Extremely rude to customers. Frequently yells at, cusses at and the. Hangs up on customers. Very shady about their towing fees for absolutely zero reason. Owners and workers are very friendly with known convicts and felons on all social media platforms. Place seems to be very shady all around.

I have Nothing but Wonderful things to say about the service I received from A&L Towing! All the associates I dealt with were extremely professional, polite, & did an outstanding job! They completed call in a timely manner and treated my property as if it were their own. I needed a vehicle picked up & delivered an hour away, they did so without hesitation. All the while communicating with me as to the arrival times. I am happy to say, I do not need towing services often, but if and when I do, I know exactly who I will call, and who I will recommend when I learn of anyone who ever is in need! AAA contracted them at 1PM, AAA called back in 15 minutes saying that A and L would be my provider. Called back 4 times into AAA to be told provider had not updated case whatsoever. Around 5:30PM, A and L finally calls me and says they are working on getting me towed and states they will call me back. I receive a call ah hour later from AAA that A and L will not tow me. If you have AAA and they say this trash tow company will be your provider, tell them no and to find someone else. AAA needs to dump these people immediately....straight up trash. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I just used this company through my AAA membership when my suv broke down. Tyler C. Was my driver and theres not enough good things I can say about the service he provided! He went above and beyond. Id highly recommend him to everyone! Plus the level of professionalism was astonishing. Thank you for making a bad day so much better!!!

A driver was going under the speed limit from rushville to the next passing zone, the whole time he was more worried about me. As soon as we got to the only passing zone he sped up to stop me from passing legally. So I call Frank, instead of saying Ill get back to you later he thought itd be a good idea to call the driver on speaker phone. I guess thats a way to settle an issue, I just hope he sees how his driver couldnt keep the truck between the lines

I called at 8:30 am to have my sons car towed to a shop. By 2:30 pm I have yet to hear anything from A&L . They wasted my whole day waiting for them to never show nor call.

My wife locked her keys in her car at the post office. He told her 30 to 45 minutes to get there. Called again at 55 minutes the guy said I told her 45 to an hour. I heard what he said and that wasnt it, but we are all human so we waited another 30 minutes and told him to cancel it we got someone else. He said I got someone coming and I told him not necessary he kept pushing and I politely hung up on him thanking him as I did. He called back to tell me his driver is in the parking lot. The parking lot of the post office is small and no one is there he starts to ask were his driver was and I hung up again again telling him thank you for his time. We called another towing company they were 5 dollars cheaper and there in 20 minutes. I would not recommend this company at all they just seem like they are full of excuses.

Very quick response time and the Tow Truck operater was amazing! We had a decent snow the night before and they were very busy, and he was courteous and quick! It was very cold and the first question he asked me was if I wanted to get in the truck to warm up. I cant recommend A&L enough!

I truly wish we would have used someone else, it feels like they take advantage of you a great deal by holding your car hostage until you pay the higher then normal prices that they fix to your particular vehicle in a time where lets be honest youre already stressed out. I overheard them taking advantage of another customer whose car unfortunately flipped over in an accident lets just say just a flip it over they charge that gentleman $400 and then theres the tow price and then theres the hooking it up price and then theres the price of it sitting on their lot every single day that they will continue to effects until you get it off their lot plus the towing to get it off of their lot the storage fees it adds up to a ridiculous amount and its not necessary at that point. Unfortunately these people take advantage of people who are in need and make the mistake of picking them as their tow service.

The owner towed my van home on Thanksgiving after I had lost the oil cap. He called a salvage yard and found a replacement cap, called me and brought it to my house later that morning. I would give ten stars if I could, fantastic service!!!

Thank you so much for your help. On February 1, 2020 I had a fire in my 89 blue Skoolie. After the fire department and police department were done I called A & L Towing and they had a truck to me in about 10 mins. I had a miscommunication with the dispatcher but they were still able to help me. I had the bus in a tight area and the drive was still able to get back to me and tow me to the Orielys down the street. They were very friendly and helpful. Though I hope I never need there help again, if I am in need in Lancaster OH in the future I will definitely call they again.Thank you,Scott and Cynthia McIlwain

I am a retired service manager for one of the largest under car shop chains in the country, I have been in the automotive repair business for 41 years, and have had countless cars towed by countless different towing companies in three different states, as well as towed cars myself., A & L is by far the worst towing company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, not only do they OVERCHARGE by nearly 40% the average, they are rude, condescending, extremely unprofessional and hostel .A&L needs to learn that extorsion is a two way street, if you have been overcharged or treated poorly by A&L or had your car damaged by them, please feel free to IM me and share your story, as it is high time that A&L get a HUGE dose of their medicine.

Total rip off! 600 bucks for a 20 minute job.They took advantage of my father who is 91 years old and on hospice. We had to move him in with my sister and dad had to pay the tow bill. They were recommended by Black Tie movers. Black Ties box truck came off a gravel driveway and got stuck in the grass. and Black Tie called them to tow their truck that was stuck in the grass. Of course they said we were responsible for the bill as we gave them permission to drive up to the barn so the movers would not have to carry the stuff so far. I called Frank the owner of A&L Towing and he was not willing to reduce the bill or even discuss it. He was very angry and rude on the phone. He even called me a Facebook cowboy! What ever that is? Frank asked his hired tow driver, who he partners with, J Reeds towing, Who was paying the bill, the movers or the customer? So if the customer pays, its double or triple what the moving company would have to pay them? I tried to resolve this and Frank would not budge. He just got nasty and angry. Frank, dont know how you can sleep at night. You had us over a barrel and took advantage. No wonder why towing companies get a bad rap. All I asked of you was to be fair. I have friends in the business and they tell me 150 -200 is a fair price. Even Black Tie told me they have used you in the past and never paid no where near that amount. It would be an honorable thing for you to cut the bill in half which is more than fair.

WORST TOWING COMPANY! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY EGOTISTICAL, VERY RUDE! Didnt have a choice with the company to come help because theyre contracted out through AAA but I will let all my family and friends know, not to use this company! They over charged us, taking advantage of the situation we were in. I would rate them negative stars if I could! I hope they lose their contract with AAA. If I was AAA, Id drop them indefinitely! You represent AAA as well as your own name and you are making both look bad!

They worked 11 hours on my car for me so I could have heat. They replaced a bunch of stuff and they even bought my lunch for me because I stayed the entire time. Their prices are resonable. I will never take my car anywhere else! They were very professional.

If I could put negative stars in this I would!!! Just for a single driver. Did not receive his name last night by around 10 pm on east Main Street one their drivers his a dog in the road and stopped for all of 2 minutes until he heard the cops were going to be called. You could clearly see the person and the dog walking across east main and should have stopped or at least slowed down. Or been decent enough to stay and talk to the cops. I HOPE THIS DRIVER GETS FIRED AND LOSES HIS LICENSE. Poor dog. Hopefully she makes it since she is an older dogs

Hands down the worst experience Ive ever had with a towing company. Very rude very unprofessional.

The entire staff is unprofessional.. The clerk, I believe her name is Shelly is rude and said Ill be with you when Im ready. They lost or stole a females wallet. They thew all her valuables including credit cards and money in a trash bag. One of the staff members omitted it should have been locked up in a safe. One of the drivers was cussing and swearing the entire time we were there. Were going to file a police report for their negligent actions.

The driver we had was extremely rude. I will never call upon them again and I will never recommend them. The owner needs to take a look at the employees that work for him.

Used them through AAA and they got there when they said they would. Which seems small but when you’re on a time crunch to and need your car towed it’s a blessing
