My Nintendo Switchs fan started to vibrate When I was playing a game on it. I brought it in because I believed it was going bad and needed to be replaced, which was the case.When Sandra, the technician that helped me, ordered the part, the part got delayed by 1 week for some reason and arrived at the wrong store, their Ocala location. Once she got the part with my switch, it was the wrong part.-----I should say now that PC Planet was NOT at fault and has done everything up to this point correctly.-----When Sandra contacted me about the wrong part I decided to try ordering a replacement part for the switch using Amazon and bring it in, and she will only have me pay the repair fee as she sent back the wrong part to get a refund.Finally I brought in my replacement part for the Switch in which she quickly fixed and I have happily been using it without any further issues.Also, congrats on the new baby too, Sandra!

This wasn’t a good story, but I received great prompt service. I spilled hot tea on my Mac and thought it might be done. It was, but beyond quickly telling me that, I was given options had I wanted to repair it. While I chose to get a new one, the diagnostic was very reasonable and I got the hard drive to easily install in the new one. Great service, very professional and great value!

Terrific staff of folks at PC Planet/Leesburg. Knowledgeable & effective communicators that smile and seem genuinely pleased to see you. Oh, and they maintain the bejabbers out of my OLD pc; a HP EliteBook 2540p that dates back to WW1. Did I mention 2 days in & out? Yeah, 2 days.

I had a software issue and brought it to this shop to have it fully wiped and reinstalled. It was very affordable and the employees were very respectful and had my computer in and out very quickly.If i ever have issues with my computers or electronics ill be bringing it to them

Took my windows 10 problem to the Leesburg store. They analyzed it and fixed the problem, and had my computer back in 3 days. No problems now, computer running great.

I have taken two laptops into PC Planet in the past month. Both experiences were very good. They were attentive to my issues, were very helpful in asking questions and offering suggestions. The time it took them to complete they work on the PCs was surprisingly short. The showed me the PCs in operation and also explained what they did to fix issues I was aware of and some that I was not aware of.They are an excellent company for getting a computer back in action. Both PCs now work much better than before taking them in.

After reading all the good reviews i took my computer to the Ocala location for a new hard drive to be installed and im extremely happy with every aspect of my visit. Kayde was wonderful and talked to me in a way that was very easy to understand. I was happy with the price and the time it took to get my computer back. would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

I have taken three PCs in for repair, two personal and one business PC. They were friendly, efficient and very reasonable. When you pick it up they always show you what they did, what was wrong and show you that it is fixed. I am extremely impressed with PC Planet. I have even taken in a printer and a PC with something simple (for them) and they fixed it with no charge.This is the very best place to get your PC fixed.

Sandra was so helpful and honest with me and my computer

I was new to the area, and I in desperate need of repairs to my laptop. I initially spoke to Sandra (who was very pleasant) then later brought my computer in for the repairs. The initial cost was $225.00 for the replacement of the motherboard. Weeks later I moved to Atlanta in a job-related transfer. I drove by PC Planet literally on my move to Georgia. Once I was settled in a week later attempted to power up my laptop, and it immediately shut down. I later spoke to Glen, and I agreed to send the computer back to him to diagnose the problem. (an additional $14.00, and hassle) He later contacted me and said that their was an additional $50.00 in repairs necessary for the computer to function properly. I expressed my concern to him, and we agreed on a price of $35.00 plus shipping for the repairs. Once I received the computer, it still wasnt working properly. I contacted Glen we spoke once, and he promised to return my phone call after speaking with the owner. He never returned my call!In closing, Im sure there are other options in the Leesburg area I would take my chances elsewhere. I very disappointed after investing $288.00 in a computer that still is not fixed, and no recourse.

I accidentally found their business, was thinking about having someone install Windows 10 on my two computers, stopped to ask if they could do that and what the cost would be, then brought in my 19 HP laptop first. When I picked it up they (Glen) took the time to show me how it works and told me that, should I have any questions, to just call. I did have a few, he connected remotely with my computer and helped answer those questions. I then took in my small Acer which I use when traveling and they performed the same update for me. I couldnt be more pleased. I also took my husbands computer in for the same update and it works smoothly. PC Planet has a better price structure than another firm my husband had dealt with previoously.

I have been going to PC Planet for a couple of years, I would not trust anybody else to work on my computer, specially their remote plan and their PC Planet rewards card program, the Galaxy card. I have to drive 45 min. from Apopka to Leesburg, the remote plan is heaven send. Knowledgeable and Courteous,I highly recommend Sandra and Ralph and Glen. They also work on Macs, I bought my Dell there, before they took over the shop. They will give you good value for your money! WEP
