(2016 Jeep Wrangler JK Repair) As good as it gets! I initially came in for an oil change while I was in Utah for a couple of months. I casually asked if they did any de-squeaking but I didnt expect much because its so hard to diagnose and fix them. To my amazement and delight Zach located and fixed 3 completely different squeaks. His diagnostic ability is world-class. When I drove away the last time my jeep was completely squeak free (and still is). Aside from the de-squeakifying they repaired numerous aspects of my Jeep including my rear axle shaft, front drive shaft (which I crunched on a trail and they had one in stock!), installed new fox pro shocks, rear swaybar links, front and rear brakes, fixed a battery issue I was having because I bolted my winch power cable on the wrong spot, they installed an aftermarket tire carrier and even more but this list is already long. If youre within 2 hours of this place its worth it because they just do everything right. Thank you Zach!

The Jeep Guy came highly recommended by a trusted friend. They did NOT disappoint. They regeared my JK and did everything as promised.Zach also mentioned that he thought my steering stabilizer was CAUSING my front end to wobble. I replaced it with a Bilstein stabilizer and that cured the wobble completely.Rarely does someone do what they say, when they promised, at the price they quoted, AND help solve another issue while theyre at it.I highly recommend Zach and The Jeep Guy to all Utah Jeep owners for repairs and modifications.

Booked my JT with Zach for some after market parts installation. First thing that struck me - he is an extremely nice person to speak with and incredibly knowledgeable about all things Jeep. Prices were very exactly what I was expecting (think Goldilocks - just right). He has it in the shop at 9am sharp, and called me 1:15 to say its all done. Driving home, its like a completely different car.From now on, Zach is the only jeep guy ill go to. Fantastic service all round!!!!

Fantastic shop to work with! Took my transfer case in for a repair after itd been sitting at another shop for over a month; Zach had it rebuilt within the week. Super knowledgeable and passionate about jeeps. Always picked up for phone calls and called me back if he couldnt take my call.

The Jeep guy, (Zach), is the best. He was willing to take on fixing my project, (52 Willys M38), even though he passed on it personally. I never felt like I was being talked down to or patronized.When Zach and his guys finished up the work he took an hour of his time going over everything he did, and everything I should still do to get my jeep in the shape I want it in. He even has responded quickly to my after hours text messages with a quick question or two.And Im not sure I can emphasize this enough, his prices are so good its almost unbelievable. I will never take my jeep anywhere else, as long as Zach is around.Whether you have a classic or a brand new Gladiator, Zach is the guy you want doing the work on your jeep.

He was able to diagnose my Jeeps issues immediately, offered solutions for what I could fix myself to save money (instead of trying to scam me like most auto shops), and he made other repairs at a great price (I already had 3 quotes and his was the least expensive). He is a genuine person who loves Jeeps, and every customer can feel it.

Had serious issues with my Jeep and made an emergency stop in Utah while RV road tripping. Though fully booked, he managed to fit me in due to my circumstances.
