My husband brought our elderly friend in today. One other customer in there. Issue: phone not working and it was a prepaid phone. Kenesha assisted them. It was worse when they left. My friend was moved to a $40 month plan with $27.73 left on her prepaid from Walmart. Our friend was told to use what was on the card then she could come in and pay the $40. Well, it shut the service down because the balance was below the $40. I am not sure if it is an issue with all cell stores on Cache/Sheridan Rd but just because you are on a main drag dont think customers can be milled thru try to help the people and resolve the issue. I took this lady out to 82nd St store. People, if you want decent CS go there and see Santana. He took the time to get into the problem and resolve it. Now she can call her family!

Very good customer service compared to t mobile next door. Really would consider switching if the down payment they were asking for wasn’t so crazy high. Also noticed they had masks for ppl in case they didn’t have one which is something else t mobile isn’t doing. Really like the layout of the store, very clean and lots of products on nice displays. Did I mention how good the customer service is?

The representative I worked with (Jamel) provided me with the best customer service Ive ever had when dealing with a cell phone company. If he is any indication of what I can expect from this company, Im going to be a customer for a long time. Im not usually one to be persuaded by up sales, but he really made a product (AT&T TV) sound like something that I definitely needed and Im 90% sure Ill be getting one in the near future. He was very knowledgeable about different devices and had an answer for every question I had about billing and plans.

I went to the store to see if they could help me determine what might be wrong with my wife’s phone. It was malfunctioning and not working properly. I was greeted by Robin S., who looked the phone over for a few minutes and informed me it had a bad screen. She explained to me the various insurance and repair options that were available to me (all without ANY sales pressure at all - she was totally focused on helping me resolve the issue, not sell me something I didn’t need). Robin even went over my current plan and found that she could give me more in service for $50 less a month in my payment! Bottom line - the phone got fixed (without buying a new phone), and Robin saves me money. I’ve actually had been looking for a different cell phone carrier, but because of Robin’s EXCELLENT customer service, I’m staying with AT&T! Go see Robin! She’s awesome!

I have never had someone be so rude. I didn’t even know what to say I just stared at my husband in shock. It’s a common occurrence apparently. We left and went to the att down the street and not only were the kind, but they also had others who were at this store that went to that one who experienced the same rudeness from a different customer rep helping them.Will NEVER go back to this store. If you are reading this rude lady with the long nails, your talents are not in customer service and you should be ashamed with how you treated us. Your entire store should be ashamed.

Johnathan and Stephanie were amazing during my visit today! They even stayed a little late to ensure my husband and I could get our things transferred from our old phones to our new phones! If you go to this store ask for one of them you wont regret it!

What really impressed me was that everyone in the store was following social distancing. People were being provided with masks so they could come in the store .The manager Jonathan did a complimentary wiped own of my phone and Jauntaya helped me with my phone from behind the plastic guard. Makes me feel safe coming in here and I wont hesitate to come back!

The person who helped us (AJ) was superb. He was an excellent communicator, very knowledgeable, and super efficient. We purchased an I-phone SE and set up service on it and another phone. While we were waiting for the updates to complete, AJ started helping other customers, but kept checking back with us frequently to ensure the updates were going smoothly.

My phone was stolen the day before I went to AT&T, my state of mind was not great after being victimized. I was at the front door maybe 30 seconds and Juan was right there. He was warm, welcoming, and patient.We walked away with my new phone in under 20 minutes not included his presentation if the new AT&T streaming service and I was on the road.I went back later that day and bought an otter box for my phone, again Juan was on point.Thank you Juan for your quick and thoughtful service.

Bought a USB cable from them with a 1year warranty for $20. It quit working after about 8 months so I took it back. They wouldnt exchange it or refund my money. I even had the receipt. Guy said it would have wear and tear on it after awhile. Duh! Thats why I paid so much for it! So if it broke, I could bring it back. If I could give them half a star I would! BOO!
