I went to this mattress store just because I saw the sign that said 50% off of all Levitz mattresses. The sales man (Craig) I worked with was very nice and helped me find what I wanted. He was okay that I didnt want the most expensive mattress in the store, and was considerate of my budget.I left and went back on Black Friday and he recognized me, and I told him I wanted it. He was so kind that he threw in the box springs, a mattress cover, and a basic frame. Craig was so nice, and was respectful. I will defiantly go back again for anything I need in the future. Like the adjustable frame for the mattress. The price couldnt have been better for my budget! Thank you Craig for your hard work!

I have been looking at DreamCloud beds online but was hesitant to order one without being able to try it out. Fortunately Levitz in Lewisville had the model i wanted on their floor. Chad was very helpful and honored the online Veterans Day sale price and answered the questions I had about buying a split king mattress. I appreciated his patience and the time he took to make sure I had everything I needed. It was an exceptional shopping experience!

Great service. I had been to the store a couple times to browse. I finally decided that it was time to buy. I went to a well known mattress store and had good service and even a good price. Although, a specific brand and the customer service drew me back to Levitz. During my first visit (unfortunately do not remember the employee’s name), he assisted us with a computer attached to a bed that shows in real time the high pressured areas on your body while laying down. It helps by recommending the level of firmness for your mattress. I browsed a second time and was helped by Mitch Murphy. He was very informative as well. When I returned this week, Mitch made the buying process simple and clear. He took care of the sale in a timely manner and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I recommend checking them out for your next purchase.

The people were very rude and they cheated me because they didn’t tell me their return policy when I bought from them. Be careful when buying from this store. The manager is especially not knowledgeable.

Had the worst experience while shopping here for a $2000+ mattress. After much back and forth over the model and price, the quote I received by email was lower than the price I was asked to pay when I called to place the order, a classic bait and switch move. Mitchell Murphy, who I interacted with is perhaps the most pushy, passive aggressive salesperson that I have ever come across. Constantly setting arbitrary deadlines for me to make the payment, lest his quote will not be honored, so much hard sell - was more interested in getting me to make a payment, than customer experience, education and service. He was impatient, untrustworthy and incorrectly claimed that the box spring he was selling me would not void the warranty on the mattress. When I asked to speak with the store manager, Mitchell stonewalled messaging me that he’s been allowed a free hand by his manager to deal with the situation. At a time when the entire retail industry is focused on customer experience, we have a well-reputed company represented poorly by the front office salesperson. The price may have been comparable, however, people buy from people. Michael and Ryan Levitz, I hope you are listening!

I will never do business with place again in my life! This was my second bed I ordered in the last 2 years from this company. I actually like the beds but hate some of the salespeople. The second bed purchase was for my mom. My sales guy was mitch in Lewisville. The process felt a little rushed but I moved forwarded with the bed purchase anyway. Fast forward the day of the move I realized I made the biggest mistake ever. I ordered the wrong size bed. It should have been a queen and not a full size bed. Im still upset with myself about this mistake. After calling the store the sales guy assured me they could help me fix my mistake for not alot of additional cost. Fast forward mitch calls me after 2p when he starts his shift and says you have to two options. Buy a frame that fits a full size bed or pay $400 in fees for your mistake. I was confused because I need a queen size bed so why are you offering me a frame for a full size bed?!? I think he called the delivery guys and they gave him info. And option 2 sounds like hes trying to hustle me for every dime he can get out of me!! At that point I made up in mind Ill get my mom another bed from somewhere else. Ill bite the bullet and take a loss. also the day before I called mitch about upgrading my old mattress that purchased a year ago for my myself. I told him I just wanted the bed and price. Mind you I didnt need a new box spring. He said I would have to buy both and offered me a free pillow. This guy is worst than a used car salesman! Hes a faster talker on the phone and has no empathy. I know I made a mistake but this guy used my mistake to his advantage! Be careful when dealing with this company
