I was lucky to have Leon and Dakota work with me on my move day. I only moved from one home to another but had several big and heavy items that we didn’t want to move on our own so I splurged on movers. I asked for the minimum window of time which is 3 hours. They were a Godsend!!! We had as much as we could ready to go for them, the guys are friendly, helpful, courteous, and smart experienced movers. They got furniture up into my daughter’s former which used to be an attic (tight staircase) and took care with the hardwood floors and furniture. We had a heavy rain shower so they paused the clock and we waited it out. We had a nice rapport with each other which is always a plus. I used to be a packer as a teen so I understand and respect the challenges of being on their side of the job. I don’t plan on moving anytime soon since I bought my house BUT I recommend this company and of course these guys. The management was very helpful in scheduling with me and treated with so much respect and courtesy. Customer service was phenomenal. Thank you all for your help to make my move easier!

My family moved from Hawaii to the KC metro area. Century sent a large crew to deliver and unload our things and I am so impressed by how polite, professional, and quick they were! Dakota, Caleb, Will, Josh B, Anthony, and Avrey made quick work of the entire job—in and out in under two hours, including putting together a few pieces of furniture. I was happy to see they brought their own plastic and tread mats to cover the floor with since they were going in and out constantly—I had booties just in case, but it was so convenient and easy that they provided their own materials. I highly recommend this company and specifically this crew: Request them if you can!

Abby and Jerry packed my non-air conditioned space quickly, but carefully in the middle of the summer, all while being professional and polite! Dakota, Caleb and Roger loaded up the items into the truck and were also very kind, polite, and good at their jobs, even though it was so hot! They all took special care of all of our breakable items and were kind throughout both days. The office staff was also professional and went above and beyond to help answer questions.

Packed my items well and if I asked for something to be handled delicately they went above and beyond to make sure they were safe. An additional crew was brought in the last day to finish my pack and they did well too.My load team was impressive. Nate, Roger and Darren arrived on-time and got right to work. They handled my fragile and sentimental items with care, and loaded my crates logically to ensure all items were secured. Additional crew members joined for the afternoon and included Mike Green, Gage, Donovan and Roger. These men were a great addition to this group. I am very happy with the quality of my pack. The men were kind and made my pack go smooth.Joey was the manager behind the scene. Any questions or concerns I had, he was responsive and provided the team I needed to get this move done. I appreciate all of the work this crew did for me.

We were pleased with the moving services. Large furniture items were packed well. Have not emptied the boxed items, but there is no evidence of any damage. The folks who completed the delivery were efficient and accommodating, making sure that all of our lifting needs were completely taken care of before they departed. The pick up and delivery schedules were a little uncertain but worked out well for us. We were especially appreciative of the flexibility with respect to accommodating the uncertainty regarding the size of the shipment that increased significantly from our original expectation! Staff on both ends were competent and professional.Communications (office staff clearly well trained with excellent social skills) re the delivery date changes were timely and explanations for delays were appreciated. And the cost of the services was most reasonable.We understand that the original delivery driver with whom we communicated to coordinate delivery and who was most flexible in scheduling to meet our needs, experienced a serious health issue and we are hoping for a good recovery!Finally, the gift card to reward us for “patience,”while not necessary in our case, was a clear sign of commitment to customer care and greatly appreciated!No significant improvements in services come to mind and I would certainly recommend others to use CenturyNational Van Lines.It has been a pleasure working with you.

I got a call the day before the move to let me know everything was still going on as planned. With it being right at Christmas, you never know. The team was very professional and did everything exactly as expected.

I truly cannot say enough kind and positive words about my entire experience with Century!! I actually met one of their Sales Associates, Brett, through my work, and I just so happened to also be looking for a moving company around the same time. So when I was ready I contacted Brett, and the experience was just fantastic from the very beginning. He got back to me extremely fast, and eventhough I called with a very quick move(I needed to move within a week) he still was able to accommodate me. He came out to my current apartment within days of us speaking and gave me a quote that was spot on, and if youre someone like me who is on a budget then having them be able to quote you an exact or even close to exact price means EVERYTHING! Then the moving crew that I got the pleasure of working with came, and again my experience just got better. The guys(Eric, Ronnie, and Hodari) were so pleasant from the moment I met all of them that it honestly made it seem like I just had family over helping me move. They were very professional at the same time though. They were quick, efficient, and just all around good hard working guys who even watched time for me to make sure I stayed within the time frame I was hoping to. They claim to be military friendly but yet theyKnew about my move 3 months ahead, demanded to be paid before delivery and then never called. Driver called day before and only brought a very small part of our household goods eventhough all my HHG had been stored together for months. Still dont have a day for the rest ofour stuff and have taken our HHG hostage. Do not PAY upfront. Contract clearly states pay before driver unloads, not before. They will take your money and then totally botch your move. They never call back. People that pack and load were friendly, the sales person was nice but everything that came out of his mouth were lies. They had all our HHG in their storage for months but yet only delivered a very small portion and still today I have no idea where the rest of my belongings are.

The warehouse is fun to work with. Friendliest people. Quick with processing a load for SIT.

I used Century because their rates were reasonable, when the two movers arrived i was a bit skeptical because one of the guys was on his cell phone texting or something. I immediately informed him i was paying $125 an hour so i appreciate if he would get in gear!! He seemed inexperienced, so i called the office and they immediately sent another mover out! They were great and worked hard!! We tipped them for a job well done!!! Oh yeah not to mention it was extremely hot that day and they still performed like champs. Basically i was extremely pleased with Century. I would recommend and use them again. Thks Century!!
