Very good service...got what I needed had questions answered and was shown where some free boxes were just inside the front door and found a couple of boxes that would work..

Ive always used uhaul. But when I went to pick up the truck, I couldnt get it bc I had an accident on the way up here. I paid for that & now theyre probably saying I didnt. So, I didnt get the truck and Im upset. But, Im just upset that people arent honest enough with you about stuff. Let me know whats goin on.So I can be prepared. Honesty, best policy. But, I love uhaul, now I gotta go elsewhere.

Currently renting a storage unit from this location. So far everything has been good. The staff are friendly and helpful. I like that they provide carts to help you move your stuff to and from your unit. I also like that they provide a place where you can leave items that you no longer need or want for others who might need them. I also really like the security measures they have to protect my property. Video monitoring, check-in system, and door alarms to name a few. My only complaint is that it is kinda dark in my storage unit. Im not sure if the lights are supposed to come on when the motion sensors are triggered, but they dont and I have a hard time seeing when Im in the unit.

Fast and easy process to pick up the truck and also to drop it off. I just walked in and hadnt made an appointment after my moving company canceled on me yesterday. I was able to get the truck yesterday and return it today.

Friendly staff. Convenient location with a variety of trucks available. Lots of boxes and moving accessories for sale.

Ive used this place several times. Theyre great to work with. Very prompt and professional. The uhaul website could use a little work but thats certainly not the fault of this location

Great experience. The General Manager was phenomenal and passionate about her job. The employees were helpful, courteous and proficient.I rented three trucks to do a self move and they made it much easier.

Happy with the people on the fort Smith end but when I tried to turn the truck in on the other end using the automated system it didnt work.
