Im not the most handy person, so it was great to have her answer all my questions, provide some tips for the project I was working on, and help me locate everything I needed. Pamela and the rest of the staff there were absolutely amazing. My mothers well pump went out leaving her with no water. Its just my mom as my dad passed last summer. They did everything they could to make sure my mom could afford to put water back in her house. Their really are angels that walk among us on earth. We found several today. They will continue to get our business as well as our prayers and gratitude

First time at this Tractor Supply. Called in to order stall mats (sold out everywhere else) and the team there was super helpful, knowledgeable and fair. Jim was great! He helped me over the phone and when we arrived he was very friendly and helped us load our stall mats into our car. Will be back and highly recommend this Tractor Supply

Theres only one reason I go to a Tractor Supply store, and thats for the 4Health brand of cat food. Its gluten-free, available in large quantities, and much cheaper than other brands of comparable quality. The prices have risen over the years, but still affordable enough for now. You do get the occasional coupon if youre a Rewards member, and its good for pet food and supplies, too.This store generally has what I need, and if something isnt in stock, I can purchase it online and pick it up at a different store, which is very convenient. And if its something I can wait for, shipping is free over a certain dollar amount.One big criticism I have, that never seems to effect any change, is that the bathroom in this particular store needs upgrades and or replacements. The stall doors dont always open properly, the vent fan sounds like its going to come out of the ceiling, and quite often the paper towel and toilet dispensers are broken. When you report these deficiencies to store staff, its a really long time before the issues are corrected, if at all. This is not on par with other Tractor Supply stores in the area, which seem to be larger, cleaner, and better staffed.

Well so keep with polite employees that come to.help you. We needed to buy a large item from the exterior lot. They helped us load it after they used the fork lift to ease access.

In the back of the store theres a special spot where the air shimmers, and there is a faint, cool breeze. Once you step through it, youll find yourself in an ancient land populated with even older gods. Be wary of them, as they will want you to stay with them forever.

Pretty much everything you need to keep your hobby farm running. From apparel to feeds to fencing to tools and more chances are you can find what you need to mend a broken henhouse to keeping your tractor running. Much like home depot however you wont find specialized tractor or equipment parts. Better to head to the dealer. Also no silage or truck loads of feed. Better to hit Southern States or the local elevator. Hobbyists will have everything they need to get started.

Great store for those with acreage....everything you can possibly need... In March/April they even sell chicks. The mowers they sell also seem very solid and they sell large bags of seeds like corn and beans....

Really good stock of everything you need for either full-time farmer and or part-time farming or just pet supplies in general. They also have a good supply of tools and hardware to help with building and repairs.

This is my favorite farm supply store. They have it all! Im never disappointed when I drop by.

The service is somewhat mixed (they are understaffed sometimes), but it is a really cool store. If you want something that a farmer might use, durable and at a good price, or flea control that really works, go here. It is also an interesting store to just walk around in to see what is available different from what you see at wal-mart.

Good store, lots of interesting items but SO overcrowded its hard to move around inside. Like, Id be worried if there was a fire if everyone would even be able to get out crowded.

Horrible experience. Employees are more concerned with playing with each other and stocking instead of helping customer. Took 10 minutes to actually find someone that would talk to me. Rude, rude, rude interaction when I asked for help to purchase a item locked on a peg hook. I can not believe how bad this was. After asking for a price match—still going to buy the dryer/regulator/Oiler, I was told by the “manager” (Jess) they don’t price match. When I told her that it says they do online, I was told “it’s up to me and I don’t price match.”No thank you, I will go somewhere else.

Great products at a great price. Very friendly staff. - 3 Years ago me.Today (2020-06-06) - Matt went above and beyond. My wife has been trying to setup a slackline in our backyard for years but were in a townhouse so there really isnt a great place to mount the straps to. She stumbled across plans online that involve sinking 12 * 18 lag bolts into the ground. To attach the 4 sets (2 on each side) of 3 lag bolts together, she needed 12 pieces of chain that were 2 links long.Have you ever tried buying chain 2 links at a time? We bought few feet online and tried to cut it ourselves but even the strongest bolt cutters we could buy wouldnt cut it. I tried a dremel grinding wheel but each cut took over 30 minutes and every third link needed to be cut twice (once on each side) to release the pair of links. There was no way this project was going to get done anytime soon.So there we were, at Tractor Supply. We noticed their hydraulic chain cutting machine. We inquired about buying new chain and Matt came to help us. After explaining what we needed, he politely explained that they dont normally make that many cuts but hed make an exception. Little did we know, that hydraulic cutting machine was hand-pump operated. It took a while, but Matt persisted making all of the 24 cuts necessary.I cant speak highly enough about the customer service Matt provided and how appreciative we are for his help.

The Leesburg location is my favorite TSC in the region. So many staff members there have animals (farm and domestic) and manage land (farm and home) that you can always talk with them about which medication or product is right for you.

This store has a lot have great stuff for the farm... when they have it in stock. They always seem to be short stock everytime Im there. Staff is terribly undertrained in customer service. Worse than trying to get an answer or help at home depot. Be prepared to be self sufficient should you choose to visit this store.

Its a sad day when you go to your local tractor supply in Leesburg Va for bird seed to get approached by a cashier after leaving the store about stealing something from the store. Just happen it was the lady who checked you out, only to be told the manager whom spoke to you in the store sent her out to approach you when you tell the cashier to send the manager out all he can do when he finally comes out is look at you and wait for the cashier to apologize for his stupidity. Shame on him. Oh and would he have accused if you were white not black.
