I just moved into the area and didn’t know anybody at all. I came here because I heard it was a reputable shop, Jeremy lined me up with a cool group to ride with straightened out all of my issues. Awesome customer service, great business.

Best customer service in the county. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Took my Niner in to get a master chain link installed, and the store rep also adjusted my rear derailer, all without an appointment. My Niner is now whisper quiet. Thank you. Lanc Velo might be my new bike shop.

Stopped in for a flat tire and they told me it was just super low. Filled my tires and checked over my bike quick. Didnt even charge me for my silly mistake. Awesome staff! Fun shop! Will definitely be back in the future!

Im a novice bike rider, but they were patient with me and helped set me up with the right equipment. I also had my bike serviced here and was pleased with the tune-up I received. What a great all-around bike shop! Owner/Manager/Mechanic has superior knowledge for the bike racer and any type of bike rider at that, and helped me immensely!! Very knowledgable and friendly staff. Made me feel like I had become part of their community. My wife and I bought our bikes there. They helped us make a logical decision on our bikes and we could not be happier with our purchase. They even gave us some info on bike trails in the area and invited me to ride with them. Even though I did not buy my sons bike there (did not know about them at the time), they helped him adjust his brakes and educated us on how to adjust them ourselves. Seems like a family owned business that loves what they do. Thanks for everything guys!

Even though they were very busy servicing bikes, they stopped to help me make handlebar and seat adjustments on my bike.

Road racing focused bike shop with a manager that is very knowledgeable about his line of business. Velo comes highly recommended and provides the lost art of excellent customer service. The shop is located across from Aroogas on Centerville Road near Mountville.
