Always find what I need here. The young ladies working the floor are always so very helpful. The owners seem iffy at times, but I notice that with a lot of Asian owned beauty supply stores. They can be nice when you buy, but dont return anything or spend too much time talking to their workers. I was encouraging one of the young ladies who is about to go to college, and they came and beckoned her over asking if she was done (meaning talking) and told her they had work for her to do. Like they were cracking that plantation whip. I didnt like that. I felt obliged to notify them that I was the one talking to her, and didnt want her to get in trouble. Cant wait til college starts and she gets the heck outta there.

It was my first time buying a wig and I WAS SUPER NERVOUS. But a really nice employee showed me around and helped me decide.Super nice people and I would 100% buy from them again!

10-22-21...Elderly Asian man/woman had little to no customer service...Not inviting/friendly entering or leaving...Crumpy...Act like theyre doing customers a favor! Second star bc Im to nice!

Sister needed a wig and they had an excellent selection. The young lady who helped her was extremely nice, too.

Very overpriced & some of the owners are always really rude. Especially the older Asian man & lady who are sometimes at the cash register. They have no customer service skills

Not very friendly people. Especially the black girl/why the attitude!😒🤔 **Dont buy nothing in their unless its exactly what your looking for. Because no matter what its, you cant exchange or return. I only wanted another color and it was never opened! Spend your coins wisely or elsewhere.

I had a really rude cashier about a week ago, who never said thank you when handing me my receipt! When I spoke up on it, she said, I was going to say it. I said, when? After I get out in the parking lot? She made another rude remark while I walked out. The owners are as unfriendly as can be, but its the same at C & S Beauty store down the road, next to MxDonalds, as well as TOP Beauty Supply across from the bank! The Korean store owners in north Georgia are not nice or friendly to their mostly black customers, ever.

I love this place! Im not sure how it compares to all the hair stores on Memorial Drive but for this neighborhood it has everything I need and want to try. The wig section is nice too. The staff is always helpful.

I was going to beauty supply stores closer to my house because I didnt feel like driving a few miles. But once I went to C&S beauty store my life changed. I love shopping in this store they have everything I always need. I love the fact that when you shop with them you get cash back or something on your account. In which later the money builds up and you can purchase items from the store.

Very impressed. I was greeted inside to offer any assistance. Store well organized with items I didnt find in competitive store. And like that they have a Rewards Program. My new Go-To for beauty items.

Theyre very friendly. Great customer service! Although I didnt see a big selection for hair dye, the pricing and the ones they do have really make up for it. I love that theyre open later than Sallys (830) and they dont rush you out the door. They also dont follow you around like youre going to steal something like some of these other places do.

Didnt like the fact that a display wig wasnt marked down. Why would you have it on the floor if there were no more in stock? False advertising. I would have bought more, but I thought that was bad business so I didnt. To not mark down a display item is somewhat unprofessional and greedy like. Then she had the nerve to give me a cheap free comb that was packaged “not for resale”. Lol..right.. anyway... she couldve kept that cheap comb. Now Im not saying Ill never return, but Ill shop around and weigh other options before and if I do. Ive been to better beauty supply stores. I wasnt that impressed; the reviews were puffed a little. I dont recommend.

NEVER SHOP HERE! The Male Owner of the Store is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! While I was being “assisted” he decided to tell the customer behind me he will help them first! Right while I’m literally standing in front of the counter! And LITERALLY checked them out Right in front of my face!! I will never shop here again & I ADVISE NOBODY SPEND THEIR MONEY HERE!! Very nasty & rude!

If I could give it a 10, I would. I was looking for no specific brand hair, just specific texture (tight curl, human), length & wefting (clip-ins). Before this, id been to 5 stores, and decided to call before I went. The young lady answered the phone, and knew what I needed, and it was in stock. But that wasn’t the best part. The store was otherworldly. It was clean, organized, BRIGHT, and the vibe was very upbeat. It doesn’t look like someone’s dusty and dim closet. I definitely recommend this store!

This is a good hair shop but they really do need to hire more people to assist customers it’s ridiculous I just called to ask about a price and the lady hung up on me twice .... I’m sorry not every one wants to drive all the way over to the store everytime they need a price for something

This beauty has become my go to store. C & S understand the importance of customer service. They treat their customers like we matter and that means so much to me. I won’t go to any other beauty store ever again.

The new manger Cindy is EXTREMELY RUDE. I have been shopping here since the day they opened and have never been so mistreated. Please do not let all of the reviews fool you, they are base upon the old staff. I will never go here again. I will drive to VENUS BEAUTY SUPPLY ON PLEASANT HILL, where they not only have better prices but the ENTIRE staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

I went in looking for 3 bundles of kinky straight for microlinks. First, not one person greeted me which was a problem. Next, no one seem to know the difference between human hair and synthetic hair. Then when I located the hair I was looking for the sales person called the hair nappy. I proceed to informed her our hair is nappy neither is the hair I was going to purchase. The egregious ignorance of the sales person was not surprising because I know they do not take time to learn about culture, rather only seek to capitalize upon. I informed her that she lost nearly $200 because she would NEVER get my money with ignorant comments. The young African Americans girl behind the counter could not compose her glee with my comments to the worker and seemed to agree with me but I know she had a job. It is apparent that these disgusting comments are the nor, please do not spend your money with people who do not have common decency. I could have easily made an ignorant comment as the sales person did, but I do get low and dirty with others or change my character to match theirs. Down the street there was a better selection and better customer service. FYI they do not allow refunds only exchanges which should have been the only warning I need that they do not value customer service. Of course I do not mean open or used products. Oh and do not trust the 5 star reviews there is a big sign inside offering something for good reviews 🙄

This is my new favorite beauty supply store ! They have everything you need at the same price or cheaper than other beauty supply stores, but what makes this beauty supply store unique is that they offer a rewards program where each purchase earns you money and you can choose when and how much money to use towards each purchase. Staff is friendly and welcoming and doesn’t follow you around like most other stores. I definitely recommend !!

I visited this Beauty Supply for the first time last week. It is absolutely beautiful on the inside and smells nice and new. They have a very large selection of costume jewelry which I love because I usually have to stop on my way to work to buy earrings if I forget mine. I love the fact that another option has opened up in the area for my haircare needs. I forgot to ask the ladys name that checked me out but she is super friendly and down to earth. She maybe the owner because she has been there both times I have visited. They are super helpful and have a great selection of braiding hair/crochet hair. The prices are competitive with the other beauty supplies in the area which is great because we arent forced to pay crazy high prices. They also have a really cool register system that lets you check in amd earn rewards. Definitely recommend!

I honestly just came here to give a review on the customer service. The store was clean and neat, prices were good as well. I was greatly warmly by the owner when I walked in, no one followed me around as if I was going to steal something. I overheard a conversation between the owner and her Staff and she was very professional and kind towards them. It was a breathe of fresh air bc most of us know going to the hair store can be hostile or uncomfortable at times. There are still some owners who go above and beyond to be professional and make you feel welcomed. I felt inclined to give this store a 5 stars.

This was my first time going to the beauty supply. I love their variety of products and accessories! The lady at the counter gave a purple bag that had a mug in it! :)

I walked into the store with my mom and she noticed the owners are Korean so she greeted them in Korean. One of the owners proceeds to ask my mom where shes coming from and, confused, she says from home. The man proceeds to say that she can only shop there that once but never again because she is Korean. We left because we didnt want to give them any business, but came back shortly after. We asked for the paperwork that says Koreans cannot shop there and he said he didnt have any and continued to say that its up to him to decide who can shop at his store. The owners are awful and prejudice people. They should not be given any business.

An enormous updated selection of products, the store is immaculately clean, prices are comparable to other beauty supply stores and they even give a discount AFTER your first purchase. But the thing that keeps me coming back is the SUPERIOR customer service that they give to all of their patrons! I live in Loganville and drive past several beauty supply stores just because I know that my money/business is valued here..This place is on a Chick Filet/Publix level if you know what I mean...
