When I go in there they treat me like the customer is a important person and did great work for me.
I took my fathers motorcycle in to Southside Cycles on 17 July 2018 and I was told it would take 3 or 4 weeks to have the work completed. My father was in Hospice and I wanted to get his bike fixed before he passed away. Southside did not contact me until 20 Oct 2018 to pick up the bike. When I went to Southside, I found that the bike did not have the tires changed as I requested and a large section of paint is missing from the gas tank. The guy working the counter said he remembers me asking to have the tires changed and does not know why they were not changed. He also could not explain why the paint was messed up so badly. He said he was the only one working and would not get a mechanic/manager/owner for me to talk to about the bike. When I called Southside over a month ago for an update about the bike I was told it would be ready that weekend. It still took them three more weeks to get the bike completed.Because of their ridiculously slow service, my father was never able to see his bike running again before he passed away. I will never trust Southside to work on anything again.UPDATE: I took Southside Cycles to small claims court and won! They have to pay to have my tank repaired.
