We moved to Florida in February 2021. After shopping at what seemed like every furniture store in central Florida, we discovered Family Furniture in Leesburg. We bought our living room teak couch, chair, wine rack, and coffee table all in a single visit. That experience was wonderful.When we decided to purchase an electric fireplace for our family room it was an easy decision on where we would begin our search. Once again we were thrilled with our shopping experience. The selection was outstanding with all combinations of shapes, sizes, and styles of fireplace units. We visited many furniture stores in the area and found what we needed at Family Furniture. Our sales consultant was Pepsi and she was fantastic! We choose to pick up our furniture at their warehouse to avoid waiting for delivery and they loaded our trailer promptly the next day. We are pleased with our purchase!

Dotty was great! She really helped us pick colors and styles, but she didnt push her opinions on us either. The furniture is really nice quality and way better than the furniture out of a box. They had lots of styles to choose from and we found the perfect things: 2 comfy living room chairs, and a dining table and chairs. We were able to custom build the dining table and chairs and get exactly what we wanted. And it wasnt way over priced like these stores usually are.

My parents ordered a new recliner for my dad back in February. As of July 20th it still hadnt arrived. We went back to the store and talked with Jerry Arnold, Sales manager. We learned it wasnt ready to he delivered because of a delay at the factory. Due to my fathers health he really needed this chair. Jerry did everything he could possibly do to find us a chair to satisfy our needs. We ordered a new sofa and 2 recliners way back in September. The saleswoman was very patient with us and helped us choose the best fabric and color for our new furniture. We thought it was coming in 12 weeks but turns out EVERYONE is ordering furniture so it took 16 weeks. At the end, the manager Jerry called with updates every week, which made us feel better about waiting so long.We ordered our previous living room furniture from Family Furniture, same brand Best made in Indiana. Family Furniture Leesburg was a serendipitous first stop in our search for a new sofa or two recliners, we werent sure which. Janay listened to our needs and helped us find just the right recliner/sofa, after making sure the fit was perfect for both of us. She spent as much time as we needed to make a decision, then we went home to sleep on it. When I returned the following day to say Yes, lets do it, it came as a shock that shed been taken to the emergency room that morning, and was undergoing tests. Donna took over the process, and the sale was completed. I was relieved to find Janay would still get credit for the sale, and that the sales staff really works as a team.Janay called me a couple days later, and we chatted about her health (no serious issues) and our purchase. We will definitely consider Family Furniture if we have other furnishing needs, and be sure to ask for Janay. She was great!

This is a wonderful place to shop. Large, varied selection and fair prices. What I enjoyed most, were the employees. They were helpful and supportive ! On the way out, I noticed the building was in need of power washing and went back in and told them about it. Lo and behold, a few days later, the Manager wrote to inform me it had been done ! Hurray !! For a nice clean building to walk in to! Not only that, but I was pleasantly surprised when the tables were delivered.The 2 delivery men were very polite, clean and cheerful. I noticed a small imperfection on one of the end tables and they said “No problem “.And fixed it right there! Thank you, J.R. and Alex. Weve sold our home in IL and finally moved into our FL home full time.After finally feeling organized, we recently unpacked all the pictures we brought with us from IL. We called Jenae and set up a time a few days later for her to come help us figure out what, if anything would work here. She arrived on time and spent most of the day helping us. During the process, she also had us move the furniture in one of the guest bedrooms which made it feel so much bigger. Wonderful experience. All sales people we so pleasant and professional.We found a dining set we love, but due to COVID it would probably take at least 4 to 6 weeks to get. However, our sales rep, Donna Christensen, was able to get us the floor model instead, so we set delivery for 11 days later! So happy😊.
