This has to be the worst place to get a muffler. When I got there, the worker was laying on the couch so I had to wait for 15 minutes just for them to start on my car. The welds on the muffler was terrible and it had air leaking out. They didnt bother to check for leaks and I didnt find out about the leaks until I checked it at home. When I called them to ask to fix the air leaks, they were hesitant to do it. The muffler was so crooked and pointing down and my subaru looked like a ricer. Look somewhere else and dont bother going to this place. Learn from my bad experience.

Not too bad on the price but the job was fast but not quality the Cadillac converter they put on my Jeep failed had to go somewhere else. Not a satisfied customer.

Nice people here,the lady manager was great with my help.went and got my cats replaced and the sensor clip broke off..the muffler shop was closed at time I got there and the manager had the mechanic fix my problem.will go back if needed. Nice place 👌

I went there for the free ac check. Was there 2 1/2 hours or more. They said $500 to put a new condenser. Then the blond spanish girl at the counter tried to charge me $80 for the check. I said, yeah right I will do it myself. Dont go there ripoff.

Great Service, very Reasonable prices, the workers worked on my Range Rover all day replacing my Cadillac Converters, all other shops said would take week or weeks, This place got us right in, was a very Family style business Great people hard workers. Will definitely return and Reccomend this place they are just regular Hard working individuals that will treat you and your vehicle right. I called in. Employee who answered the phone was rude and wanted to charge double what every other shop in Vegas has charged. Price gougers who will take advantage of you if given the opportunity.

I got an exhaust built by these guys last month. The whole place reeked of weed immediately upon arrival, but it was the only place I could get to at the time. The guy quoted me $400 for a whole system, then he showed me the muffler he was going to put in - a Flowmaster. Pretty good, roughly $150 by itself. The price made sense for everything included. Then he told me I had to pay cash because the card reader was down. I got the vehicle home and noticed about a week later that it wasnt a flowmaster that he put in, but a $30 knock-off flo-pro. Looking back on it, he was a con man who definitely stole money from the boss. Took the cash and wrote it up as probably a $200 dollar job and pocketed the rest. Charged me for authentic and gave me garbage. These guys are just crooks who fleece every customer. Stay away.

Jus horrible. 3 days in a row I was there waited and waited and waitedMuffler guy comes in whenever he wants and even if u make a appointment you still wont b seen, so unprofessionalAt first I got the best price in town, to good to be true especially since I drive a lexusAt first it was 229, for jus bank 1Then come to find out it they raised the price to 600 cus they had to do both and it was more labor which was understandable because of the manifold.I said sure lets do it. And still they never fixed my car wasted 5 hours on day 1 and 4 hours on day 2 jus sitting there . Mind you Im all the way in henderson so that alone Im wasting gas, time and mind you my car isnt running right cus of my catalyst convertersJus one big fail !!! Worse shop ever !!Ans they dont take any type of payments other than cash

An odd little muffler shop. Communication is not very good. I was supposed to come back in two hours, but it wasnt done for 3 more hours after that.The work was good, and the price was even better.

Just spoke to Chino and already I feel at ease about my car. I had went to a shop (bad shop) where the owner of this shop on Spring Mountain was over charging me since I was a female who honestly doesnt know about cars. My husband works in the day so I really felt sad and worried that I was being taken advantage of by the other shop.After speaking with Chino just now and getting a reasonable price, I look forward in doing business with him. Had a Sunday appointment manager told me to come in from 10-3 ..Got there by 9am figured id let the car cool off a bit by the time he got there. Waited until 10:30 and he never showed, so i called him.Told me he was on his way and would be there in 10 minutes..Now its 11:30 waited another hour and he never showed.Cant trust this mans word let alone his work. Dont bother with this place. WHAT A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!

These guys were great! I installed a flowmaster drop in muffler on my ram 1500 in my garage and had a hard time lining the tail pipes with the bumper. Also I had to cut one of the exhaust pipes during removal so it was sunken back about 2 inches from the bumper. These guys welded in an extension for that tailpipe, aligned my muffler tips PERFECTLY, and welded it to my muffler cleanly. I was in and out in under an hour and my bill wasnt bad either. Great service, great small shop. Check them out.

Called and asked for an exhaust leak diagnosis. There answer was come by its free... Was told to pull into the bay right away. Had it in the air and found the leak within 1 minute. I also had put a muffler on which took about 5 minutes and was done great. Hands down some of the best service I had ever received. Wish they specialized in other things as well. No bs. No up sell. I went in there this morning to have my muffler checked because I thought I had a hole in the muffler.They checked it out and found nothing wrong. Went to the location on Rancho. They cant cut rusted bolts off my exhaust to replace my catalytic converter... I thought this was an advanced muffler shop. They should expect and be prepared to have to cut and weld on exhaust.

Called around local for cat on a 99 Dodge truck. Got let me check and call you back from multiple Big Name shops. Called Advance Muffler. Had it on the shelf. Drove down. Got installed. Total time about 1hr. Still waiting on other shops to call me back. Will ABSOLUTELY use again and recommend to others. Clean shop. Capable Techs.

Fast service exhaust shop. I been coming to this shop since 2015. Always quality mufflers and catalytic converters. Professional wields. I saw a review by Timothy Killian. Its hard to believe that happen. In the waiting room there a hug hole to see the work that is being done. Also manifold catalytic converters are special ordered and expensive. Thats also a direct replacement part meaning that any mechanic can install it. There was no need to bring it to a exhaust shop if it does not need to be wielded. You should do your research before bring it in. You can also bring in your own catalytic converters or mufflers to get wielded. You pay labor price, If the part is defective there is no refund on labor. Thats the customers responsibility. Thats with any shop.

Chris was very helpful in installing my new exhaust off of eBay there was some fitmit issues but they were able to fix it and make it work. Word of advice stay away from cheap Chinese exhaust systems and go to advance mufflers.

Hes done both of my Trucks a Nissan Titan and Dodge Ram...both sound great with a 40 series Flowmaster exhaust...fast, friendly and keeps his word

I took my 2017 Mustang GT to their shop to get an estimate for installing my Borla S-Type Catback exhaust system. The gentleman at the register told me he could do it for $120. The price sounded reasonable to me so I went home, took the exhaust system out of the box (box would not fit in the car) and drove back to their shop. They had no cars in the shop and the gentleman I spoke with earlier was not there. Another guy asked me what I needed, I told him I was there earlier and showed him the exhaust system. He got on the phone speaking to someone in spanish, and then told me the price would be $160 because I have two mufflers. What difference does that make? All Mustang GTs have 2 mufflers and it had 2 mufflers when I took it to the shop earlier as well. I told him i would pay $120 because that is what the price was quoted to me earlier. He said no. I said fine, and left... while they continued to just stand around doing nothing because they didnt have any customers cars to work on. Im a businessman myself and if my employees treated someone like this and turned away a paying customer while they had nothing else to do, they wouldnt be employed by me any longer. I then drove to Pep Boys and got my exhaust installed for $115 and only had to wait for an hour.
