I am a returning customer who had been very satisfied with Beacon. I recently had cataract surgery and required new glasses. My vision is such that I require prizoms in both lenses to line up my vision. My present glasses were not useful. The new company my eye doctor said it would be 10 days too two weeks for my RX to be ready. They called within 10 days and said the tri focal did not match, one was higher than the other. And must send back to lab in Tampa. At that time I certainly could not blame them for the labs problem. Tomorrow will be an additional 2 weeks I called this morning after several put on hold was informed the glasses had been in house since last week.Due to CDC directions I must have an appointment but not today however I could have them passed through the door. Glasses fit and vision is great. It is sad I was unable to drive or read for such a long time. Deplorable customer service.

❤ This has been the eyecare facility me and my entire family have been going to my whole life and the staff is GREAT, very friendly and welcoming. The doctors, Dr. Ducharme and Dr. Berry, are AMAZING, very kind and makes it more fun and entertaining for kids of younger ages. The doctors are also very funny and very helpful. My family works here and my family has been going seen my mom married DR.Ducharme son Kevin Ducharme and you all need stop giving this place a lot of hate. If you are not satisfied with your care here dont give it a review. The workers here are trying to make it right. All the people that go to Beacon love it. Last time I went to my grandpa(aka my grandpa)to get my eyes check they got it 100% right. The staff there is super funny and nice. My grandpa and grandma work there and when im there even though there is nothing to do there they give me something to do and go let me go look around.So, can you guys stop giving them so much hate.

I loved the girls at the desk but Dr Berry is the most unprofessional Dr, I have ever met. He Will not listen, has no skills for people and was very snippy. I am glad I did not stay.

I have glaucoma for the last 8 months they keep calling me to change my appointment because a machine has been down. You cant tell me it takes that long to fix it. Today was the final straw, called again to change it. Will go somewhere else.

Got new lenses for my glasses with the prescription but I could not see clearly. Had to go back to eye doctor to have eyes checked again and get new prescription. So I got new tweaked prescription. Came back to beacon and they honored new prescription and I got new lenses. Well I find that they are not much better than the other ones. It maybe that it is the plastic lenses that is not a clear view. Never had this problem before. Or could it be the company beacon has to make these lenses.

Not a very friendly environment. My very first ( and last) visit did not leave me with a nice feeling. As soon as I walked in, before she even asked my name, the front desk person immediately chastised me and was very rude to me for being late. I was 25-30 minutes EARLY. She ASSUMED that I was the person scheduled ahead of me that apparently was a no show for the appointment. Which if she would have bothered asking my name first, or let me sign in before bombarding me, she would have known this. Very unprofessional behavior on the receptionist part. Even the older man that I had to talk with when choosing my frames was rude. I would not recommend this business.

Have been a patient for years. Love the atmosphere, the caring concern from front staff to doctors. Excellent selection of frames and lenses, and they make it right if youre not 100% satisfied

My family has been coming here for years. Love Dr.Ducharme and his staff. Terah is also amazing. I dont come here often since Ive had my lasik surgery but I will continue to come here for my annual checkups!
