emily answered immediately, and although she was with a customer, she got my information and called me back shortly with answers. I cannot express how much I appreciate her assistance today. She deserves more than 5 stars. Thank you, Target, for keeping such high standards for your customer and patient care!!

Went for eye exam. The machine was dirty or blurry on the eye loops to determine your prescription. I told the Dr. She said the machine is old and there is nothing she can do. I told her i didn’t trust the results then. I didn’t complete my exam, left and went to Target optical in Stapleton. The staff was great. The machine was newer and i had no issues. My prescription was different and more accurate than what this location said. I feel like they are just trudging through doing the minimum here. Stapleton was friendly, explained more and much more consultative. I wouldn’t go back since they are using old equipment.

Short and sweet: Theyre awesome people! Ive needed glasses/contacts for many, many years, and this is the first time Ive ever made sure to visit the same doctor at the same office two years in a row. Dr. Robison is friendly, efficient and thorough, and he takes time to answer any questions. The other people in the office are great, too; specifically, Miles is fantastic. I opted to get new glasses and sunglasses this year, and Miles took his time to make sure both were adjusted properly for a nice, comfortable fit. Overall, I couldnt have had a better experience. Ill continue to visit them for all my eyewear needs, and Ill recommend them to friends and family.

I was prescribed the wrong prescription, after stating what the problem is.

Worst Experience ever! I had to travel back and forth 5 times just to get my glasses when they were suppose to be ready. Every time I went, they had either put a wrong prescription or messed up the glasses with another persons glasses! I got a new pair sent out to get my prescription and still havent got a call back! Its been a month & half since then! When I call I am on hold for 20 or more minutes!!! Dont go here, go to Lens crafters they actually know what they are doing.

I have had wonderful service there and the optometrist is the best.

The receptionist is very rude. He literally laughed at my accent. And he is very impatient to answer my questions. Why hire a racist?

He literally said my accent is “ funny “. What a surprise! Ruined my day.

I showed up 10 minutes early, the doctor showed up 35 minutes late. My check up eye exam lasted 7 minutes and I paid full price
