Wow! I cant believe the customer service I received from Raw during my visit at this location was AMAZING!! From the moment I walked in to the people in line he greeted and made us feel like valued customers. Even with the pressure of having a full house of customers he did NOT lose his cool and again treated everyone with respect. I was visiting from out of state (CA) and I would definitely stop here again.
Great donuts and open 24/7! Staff was very helpful, nice, and knew all the flavors and were patient with me when I asked about the flavors. I usually get them through grub hub but I wanted to see their other flavors (since grub hub is in sets). Donuts are very fresh and I love that they are both good quality and always open since lots of dessert places close early in Summerlin. Some of my favorites include the raspberry jam and blueberry. My cats also love the box 📦
Three days ago I visited Pinkbox Doughnuts for the first time. When I returned to my daughter’s house; I noticed my OG Plain and Simple doughnuts weren’t in the box. I received glazed doughnuts instead. They tasted great but; I wanted a couple of plain ones. The owner read my Google Review and asked me to give him a call so he could correct my order. I spoke to Joseph this afternoon. He was gracious and kind. I could hear the customer service in his voice. I felt so valued and welcomed as a customer. I received half a dozen OG Plain and Simple doughnuts courtesy of Joseph. He has a customer for life in me.I will try the Purple Rain doughnuts next time I visit. Thank you for the old-fashioned personalized attention. I will tell everyone I know about Pinkbox Doughnuts on West Tropicana.
This review is for the Tropicana Location. I walked in to place an order for next day pick up, but was told to make the order online. Pre ordering online is fairly straightforward. I told them which donuts I wanted, and how I wanted them separated, selected the time I wanted them ready and that’s it. Shortly after I was sent an invoice which was very easily payable with Apple Pay. The next day I arrived a few minutes early to pick up my order, and the donuts we boxed and ready. Excellent service. The donuts were pretty good, and of course the wow factor is nice.
These doughnuts are delicious. As an adult, I made the startling realization that not all doughnuts actually are so when you find a place that does it right, you need to treasure it and appreciate its existence. I think these are the best Ive had since moving to Las Vegas. I still miss Henrys back in WA and this may be a different category all together. Henrys is a classic, old school throwback. This place is more upscale but I love them both for different reasons. I definitely recommend it.
In town visiting from Houston where we have Voodoo donuts (Which I love). I could smell Pinkbox Doughnuts from outside so I had to stop by since the color scheme and funky donuts where similar to Voodoo. The customer service was great. The guys up front were very friendly and personable and recommended the Key Lime and the Apple donut and I was not let down. The texture was perfect, not too soft and not too firm. The filling was creamy and smooth and the taste was not overly sweet yet, tasted like the flavor. I will be back next time I am in Vegas!
We were able to try PINKBOX because of a Pop up Shop in St. George, UT. We ordered a Pinky’s dozen AND about a half dozen others that we didn’t want to miss out on. I’m so impressed with the Dough-cros and another highlight was the banana and apple fritters. I’m pretty sure we have a new favorite doughnut place, they were all so delicious. We live just south of Salt Lake, so I do hope you consider a location here. I know it would do well. Thank you so much for everything! We had fun and we live our t-shirts too!
The girl behind the counter was so patient with us. I brought my whole family to pick out their own donuts (2 dozen total) and they all had questions about the flavors. She answered them all with a smile and even made sure to put my daughters donuts in a separate bag because of her peanut allergy. I dont know her name, but thank you!
The doughnuts & coffee are delicious & the associate was very friendly.
A great selection and friendly staff
Have you ever craved a donut with bacon or a donut or a donut in the shape of a poop well if you have this is the place to go. Offering large variety of donuts and donut holes pink box is one of my favorite places for donuts. And if you are vegan or just want to try something you they do have a variety of vegan Donuts.
This was my first time in a pinkbox doughnuts and the experience was amazing. The lady working was friendly and helpful with the patience of a saint. I didnt want to eat the doughnuts because they were so beautiful and happy looking.
Always a treat! So yummy!Havent had a Pinkbox doughnut that I didnt like. Theres a doughnut for every price and theres discounts for different amounts.
Love coming the variety of doughnuts they have great. A must visit for any sweet tooth craving.
So many choices! We were there Friday 13th. We were the only ones there at the time. We had never been there before and I loved that we didnt feel rushed into ordering. She literally took the time to tell me about pretty much, every donut. Very friendly service! These donuts made it all the way to Dallas to my kids and parents (and me 🙊🙉🙈) so good! 🍩 🍩
They have specialty doughnuts. Prices are above average because of the novelty. Staff is nice.
There donuts looks really cool but they kinda for IG and FB pic worthy and if you like sweet this for you
Besides there doughnuts being the best, there customer service is amazing! I wanted the doughnut of the month they were out and Brian went to the back where they were making them and made me 3, after he flagged me down to come back!! Hes the best!!
Excellent doughnuts, would have to give 5 stars for product. Downside is over priced. Doesnt even provide individual creamers for coffee. Considering the prices thats pretty petty.i dont want someone else putting cream into my coffee.
Always fantastic. The porky face is the best
Best doughnuts Ive ever had, super helpful and knowledgeable staff, and open 24 hours!!
I’ve long heard about Pinkbox, and I finally made a visit! There were many, many choices, all at different price points. They were from $1.25 to $3/4 each. The doughnuts are separated into categories.I personally had and LOVED the vegan Chocoholic. It was the best! So thankful for vegan doughnuts. I think they had about 5 vegan option?
Duh, licious!!! The donuts are fresh and flavorful. A must try in Las Vegas. There are so many great flavors to choose from. I recommend them all.
This was my first time and the staff was very friendly and took the time to tell us how the ordering worked. The doughnuts are also not juat good looking but they are great tasting. The Holy Canoly was delicious!
I love all the doughnuts they make but the maple bacon bar is to die for.
Love the vegan 🍋ade and veegee (hubbie and I call em orange) 🍩s! And, whoevers up front always welcomes me with a hello when I walk in.😊
Delicious and very creative. Love this place.
Seriously, just let me have a part time job here. Thats how much I love the doughnuts. You will never ever regret getting your sweet tooth on with these wonderful pastry artists 🎨
Very different, but in a great way! Better than Krispy Kreme period!
The donuts are delicious 😋 and the service is awesome..Ive visited a few times🥰
The cronuts and the oreo donuts are the absolute best
When they ask if you want a separate bag…This means they should put it in a separate bag but they gonna ask because they’re lazy I guess. I said no. Put it in same bag. What that means is: you get 3 doughnuts smashed together with chocolate on doughnuts that didn’t have chocolate on them. And the doughnuts were STALE AND OLD. NOT FRESH AT ALL. 8am on a Wednesday
Still humming along nicely, the rushed conversion from ACE Donuts to Pinkbox Doughnuts’ third location filling a niche in the Southwest pre-pandemic, it was Saturday morning that the space at Fort Apache and Tropicana was found gleaming, clever signage and a giant pink Pooh demanding selfies joining more than fifty styles of fried Dough lining shelves.More and more social-media savvy over the years, with upward crawling prices and a collection that expands regularly via specials, this visit entailed two boxes of “OG Classics” plus a carton of Doughnut Holes called “Pee-Weez.”Using a clever naming scheme to re-brand many of Roberto Armanino’s classics, the Old Fashioned Cogwheels still Las Vegas’ best, additional choices included raised Bars and Rings, their flavors mostly as expected but now more pricey than other spots making equal or better such as Real Donuts, The Original Doughnut Bar or Friendly Donut House.FOUR STARS: A fan of the staff and fried Dough at Pinkbox for nearly nine years there remains no place better for Ol’ Fashioned and artisan choices, but as prices have inched upwards the value for more basic forms of Bars or Raised Donuts has diminished.
Great doughnuts they can be a little high on price depending on what you buy
Its fun in a doughnut..Must for last minute presents..or to boost up your desert side of dinners.
Have customers order doughnuts, and then fill the box.Bad corporate business model to first ask if I am ordering six or 12.Pinkbox is missing the point that it is not a good business model to ask customers how many doughnuts they will order, when they get to the counter. Let customers order doughnuts at will. If the customers wants to disclose upfront how many doughnuts they will order then that should be their choice. There is a great selection of doughnuts at these establishments, and steering customers into a predetermined number of doughnuts before seeing everything at the display counter is not a good idea. Probably, what has been determined, through market analysis, is that pushing for box orders of six or 12 resulted in higher sales revenue, so it stands as a corporate business model. Some customers might think its helpful to decide if they want six or 12 doughnuts. I usually just want to go to the counter and order the doughnuts I want to get, with no predetermined set number. From a health perspective, one donut is too much. From an impulse buy perspective, five donuts might be just right.
A great stop on my way to work.
Donuts were good and reasonably priced and a large variety but there were no gluten free ones which is what I went there for.
Got the OG bakers dozen. Excellent choice of donuts. Really good services. 24/7 service. Whats not to like.
Got the munchies? This doughnut shop is Open 24/7! After giving Pinkbox a second try, as much as I want to show this shop love, I simply cant justify doing so. The doughnuts are meh. If youre in the mood for donuts and not looking for the best youve ever had, itll definitely do, but dont expect knock your socks off flavor or freshness because it comes up short. The store itself, the staff, and the donuts are colorful and enticing, but the display is all looks without the pizazz. Check it out for yourself, ask for a sample to get an idea of what youre delving into. Above all, appreciate the creative designs. Images demonstrate illustrious lively colors, but donuts are dry on the inside and outside (frosting). Note the cracking from a donut new freshly purchased. The manager was so nice and pleasant to speak with. But even after speaking with the manager, Joseph, I still wasnt able to acquire a fresh, adequately stocked batch of donuts. The manager insisted the donuts are made fresh and dated. I was informed that Pinkbox maintains a high level of freshness and quality, but I didnt take notice of this statement in the least.
Best donuts Ive ever had, wished I could pack a Pinkbox in suitcase and take back to Maryland!!!!
There is hair in my donut and there’s no way for me to call and complain, according to there automated message they have playing when you call it says they don’t answer phone calls because they are assisting clients that are in the building .The doctors i work had placed this order for staff i will be including photo
I stopped in the pink donut drop cuz Ive never been there before I want to see what kind of donuts they at well Ill take a Krispy Kreme any day and the prices are much better at Krispy Kreme and they are at the pink box
I am a big fan of this place. Banana pudding doughnut is CRAZY good. The price is not what you’d pay for a normal doughnut, but these aren’t anywhere near normal doughnuts.
Delicious donuts, almost too many choices to choose from, the most variety of donuts I have ever seen
Easily the best doughnuts Ive ever had. They have a vegan cherry fritter that is so good I ate it with my eyes closed, and Im not even vegan. If thats not your thing, try literally anything else because everything is good here. Better than Dunkin, better than Krispy Kreme, better than Bosa. By a lot.
The most amazing donuts 🍩 😍 yummy
So yummy. Get the doughcros
Doughnuts were fresh staff were friendly and helpful
A bit pricey and the glazed cake loaf was a bit stiff, if Im being honest.
A Doughnut is a Doughnut. Love the gimmick. I went in to check out the menu. I got one with bacon, not bad, extremely sweet,.I also got the apple fritter, well made with the right amount of sweetness. As for the attendants, rude, un engage, as if they were paying for my purchase.
I love Pink Box, the best donuts in the city!
Simply the best donut shop of all time!
Always bomb and has so many flavors
Insane place(in a good way) the way they make donut is awesome and they did well at service
Went to check out the new location at Tropicana/Ft. Apache and was super impressed! The decor is fantastic, the doughnuts were delicious, and the service was excellent. The Poomoji was great- how can you go wrong with frosting and ganache? Also really enjoyed the apple fritter. We’ll be back again soon!
Delicious and fast service even in the morning. Best donuts in vegas.
Love the unique flavors of doughnuts they offer.
