I was looking for a bike that my local Trek store did not have in stock. Ben and Rob were accommodating over the phone when I called to hold the bike. When I arrived in person a few days later, they were terrific. They patiently answered my endless questions and made sure that I purchased the best accessories for me. Fantastic, knowledgeable crew! I had my ANCIENT Mongoose mountain bike refurbished by them, they did a fantastic job and were super helpful. Both in advising what I should get done (without frivolous extras) and tracking down parts for it (if youve had any work done on a bike recently, you know how hard it is to find quality parts). Super helpful staff, just great people all around. Highly recommend.

The guys there were so helpful and provided great info. about the multiple bikes for my son to choose from so he could make an informed decision. The pandemic limited our choices, but thankfully they had the Roscoe 8 in stock in multiple sizes to choose from. Customer service was top notch! Thank you & we will be back, for sure!!

Erik was super helpful and very patient with me as I selected my Project One bike specifications. He really took the time to explain the process. Trek Bicycle Lancaster took great care of me. They looked at my Dual Sport 3 for me, which had an issue unrelated to Trek Bike Lancaster (most likely a build quality issue from where I purchased it out of state), ensured there was no existing damage to the bike and its mechanicals, re-seated and properly torqued everything back to factory spec, and made all appropriate adjustments.They called me within 24 hours, and I was able to pick my DS3 up right away. It looked like it was well taken care of when I dropped it off--being returned in better condition than when it arrived. The facility is clean and well organized, and staff seem extremely friendly. Definitely recommend.

We are quite pleased with our visit and purchase from your shop. Ben Z. was super helpful with us picking out bikes for our 2 kids (5 & 7). He was great working with them, fitting them with the correct size bike, and talking to them (directly) about what to do/what not to do, since we were moving them up to geared bikes. He was very patient and we felt no pressure in the sale. We were fortunate they had both bikes in stock, 1 was pre-assembled on the floor and the other they needed to assemble, but we were able to pick it up in a couple hours. The kids are very happy! Overall great experience and we plan to take advantage of their kids trade-in program when they grow out of their bikes again... These bikes are well worth their cost and will definitely last through the next several growth spurts.

I’m riding across America from the Jersey Shore to Seattle next month to raise money for our local homeless shelter and I needed to get my Trek Verve 2 prepared for the journey. The friendly and knowledgeable team at the Lancaster, PA Trek dealer really went above and beyond. It was a busy time at the shop, but Steve, Justin and others went out of their way to provide excellent customer service from start to finish. They made some helpful suggestions regarding modifications and gear for touring. They found just the right rack and pannier combination, advised me on a great lighting system and tires and did a professional job on installation. Best of all, my bike purred like a kitten after their tune up. These folks are pros and they made great suggestions based on their own riding experiences. The staff at Trek in a Lancaster were very knowledgeable and even took the time to speak with me as a new bike rider. The gentlemen that check me out were very friendly, courteous and helped explain some things to me. They even told me that as restrictions are lifted in the state/area group rides would start and recommended me to a ladies group. They also encouraged me to keep riding as I just started riding in May.

I recently purchased a 2021 Emonda SLR 7 from the Trek dealer in Lancaster PA. The staff was outstanding, from the manager staying late to talk to me about the bikes he had available, to Justin and Steven who prepared the bike the following day and walked me through how to operate and program the Di2 system. I traded in a Cervelo as well and the process was smooth and much easier than I anticipated. I would recommend the dealership to anyone who is looking for a professional and knowledgeable staff with a great inventory of bikes.

I also needed a 160mm disc brake and they had that. And I decided to buy a fitted seat pad that worked great on my seat. Plus they have a lot of really nice bikes. very good experience. Trek Store in Lancaster, PA on Rohrerstown Rd.Upon visiting the store to make an accessory purchase was stopped by Erik (or at least that’s what he said his name was) and interrogated as to why I wanted to enter the store. There was no signage on the doors or their website indicating customers would be questioned before being permitted to enter the store. Nor any information on either platform indicating appointments were necessary. Something Erik conveniently mentioned as he tried to prevent me and my husband’s entry. This is customer service of the worst kind... I will NEVER do business with Trek Store in Lancaster, PA on Rohrerstown Rd. Will encourage others to boycott as well.Negative stars would have been more appropriate.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was so excited that they had the bike I wanted in stock when I called yesterday. I was told that because I was having it shipped that I was to call today when the manager is there so I can pay for it and complete the transaction. The salesman PROMISED they wouldn’t sell it in the meantime and then I got a call today from this store and THEY SOLD MY BIKE AND WOULD DO NOTHING to help me. Shameful

This is the place to go if you are a fan of Trek bikes and great customer service! I cant say enough positive things about the staff and the service, so Ill just say that I am a 6x repeat customer and planning future purchases. Its an hour drive for me, but it is worth the trip even though other Trek dealers are closer. Every staff member I have interacted with has been friendly, passionate and knowledgeable about bikes and cycling.

Terrible/Awkward experience. I called ahead about a specific product they had ($160 bike rack) and spoke to someone on the phone who seemed very nice. I came to pick it up about an hour later and ended up waiting outside for 20 minutes because the doors were locked. They have their phone number on the front door so I called to ask to be let in and still had to wait. I totally understand all of the precautions stores are taking due to Covid-19, but this is not a tiny store and the only other customers inside were a couple who appeared to be checking out. There was an employee pacing back and forth by the front door who could clearly tell I was waiting outside. What blew my mind was I didnt have to wait for the couple to leave to enter - they let me in while the couple was still inside, so I am really unsure why I was forced to wait outside at all.When the employee, Rob, finally came to the front door, he opened the door but rudely blocked me from coming in, asking what he could help me with. I had to ask if I was allowed to come in just to get him to move out of my way. It was mind blowing to me that with only 2 other customers in the store (and employees walking around without customers), I had to wait outside for so long and then was questioned before being allowed in. I paid for the rack and left as quickly as possible.I only came here because none of the real local bike shops had the bike rack in stock. Next time, Ill be waiting for them to restock before thinking about coming here. Go to the Common Wheel downtown. Go to Lancaster Bicycle Shop right outside of town. Go to Gung Ho bikes in York. Support the shops that will treat you like a human being. Rob from Trek Lancaster has ensured Ill never buy anything from this store again.

Immediate repairs! On several occasions, they have done simple repairs while I wait. Also, the accessories I have purchased here work really well.

I had outstanding service at Trek Lancaster for my purchase of the Verve+ electric bike. I bought the bike for my wife so she can be more comfortable riding in the hills of York, Pennsylvania. Fortunately, she doesnt mind me riding it too, which I have taken full advantage of.The Verve+ is comfortable, smart-looking, and stable with its generous 45mm tires and provides a welcome boost especially on the hills. I like that it is a mid-drive, pedal assist bike which provides a more natural bicycle kind of feel to it. I also think it is a very good value when compared to other electric bikes, and compared to other motorized vehicles like cars. The purchase price is obviously much less for an electric bike than for a car, yet it performs in a similar manner. It also costs much less to operate -- using an electric bike for errands and commuting is a fraction of the cost of riding in a car.Electric bikes have a lot going for them including affordability, being gentler on the environment, and being a heck of a lot of fun.
