Had the best service of any T-Mobile ever. I went here because the main location didnt have the phone I wanted, in stock. Since Im an instant gratification kind of guy, I went here. Was in and out in minutes. Staff was friendly, professional and quick.

What a friendly staff. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a chorus of hellos. And all I needed was information about the availability of a screen protector. They had some in stock and once confirmed as a T-Mobile customer, the installation was free. How about that! Service with a smile and I saved money too. Thanks for a wonderful experience T-Mobile, I intend to remain a loyal and satisfied customer.

The young lady is the store I’d very rude and has horrible customer service skills the young man zee was very nice idk if she is the manger she came from the back with an attitude and was only out front for a few seconds then off to the back I didn’t see a name tag if you have to go here ask for zee he was nice stay away from the young lady

One people working and all the phone I asked about they didnt have,so I just asked for them to tell me what phone they did have and out of all the phone they had out, they only had three!! REALLY !!!!!NICE PEOPLE WORKING THERE

I purchased new A32 Samsung earlier this month.Had some issues with the phone, Chrision was very helpful assisting me.

I had an issue where the employees clearly wasn’t trained correctly to where my switch was completed all wrong. After giving them my 4 devices they never turned them in after a year goes by. After finding out this past February that it hit my credit for $3000 the unprofessional, rude, untrained store manager refused to help fix the situation because she didn’t WORK there at the time. Well as a manager of any position you obtain, that job comes with baggage and problems if not run correctly from the beginning and it’s still your job to help your customers resolve that situation. ITS CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Never been a technical savy individual, but they took the time to explained everything to me and walk me through the process. Very helpful people. The representatives really tried to save me money....Thank you Andrea and Alexis

I just got back to America after living overseas and Hayden and Joseph at this t-mobile store hooked me up. Great customer service and they even came through with the area code I wanted when the call care center was being difficult. They are willing to go to bat for their customers. I’ll definitely come back for any future t-mobile needs!

I just wanted to express my appreciation of speedy and knowledgble service from Jennifer in the store. While helping close out one customer and process his new phone purchase she assisted me as well. In addition to helping my tablet issue, she looked into different discounts that could possibly be applied to my account.Her multi-tasking was phenomenal and kept the us happy with surprisingly speedy service for a mobile phone store, not to mention juggling 2 different customers at once.Give her a raise!!!

I came in and upgraded my phone. I must say the atmosphere and the staff were unbelievably awesome and personable. Definitely made me feel welcomed and the fact that the representatives were knowledgeable about the devices made me feel like I went with the right device. These folks made it super easy, pleasant, AND fun to switch to T-Mobile! They explained everything and did all the leg work for us to switch over. I switched from Verizon and my husband switched from Sprint. I thought I screwed up and locked my husband out of his Sprint account (we needed his PIN to switch his phone number over but were having a hard time getting it) but they helped me figure it out, got him switched to T-Mobile, and made me laugh and chill out in the process. Horrible experience! I have been a T-mobile customer for a several years in multiple states and was always satisfied with their customer service until today. I came to this office a week ago and pre-ordered Iphone XS which was delivered yesterday. The cashier was not knowledgeable how to do that so a manager had to help her. but this was a week ago. Today I came to get help in switching from iphone 8 to a new one. Before I even had a chance to talk I saw how 3 workers started savagely taking sim-cards of the phones. There was one more lady who was trying to stop them but they didn’t even listen to her.I have a Jump on demand and I switch my phoned EVERY year for the past 4 years. Never have I seen T-Mobile representative do that. Always I had a great experience with professionals but not today.They made me feel stupid, like I’ve never done it and had no idea what I was talking about. They didn’t let me explain what I needed (which was to get help in switching phones and return my old phone) and they didn’t even take their time to clarify anything. The manager was laughing at us (my husband was with me) and we had to leave without getting what we came for.

Customer Service is great.Cori Young was very helpful.However hearing and seeing certain things about the other young lady Jaimee,Jayme or something like that was a no,no.She even signed a costumers rate sheet on her own (obviously the costumers name) and talking about other costumers in front of a costumer is very unprofessional. Maybe its just me but I dont wanna hear the staffs conversatons etc while Im a costumer myself.Dustin was nice.(I remember their names because he introduce himself and I actually read ppls name tags).
