Tim, the manager of the store on Gore is great! Through the years Ive been in several assist wireless stores in different towns. Ive been a customer for 10 years or longer. Tim is the most knowledgeable employee Ive dealt with. He always has an answer. Being the only employee there no matter how busy he is, he is always calm, cool, and collected. Extremely polite, never rude. I cant say that about all assist employees. Hes an asset to your company.

Used the store on Lee Blvd. Amanda helped meVery kind and was in store about 30 minutes got a nice white slim phone Im over 65 and on Social security. No more phone bill it helps. Maryanne

Customer service is always good, but the quality of the devices, well you get what you pay for when you get a free phone. I hate the free phones that they give out. Theyre nothing but light apps, theyre slow, they dont catch up with your location. I wish they would come up with something a little higher quality.

The man that worked there was very nice and very fast and got everyone out quickly.

The employee that helped me with getting a phone Wednesday the 16th was amazing an kind, he answered all my questions, Im so glad I went there cause Ive been trying for at least two months trying to get a phone online an got nothing.
