I would like to thank the crew working Saturday 18 September. My truck picked up a large screw and the tire was leaking very quickly. Thankfully the Firestone tire center was open. I was greeted by a friendly manager and treated with courtesy and respect. My tire was quickly repaired and I was on my way.Those guys are the epitome of great customer service. I hate that they have to work all day Saturday, but I thankful that they were there for me.

Took a tire in, and was back out the door in minutes. Had to same tire so was easy to replace. Was treated like family and respect. Great customer service.

Fast, friendly service. We called asking for a specific run flat tire and they did not have it in stock but, they drove to their sister location to find a tire and then installed the tire in 5 min. Amazing!

Forest and the team at the Tinker Firestone store were super helpful when I needed a set of new tires as mine were damaged by a road hazzard. They checked the car for under carriage damage and the rims. Then found a set of run-flats that would go on sale in a couple of days. That savings was over 500 dollars. When you trade there youll be treated right! Ill be back there when I need tires again.

Staff were helpful but not friendly

Came here to have a screw removed from my tire on a Saturday after checking a couple other places prior. They were the only one willing to address my issue. My tire was fixed right away and Im relieved I was able to get it done before Monday. Staff is friendly and welcoming 😊

DO NOT GO HERE. I took my truck to get the AC serviced and they DRILLED A HOLE IN MY RADIATOR. Now they refuse to take responsibility because what they should have done has nothing to do with the radiator. They sent an independent mechanic that told me to my face that someone drilled that hole. Now they won’t show me his report and still say it isn’t them.

Just tried to charge me 250 dollars for a sensor that is 61 dollars at ALL the parts warehouses like AutoZone or advanced... DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.

I HIGHLY recommend Firestone Complete Auto Care to anyone that values wonderful service. I wish I could give this review more then 5 stars. I have just moved to Lawton after living in Alaska for the last 17 years and was in California before that. I have seen and dealt with my fair share of auto shops. My husband had an appointment for his car at 11:00am today, he is out of town and I remembered said appointment at 3:40pm. I called and told them I was sorry that I had forgot about the appointment. They said not to worry about it, and to bring it down and they would take care of it, even with it being several hours later. So I took it in, they said it would be about an hour or so. That was fine, I was just happy they were able to fit us in. My son and I waited in the lobby, several times we were asked by the gentlemen running the inside if we would like anything to drink, or if they could get us snacks. They brought my son a soda free of charge. They also handed him the remote and told him he could put the TV on any show he wanted. Our car was done in less time then we were told and that was with them going across town to pick up the part that was needed. We were out of there VERY HAPPY with the service we received in just under 45 minutes. I would like to take the opportunity to say Thank You to the wonderful gentlemen at Firestone Complete Auto Care for such great service and wonderful hospitality. We will be taking all of our car concerns and needs to Firestone!!!

I had my sons vehicle which had to be taken to the shop. Shane, the Manager was very responsive to my needs, calling me with updates on cost of repair and future repair that may be needed. Dropped vehicle off on a Wednesday and it was ready for pick up the next day, though this is clearly a busy full auto repair location.

Very dishonest. Came for an oil change + a recommended alignment (reasonable) everything was ok until I left and my engine light was now on. Called to inform them and said I was coming back to take a look. I was told it was on when I arrived.. which it was NOT. I keep good maintenance on my car and was told I will need an inspection which is more money..first and last time coming here

Great Customer Service i try to do alot of work on my own before hiring a Mechanic, However if you are looking for interstate Battery this place saved me a trip to Wichita Falls for the Battery i wanted for my car. After i changed my Alternator the battery seem fine so i went back to try exchange the new one, However i didnt have my debit card 2 days later i was about to leave work late at night dark out came out to my car my starter was clicking for some reason so i disconnected the old Battery the clicking stop, so i decided to hook up my new interstate Battery from Firestone Thankfully it worked out for me to keep the new battery because i would have been stranded at Work . I called Shane told him i was glad it didnt work out for my to exchanged my Battery he was very kind understanding so i do appreciate everything they did for me

Unprofessional, to say the least..I brought my 2015 Honda Civic in for a oil change and left with seemingly more problems than I had to begin with. First off, the job was rushed and sloppy, even though they weren’t that busy. Also my check engine light came on directly after the service was complete, I understand this may happen occasionally; However, what really set me off is when the service provider tried to tell me the light was on before I came in(false), and that it would be an additional charge if I wanted it to be looked at. As if they had manipulated the indicator in an effort to draw more money out of me. Finally, when I addressed my concern they laughed it of and explained to me there was nothing they could for me without our payment.

Excellent service and staff. They always work hard to get me in and out quickly and never push me to have anything done on my vehicle that I dont want done. They are great about telling me what is wrong, how much it will be to fix it, and then letting me decide if its something that I want done right away or not. They are not pushy, and although the prices can be a bit high, you cant beat the quality service they provide.

Staff has always gone above and beyond to help take care of my vehicles. Able to schedule whenever I want. Service is always prompt and courteous. Keep it up guys. Good job!

Great service, good price. They were able to fit me in last minute for four new tires. Took my vehicle in right at the appointment time and I was out of shop with new tires in 45 minutes. Service Manager Austin Moore and his team were great.

Great staff that doesnt try to take your money

Definitely don’t recommend a couple months ago I had a alignment done and they messed it up my steering wheel is no longer straight I’ve called multiple times over the last couple months and get told I have to pay for another alignment for them to fix it when I shouldn’t have to because they messed up.

The staff are extremely professional, very knowledgeable prepare to help and assist with your issues. For the past 4yrs I have been taking my car to their shop and I’m extremely happy, I never took it anywhere else!!! Thank you 🙏🏽 for your service!!!!

Took my car in for an oil change, it came out gushing oil. They said it was nothing. Come to find out they didnt put the seal to my oil filter in correctly. It was jammed inside the filter. The next day it didnt run well, and it only lasted till lunch then it died. It will cost 8k to fix it and i dont have the money for that. This is not the first time they have messed up one of my vehicles. I was assured they were under new management, but evidently not new mechanics. It was working fine before I took it in to them. Im never going back to them. They can not be trusted. I wish i could get Ft. Sill to see this. Im sure Im not the only one.

First set of tires I received was amazing... second set were very noisy, and ride felt awful. Service was great both times.

The service they provided was excellent. It may be a little more expensive, but well worth it. Got me in and out quick. Got tires, belts, wiper blades, and oil change. Ive been dealing with them for a while, and never had a problem.

I called in to see if they could check my tire and they said I did not need a appointment and could just stop in. When I got there the man just stood there and told me oh you will need an appointment. We are full the next appointment is in a few day. I then drove to Car Care of Lawton the come to find out my nut coming off. Car care of Lawton is way better! I will not go back to Firestone again

Firestone is only great because of its staff no matter were you go.

Ive been to this Firestone Auto Care two times since moving here for the Army. Those who work here are real professionals! They are courteous and good at their trade.When I came here the last time, I had finished a long day, completing a string of events that just turned downward: changed a flat tire at the beginning of the day, spent the rest of the morning at the emergency room and the afternoon trying to catch up at the office. Finally, at the end of the day, these guys fixed my tire. They quoted me a price, so I ran to my bank and back to pull out the money I needed and after they put the tire back on my van, they said, Dont worry about it; no charge!This place offers old-school courtesy and deserves respect. (I am not affiliated with this company and cannot guarantee a no-fee service; I am only relating the awesome experience I had when I was there.)

They have very good customer service. It did take several hours to get my car back (I was having an AC repair evaluation done to determine what was in need of repair) but they warned me of the wait in advance which was nice. I would have ended up using Firestone if they weren’t $600+ higher than Goodyear to replace the compressor in my car. Customer service is 100% but prices are too high.

I interacted with Shane who is a down-to-earth mechanic and awesome customer service representative. I got my oil change and tire rotation done perfectly. Highly recommended!

My car dealership had misled me about the warranty on my tires. The Sales Manager, Shane, cleared up my misunderstanding and helped me get a great deal on new tires that I am happy with. He also inspected my brakes and found the dealership had tried to get me to needlessly replace brake pads and rotors . I recommend this place for Great Customer service and honest integrity in business.

You have to be smart. Use them for things like lifetime alignment or lifetime rotate and balance. They are just as expensive as anyplace else.Also do make an appointment several days out. They are usually booked and you will not be just driving in to get something fixed right away.They do perform quality work. Again this is not a discount repair shop.

I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE! THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! THEY HELPED ME AFTER I HAD JUST GONE TO KWIK CAR- WHERE THEY NEARLY BROKE DOWN MY CAR. THIS PLACE HAS MY BACK ON HELPING ME GET REIMBURSED FROM KWIK CAR. THIS PLACE IS REASONABLY PRICED FOR THEIR OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Theyre not trying to trick people to buy extra services. They are just simple workers just trying to offer their services.

After shopping around at all other places in Lawton that sell new tires, I found that Firestone offered the best price AND warranty options for my specific tire size and needs. On top of that, they were very nice, while still being discrete. I didnt like how, like many other stores do, they were trying to sell their credit card as a 10% discount. Really need to elaborate what they are selling rather than trying to reel people in. But otherwise, their customer service was great. Took about an hour and a half during a busy time of the day to replace all four tires. The employees were even willing to answer and offer advice on questions I had that were totally irrelevant to the service I was having done when I picked up my car. Firestone is a great option if looking for new tires.

Christine, the new manager here, is amazing. After one of Firestones sister stores messed up and didnt balance my tires, she got me in as quickly as possible and corrected the problem for free. The other store was not willing to work with me to correct their mistake, so she talked with them and got them to refund me my money. She had absolutely nothing to gain because I live out of town and would not be coming back. Its so nice to know that people care about people and what they do. The rest of the mechanics seemed really great as well. I would definitely return here if I lived here. Thanks again, Christine, that was huge deal to me!!

Service was denied because it was “too big of a job”. I towed my vehicle there because of the good rep and customer service and they completely failed to do so. So now I paid $350 to get it towed back to the city to get it worked on by some other shop. Avoid Shane one of the mechanics.

Took car in to get window fixed and drove by and firestone had my car and the same kind of car like mine hood open and it looked like they was taking parts from.my car to put on the other persons car and got mad and told us to take our car and leave. Wish I could could a zero rating.

Been going here for a few years now, from small jobs like tire changes to bigger tasks like engine work. Ive never left disappointed and was always treated with respect and as a valued customer. Once, they did miss calling my extended vehicle coverage company, but they worked with me on correcting that matter and were openly apologetic for the inconvenience.I would recommend this service location to anybody.

They get the job done and work until the shift is over, theyll help you out even when theres just 3 minutes on the clock. Definitely plan on getting a lot of things done there 👍 shout out to the crew that worked 12/14/19 you guys rock!

Austin was great. Had what we needed and services was the best.

After bringing my vehicle in for an alignment, they discovered a few issues with my vehicle. I asked for them to just fix the tie rods and that I would have my husband fix the ball joints. I would have had them do everything but they were asking for 3,000 when we could do it ourselves. we are traveling so we do the have tools to do it ourselves. they refused to only correct tie rods. they would only do so if they could fix everything or nothing at all. I told them I had a 1 year old 5yr old two dogs and that we only had little further to go and they still refused.

Not pleased with the service at all. I turned my car in to the shop around 8am for a tire change and the guy promised me it would be done at least at 7pm. So I call them to check in on my car, around 5pm, and after the third time calling and getting put on hold then the line randomly dropping, he reassured me they were almost done and he would call me back at 7pm, and that the car would be done for sure today. So I wait until 7pm and I still havent heard anything from them yet so I call and the shop is now closed. So now Im without a car because of faulty communication with customers. And when I was there this morning discussing the prices for the tire I asked about a military discount and he told me that we would discuss that later after I picked up the car, without giving me a yes or no answer.

Not going back had a battery check done (free) supposely ended up paying and didnt get anything accomplished.

I originally scheduled replacement of the four tires on my Grand Caravan online for the latest appointment time possible so I could make it on time after leaving work for the day. When I receive my e-mail confirmation from the local store, it was scheduled for an hour earlier (when I would still be at work) and was for only one tire! I immediately called the store and the service manager, Austin, answered the phone. He very quickly corrected those two issues, then discussed the options I had for what kind of tires I would like (the website scheduling isnt very concise about this). He gave me several options and price ranges for what was in stock and also told me about tires that could be ordered when I asked.Fast forward to the day of my 5pm appointment.... I arrived at 4:45pm, checked in my vehicle with Austin at about 4:55pm, and proceeded to wait. My vehicle was not moved into a service bay until 5:20pm. This was not really an issue as I expected this. Anyone who has ever had auto work performed knows that your appointment time is not really the time they will get your car in the bay to start work. The problem came at about 6:10pm, right about the time I expected my car to be finished. I was approached by the store manager, David, who very apologetically explained that there had been a mix-up earlier in the day and someone had mistakenly sold one of the four tires earmarked for my vehicle. He then said he was going to personally drive to the next closest store with that tire available to pick one up and it would only take a few minutes after he returned to finish up that last wheel on my van; the next closest store was about 20 minutes away! I explained that I had to pick up my daughters from their dance classes at 7:30pm.... David left the store immediately with a promise to try and get me out on time to pick up my daughters. During the time David was gone, the technician, Jacob, completed all of the rest of the work on my other three tires (including TPMS sensor replacement and calibration) and was ready to install the last tire on its rim when David returned. While waiting for David, both Austin and Jacob built a rapport with me, joining in casual conversation, making sure I knew all of my payment options and maintenance coverage available with my purchase, and generally ensuring that I remained comfortable during my stay.True to Davids promise, he returned and my vehicle was ready within several minutes. I paid my bill, with several discounts added, and was out of the parking lot by 7:15pm. This could easily have been a 2- or 3-star review, BUT the professionalism, positive attitudes, and willingness to go the extra mile of ALL of the staff made my time at the Lawton Firestone an over-the-top 5-star experience. I would recommend this professional staff for your automotive service any day of the week!

The worst customer service I have ever been treated. I had a flat tire out in the country so i slapped on my spare tire and ran up to lawton to get the hole patched on my tire. The next morning i was driving and got another flat from the same tire they patched. Then the lug nuts were so tight that the lug wrench broke and i had to borrow another one from a friend to get my tire off. It took two people to finally get all the lug nuts free from the tire. Finally we got the tire off and put the spare back on and ran back up to Firestone. Apparently there patch did not hold on my tire then they made rude remarks about how we couldnt get the tire off and they lied and said that the lug nuts were tighten to how the manufacture specified it. Then they put a bigger patch on it. I drove the car home and the tires were over inflated on some of them, under inflated on the other tires, and then i took it to another tire store and they were so surprised that i made home. I have never been treated like crap from these people and they basically made fun of how we couldnt get the tire off. Unless this is Firestone way of treating people i am never going back to this place or any Firestone manufacture.

Vehicle oil change done. Had no oil leaks under vehicle before getting it done. Now oil spots on driveway from the drain plug. Had Front end alignment done. Found the bolts and nuts loose after hearing creaking noises.

This location has great service. I always come to Firestone for service, they are fast and friendly.

Its always best to have your car worked on by the most qualified, curtious, reputable mechanics. Not the, Shade Tree mechanics.

Actual price whats higher then they quoted phone price. The service was good, badass with most shops they try to guard you when you get there.

Really thankful for these guys today! Had some faulty work done on my car by a well meaning friend. My usual mechanic was booked through the end of the year, so I brought my vehicle in at the last minute on a Sunday. Not only did they fix her up like new, but they were extremely apologetic for the work taking longer than predicted. They knocked the price down for us after fixing a problem that took some trouble shooting. Extremely pleased!

Took my truck in to fix a squeaky belt. They replaced it for just over $100. Squeak started again the next day. Took it back and they replaced it again for free. Same thing started the next day so they convinced me they needed to replace one of the pullys for more than $200. Next day, still squeaking, so I took it to a RAM Truck service station and they said the belt was the wrong size. They replaced the belt and the problem was fixed. They wasted over $300 and a bunch of my time because they couldn’t figure out they had the wrong size belt.

Staff was very nice and up to date with everything I needed. But a bit pushy on trying to make me buy something.
