After several attempts to complete a relatively simple notary service, it is finally done. The notary itself is relatively inexpensive at this location. $5. However, the fee to mail said notarized document, was without a doubt highway robbery.

Ive been using the UPS Store in Leesburg for years. Great place. Quick response. Courteous and helpful. Ive used this place so often that the owner and I are on a first name basis. I have no reservations recommending this store for your shipping needs.

Since I moved here in 2015 and was selling shoes as a teen, to now selling shoes and clothing as an adult, Steven & his staff are always helpful & never fail to provide me with a receipt for my goods so I can provide my customers with tracking. I have a fantastic experience every time I go to this UPS store. I refused to go to any other UPS/Fedex store because the employee knowledge and management here is so great. Just mailed very expensive scuba gear over 4,000 miles away and not only did it arrive safe but on time (2 days)! I even dropped it off in the afternoon and it still made it!! The staff was so careful and knowledgable and helped me pick the best insurance/shipment plan for my situation. If you have high value items this is the store you want to ship your items through.

I read some of the other reviews and people seem to expect the store to tape their packages, print their labels, etc. for free. Its a business - tape your packages at home before you come in, just like the USPS requires. You cant even compare the service here with USPS or FedEx...night and day. This UPS team is a pleasure.

UPS couldnt find my address so they delivered it here. They charged me $10 to release my package to me calling it a storage and handling fee. They shouldnt receive packages if theyre going to hold them ransom.

I have used this location for multiple business purposes over the years and have always experienced polite and courteous service.

Steven went above and beyond what others might do. When I called him and explained I was part of the vulnerable population (80 years old with a pre-existing condition), Steven volunteered to come in before normal opening hours to help me with my packaging and shipping request. His kindness and eagerness to help me made my day. It is people like Steven who make our communities good places to live and shop and provide a good example of our Values.

I was informed I couldnt use ground shipping to send document(s); a simple address change form. I was given liability excuses even after signing a waiver. That said, I ended up paying $21 and some change to send less than 10 pages as 2-day delivery was the only option available to me according to the customer representative. I feel cheated and I dont recommend this UPS location. This location seems to be making up policies of their own.

This place is fantastic!!!! The owner is the most honest and kind man Ive ever had the pleasure of communicating with. I came to him with an item that was very large and VERY heavy, hoping they could package it for me. He was very honest, and told me itd be better for me and my wallet if I did it myself, then gave me the advice on how, and where to buy the materials. When I came back the next week with the now boxed package he even came out to my car to help get it on a hand truck and bring it in. Never have I had a better experience at any customer service establishment. Thank you all very much for your help and kindness! The world needs more businesses and owners like this one.

Steven, the owner is fantastic. Not sure how he does it, but manages to take care of several people all at once (many shipping places will make you wait even if someone in front of you is wasting time filling out a form). Staff always makes me feel welcomed in the store. Top notch establishment.

To say I had a wonderful experience would be an understatement. I had a very large and heavy amazon delivery that I had sent to my address instead of my daughter’s in Utah. When I went in to ask if they had a cart to bring the box in they took the time to really help me figure out the best options. They went above and beyond in the customer service experience!!

I called at 6 pm to ask when theyre closing. He asked what service I needed and I told them I needed to overnight something. He told me to come on in and that he would hold the driver for me. I showed up and he made good on his promise. I am so very thankful!!!!

I went a few days ago and needed to ship a jar but I did not have any packaging materials. I went to the ups store and bought a box, tape, and bubble wrap with the intention to ship it when I was done packaging my box. I wanted to pack my box on one of the side counters and the employees told me I couldnt package my box due to store policy. Mind you the box was no larger than a foot on each side. They would not tell me why that rule was in place. They said I had to go home and pack my box then come back when it was done. It was very inconvenient for me and I wasnt asking for help. I will be going to the other ups store on e market from now on. In case youre wondering...yes I was wearing a mask.

I was in today to get a passport photo done. He helped more than just the photo. I was there for around 15 minutes and there were a number of other customers coming in while he was helping me. He didnt loose a beat. Great customer service I would recommend this location highly.

Listed as a place where you can do Amazon returns but they dont have a qr scanner apparently and I was turned away as sooon as I walked in. Horrible customer service from the lady, sounded annoyed at the fact that I was there for that reason. If I could give it 0 stars I would

What a bad service this morning I went to return a box and a male said that he would help me from the person who arrived first and suddenly a Chinese arrived and he only said that if he was ready and I told him to help me and I took off the box and send me out

I went to the UPS store and while the gentleman that helped me was very nice I left my bag sitting by the counter. This was a nice canvas bag and it had a copy of my passport in it, it also has sentimental value to me. When I realized the next day it wasn’t in my car I called the store and the man said he had seen it and it was there but the night crew must have thrown it away when I didn’t come back. I asked why didn’t they hold it for a day or so and he said no one ever comes back to get the things they leave. I asked him to check with the other workers to see if maybe some one knew what happened to it. I called back this morning and now no one knows if they even saw it. I am very disappointed with this stores handling of this situation.

I visited this store yesterday to send two packages. Im not sure if the owner was the person I spoke with but he was the only one servicing customers. He was very impatient and short with me. Maybe he was overwhelmed or having a bad day but thats no excuse so I left and took my business elsewhere.

Best shipping in town!! They are great! Place is clean, neat and organized. Patrick always helps me, and now knows me by name!! He couldn’t be more helpful or polite. I go here for all my shipping needs and they always answer all my questions, help me decide best way to ship and always make sure my packages are taken care of. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Have used this location multiple times in December and this month. They are always efficient and friendly. UPS picks up several times daily and shipments are consistently delivered timely. I have been impressed when 3-4 people were in line and only 1 person behind the counter but within a minute or two, I am finished and out the door!Easy parking access and can even pull up right outside front door to drop off large parcels. Better yet, Melt is next door and Starbucks in the same center!

Thieves!!! Be aware! I went in to scan a document (about 60 pages), the guy was super nice (ready to scam me) and scanned the document. This all took about 1min and went to pay, thinking it’ll be a few dollars or at most ten...he charged me $32!!!! Are you kidding me?! $32 to scan a document?!! I asked if I heard him right and his attitude changed real quick into defense mode. I honestly can’t believe I didn’t fight it at the store...since I was caught off guard for being charged $32 for 1min of scanning!

Im so happy that I found this store. I use them for postal mail and parcel shipping. The owner (Steven) and his employees are very nice and helpful. They greet everyone who comes in and remember our names, which gives the store a community feel. They provide excellent service and the owner even sends text messages to UPS Box customers to alert us of packages received. All of my experiences with them have been positive. Ive patroned other shipping stores in the area and none compare to the quality of the Potomac Station UPS Store.

Came in to drop off some Amazon returns. The gentleman that I presume to be the owner was very rude, and seemed upset that I didnt intend to spend money. This is in contrast to the two locations I typically go to have pleasant interactions.

During the ten years weve lived in Leesburg, we have consistently used this store for all of our shipping needs. Steven, the owner, has been very responsive and helpful. Services have been consistently reliable. Weve used the store quite a bit, having put 4 kids through college during our time here. Weve also used the notary service and passport photography service several times. Weve been very happy and wouldnt hesitate to recommend this store to others.

I came in with a large amount of clothing that I needed shipped to Texas. I was hesitant about the price it would cost to send and also concerned about the UPS Store packaging my items for me (as opposed to me doing it myself). The owner, Steven Lee very patiently, but quickly and efficiently walked me through the process and assured me that this process was the safest and best option for my package. He packaged my items right there on the spot, adding padding to ensure the box would keep its shape. He then verified that I was satisfied with the packaging, and even placed a fragile sticker on the box for good measure! I am very satisfied with the customer service at this location! This is now my go-to UPS store!

This is a great store. First time Ive used UPS in 3 years. I had a terrible experience with another store. The young man who works here is patient, knowledgeable and understanding. I think his name was John. Hes clear and straight to the point. I was in and out within 5 minutes. While assisting me, he began assisting others and working on his own things. Truly efficient. Id recommend this store to anyone in the Leesburg area. Will be visiting again.

This was the third UPS store I had been to in the past week. The other 2 I visited was so customer service friendly. The offered to put stamps on my Christmas cards and even made sure I had the correct postage. The store said they dont do that. He said that they do packages but sell stamps. I told him about the service I received from the other stores and he seemed to not believe me. Definitely not customer service friendly. Not to mention he arrived to the store at 9am when the store was supposed to open. Will not visit again.

I had a great experience at this UPS store. I came in with an odd shaped item to send and the owner went out of his way to ensure it was packaged correctly. He even cut up another box and used it to add support to what I was shipping. I was in and out in nothing flat. I certainly didnt experience what the negative reviews below flag. After a bad experience trying to use Staples to ship today, I left and went over to this UPS store. The gentleman who assisted me was thorough in his instructions and effortlessly managed five customers needs at once. I was very impressed with the customer service I received.

Went in there a few weeks ago to ship back an amazon package. I didn’t have any tape at home to seal the box and asked him if he could tape it for me and he said no because it was a prepay. He told me it would be $1 for tape and I didn’t have my wallet on me. With two kids in toe I had to walk out to my vlcar and back into the store to pay the $1 for tape. Other stores are much more accommodating. Won’t be going back.

The man who runs this location is very attentive and makes a point to know those who use the store regularly; very attentive and polite staff as well. I had a mailbox here for a while and never had any issues. Well priced and convenient.

I needed to ship a rather fragile, paper dahlia wreath across the country. Unable to pack it myself, I trusted this store to do it right. When it arrived in California, I was told right away that it was in perfect condition. This man is a miracle worker! If you need help with the packing and logistics, this location wont let you down.

Don’t use this store. Was there today and the attendant was terribly rude and unhelpful. Slapped a label on my package haphazardly and with so many creases in the tape that it will be hard to scan. Was in the neighborhood so I used this store for the first time. I will not go back. The Market Street store in Leesburg is where I usually go. They are extremely helpful and courteous.

This place is a joke. Some of the CHEAPEST business owners I have ever seen. They nickle and dime you to death. Tried to charge me $2 for a 6 piece of tape. You can buy a whole role from Giant next door for $3. They also jack up shipping rates, Im assuming so they get a bigger cut on top. They wanted $87 to ship a package via ground...seemed high to me, so I took the same package to another UPS location, and they shipped it for $54. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.Edit/update: owner claims to try hard yet charges his customers $2 for a 6 piece of tape. Give me a break. It would be different if I used a large amount, but literally ONE piece of tape??? Thats like going to a restaurant, paying for your meal, and then being charged extra for your napkin. Stupid.

I called to see if a notery was on site and had hust a couple question. He was rude and wouldnt let me even complete my question without interruping me. He even raised he voice at me and said I dont know withour hearing my question.

I wont be back there! The owner is very rude and unprofessional for no reason. I dont know if he was having personal problems and took it out on me but I know that if you own a business you have to treat your customers well. There are other UPS stores and he should be aware of that.

Arrived to ship with prepaid label, usually i email the label to employees computer and they ship it out, however at this location i was told i have to pay to use their computer and then pay to print out the label to get it shipped.
