Well kept store with friendly service. Its a famous footwear so your might not always find what youre looking for. But the prices are pretty good and they have a good smattering of shoe types and brands

Store was a bit cramped. People and stuff. Only one register is operational to maintain distancing so the line backs up, but staff is helpful and has a good attitude :)

Very poorly managed. Waited in line with 6-7 other customers and when I asked if the lone cashier (who was the asst manager) could call for help, he called but no one showed. Very slow service.

Only one guy working in this very large store but he was efficient to say the least. This store has a larger selection then Nike and adidas put together and at better prices

I enjoyed shopping with my mother at Famous Footwear Outlet because I am a Famous Footwear Rewards Member and my mom needed new shoes. I had a $25.00 Famous Footwear Reward Certificate and BOGO 1/2 Off with a 15% off coupon that I needed to use. We got 2 new pairs of shoes for less than $80.00 because of my coupons.

They have quite a few brands of shoes. Prices are not that much less than a regular store. Employees have been less than helpful at times. Overall, not my favorite place for shoe shopping.

Extremely rude woman who said she was a manager. Combative and uninterested in listening or helping. I couldnt find a size, looked up, and she was on her phone. Decent prices, but be prepared to do everything on your own

Found the steel toed work boots I need here though I almost walked past them since they are not very well marked. The pair of steel toed skechers in a sneaker style are very comfortable.

Considering it is June the muggy, humidity inside of the store was unexpected.The selection was reasonable but larger sizes were lacking in mens sizes.

TERRIBLE customer service!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered a Christmas gift on 12/15, with guaranteed delivery on or before 12/24, and it never arrived. When I checked the order status online on 12/24, their website said it hadnt even shipped yet. When I tried to call customer service, I got an automated message disconnecting me after saying that they were closed for the holidays. Thanks for ruining our Christmas you idiots!!! I hope you go out of business. Youll never get another order from my family again!

Picked up a gift card not a problem

Shop there always and but the worker she was walking around us and she ask several times “did you guys find everything ok “ we were feeling very uncomfortable and she was looking suspicious to me though.
