Rude as hell!! Walk in at 5:52pm and was greeted by a Korean man stating, “We are closing in 5 minutes”...well why not help me find what I need instead of standing there! Thankfully the young African American lady behind the counter helped me. However another customer was in the store and both they started yelling at the lady who was down an aisle “WE ARE CLOSING!!!” What in the world? How many times have a customer been in a store or restaurant still eating or shopping past the closing time. They obviously don’t appreciate or respect the people that patronize them. Terrible!!!

Prices are decent. Aisle are small and the shelves are filled with tons of product, which is a good thing but it makes it feel very cramped.

I contacted the store to verify if they had an electric hot comb in stock. A man answered who was very rude!! And asked me to come up there myself. Contacting a store prior to coming is the reason why I’m calling. He then hung up in my face. The worse experience. Unfortunately, one bad experience shouldn’t trump the other good experience. However, they need to Get Him off the phone... and he shouldn’t be assisting with customer services because Doesn’t know how to talk to customers very rude...

Convenient (near Kohls & Walmart 😉). Very helpful to find what you seek. For me, the prices are relatively reasonable.

Love this place! Im a stylist,I took a client that lost her hair to chemo,We bought 3 wigs . One was human hair. We got all the necessary thing to use with the wigs and spent rt at 100 dollars. I use the store for a few of my supplies as well...

The black girl in the store(was new apparantly) proceeded to watch me in the aisle and pretended to be looking for an item! Ive spent a lot of money at this beauty supply store. Never will I be spending my money there again!!! The sad part about it was that she was my people. I was on the phone with my husband and I saw her and new instantly the reason behind her constantly coming back to the location I was!

A variety of hair and beauty products including weaves, braids, locks, nail polish and hair care needs. Close to Walmart but doesnt always have what Im looking for. Stock up when you see something because it might not be there next time.

I love this place, honestly! Not only do they have hair care products, but they also have a small selection of cute clothes at the front of their store. I bought an outfit from here and wore it on my 21st birthday. I got ear muffs from here the other day and neither Walmart or Kohls had them and I was so happy. Ill be coming back here and there to get some clothes.

Friendly owners, stocked store, prices were a little high, but other than that I had a great shopping experience.

I really liked this place at first. I even came when it first opened up. I have been here twice since yesterday two days in a row basically. Today I went in to exchange a CHI flat iron that was not a good brand i may add. With both days i spent all together 308.21 not including tax. What I am upset about is that I bought an FHI platform flat iron. Now it was my fault that i didnt shop around for the prices but I was OVERCHARGED for it. The price was 259.90 but I looked up the price for it and it cost 115.00. I havent used it yet but I know its a great brand but the price was ridiculous. BM-109 is the model number only thing is the one I bought is black with red plates not white. Dont go here. Please shop around I wish i did. I wont be going back.

Small, convenient location, and I always find what I need here. The staff are helpful and they always give me free sample packets of products with my purchases.

They have a lot of products, but kind of expensive. I bought a hair edge control for $2.99 a medium size and they had the same mini trial size for $2.99??? Really?

I really liked it when it first opened, they had a really big variety. The customer service used to be really great but nobody even asked me if I needed help anymore and I have to go search for people now when I need help its just not the same place anymore
