Reasonably priced replacement car fob and received 10% off by offering online and pickup in store. Staff was friendly courteous and took care of replacing my fob. It works great and havent had any issues with it.

Cracked the screen on my Galaxy S20 a week ago, they ordered a new screen just put it on today. Did an awesome job and now my phone works like brand new! The guys in there are super nice and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a phone repair!

I have visited this location 3 times and each time the staff was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The salesperson that help me did an awesome job programming my car remote and cutting the key for it. Can not and will not reccomend this place. tried to get a battery replaced under warranty due to defects on it because pos terminal cracked and i could smell the sulfuric acid inside, and i couldnt get my truck to start. despite the lady testing it and saying its fine, shes very uneducated and said that its normal for batterys to crack and smell the acid after 9 months of use. this is so not normal at all, batteries plus. teach your employees better.

Theyre never out of the batteries I need. Even the oddball batteries like garage door opener, car/truck remotes, motion sensors, laser sights. Never had a single employee not be friendly and helpful.

I use this location as a last resort and even then I only order online so I do not have to be in the store any longer than what is needed. The employees are very unprofessional, rude and make it a very uncomfortable environment to be in. I have been in the store when employees were having heated arguments between themselves, eating while checking out customers (had mustard all over his face, hands, and the package of batteries that I refused at that point to buy) or just completely ignore customers. A simple hello or can i help you would be a huge step up for the service of this store.

My husband went there to get a battery for his flashlight and the girl gave him the wrong one, yet she had the model and serial numbers, so he went back and got his money back. And she tried to sell him the same one over again, never will go there again.

Terrible customer service! They claim they sell all Apple products but They do not. I confirmed this with Apple as they sold me two bad batteries and made me go 4 days with a battery that I have to charge 5 times a day! Terrible terrible!! Do not waste ur money.

It seems like they stock every battery for every device. They can even make up battery packs for special requirements. My cell phone was dead and wouldnt charge. My provider wanted 250.00 to repair it. I took it here and they found my phone was fine but my cord was bad. 10 bucks for a new one and they didnt even charge me for checking my phone.Great service!

Several times in the past few years Ive needed a replacement battery for one of my UPCs. I can easily order online and pick it up at my local store, generally the same day.

I placed on order online and picked the order up the same day, about 3 hours after ordering. The items were set aside and ready for me when I came into the store. The process was quick and easy, especially considering the proximity to the Christmas holidays.

I purchased a tractor battery online and after 10 days waiting theyre telling me probably next week. They were friendly when we cancelled the order. Looks like if youre going to be in the battery business you should do better than that.

Allegedly, they can make car fob keys here. However, I havent been able to have one made. I have been to this store 3 times to have a key made. The first time their programming machine was dead. The second time (after loading my key information into the computer for about 10 mins) I was told they dont cut keys on the weekends. The third time (after again loading my key information into the computer) I was told they dont cut keys after 3:00 P.M. on weekdays...so I dont know when they actually make keys. I am sure if I go back again, I will be told something different.

Not just this location, but a reflection on the company as a whole for screen replacement. I had my broken screen repaired in North Dakota right before moving to Texas. The screen didnt last a month without failing completely. I took it to the Lawton location and they assured me that they would take better care of me. Within a month the screen they replaced went out as well. I went to the phone booth in Wichita Falls, and they fixed my screen in 20 minutes and let me know that there were multiple screws loose or missing. Thats some pretty crappy service, and I will never recommend them for screen repair. Im glad I skipped the warranty and just had my phone fixed by a pro.If I could give it zero stars I would, but thats not an option on here. Trust me take your business for phone repair elsewhere.

I showed up for my appt only to be told by a female that worked there they didnt have any iPhone 6S batteries even though it said you had them online. I called back the next day, and I was told you had plenty of them. I wish I knew the female that works there, because when I showed up the following day she had a bad attitude. I did received my discount after one of the guys, I think Eddie, saw she didnt put the discount code in right. If it wasnt for him, Id never go back.

Never go here for white Iphone screens because theyll never have any in stock and if they do they are faulty and cause your phone to stop working. they keep saying that theyll order the right one but they never seem to actually have them.
