I have been going here for years now and I will never go anywhere else. They help so much when I need to pawn items for money to pay bills and they understand when I need to extend payment dates. The male employee is very disrespectful has no sense of respect do not go to that pawn shop they are very disrespectfl i was not a customer of the past shop but I was a customer of the food truck that the pawn shop makes money from by having it parked on there property I was waiting for my order but before I could even get my food the employee was acting very disrespectful no matter if I was a customer or not you do not treat anybody disrespectful while your working it really poor customer service it just makes the pawn shop look bad when there is one bad apple in the bunch its very sad

This location was great. Employees are friendly and willing to help. They had a large inventory to choose from with really low and competitive pricing. I was searching for a couple of Nintendo 3ds’ for my kids for their first gaming system. I don’t really know anything about games, so the employees where very open and honest and let me know what the differences where between their inventory so I could make a good purchase. I was able to leave with the 2 gaming systems and 4 games and stay within my budget. I’m excited to bring them home to my kids

I came in looking for a ratchet to help me unscrew some bolts so I can fix my dryer and these guys hooked it up. Went into xtreme pawn to get some golf clubs they had listed for 70% off. The place was a little hard to find but once inside it was great, they have a ton of stuff, For sure more than any other pawn shop I’ve been to. Anyways I got what I needed, and the guys were pretty cool to deal with.

These people have no idea what customer service is, and their knowledge of firearms is extremely lacking. They have no idea what the local market is. If you turn down their garbage offer, they act like 5 year olds! Take your business elsewhere, or just list your guns on local gun classified sites. Dont waste your time!

I did not get acceptable customer service here. The employees that tried to help me weren’t very friendly and didn’t give me the full attention that I deserve as a customer. The store is also pretty messy, so if you’re looking for something in particular you may not find it.The reply to this post is invalid because I brought in items it almost new condition. Some of the items I brought in have never been used. There were no missing parts in any of my items.This is a great example of the poor customer service that I have received.Do not shop here. Xtreme Pawn is an extreme waste of your time.

This store is the most amazing place to be at on my spare time. I walk in everyday and just smell the air of new toys that I want to play with. Most of the times, I see my boy Michael in the back thrusting his arm super fast back and forth, just waving hi to me. I feel super welcomed here when Im alone with Michael around 7 PM just talking. I sometimes play my Nintendo 64 while Michael is working. When hes done working, he comes in the back where I play and takes down his pants. He gets changed into his casual clothes and plays with me on Mario Kart. I love it when he looks me into the eye and I look at him back until he asks me if I want anything to eat. I really love Michael and he is the greatest worker. Welp, thats all the time I have, I gotta get back to play Animal Crossing - New Leaf, on my new Nintendo 3DS.

I came in because of the reviews, I didn’t expect to be treated the way they treated me. Jared and Danny not only made me feel at home, but Jared was SUPER reasonable and understanding. My experience with other pawn shops in the Southwest has always been haggling and rude customer service. Most ppl don’t know how to talk to potential customers and negotiate, but Jared took the time to understand where I was I coming from and help me come to an agreement that worked for both of us. His pricing was solid and he wasn’t over bearing. I HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone looking to pawn or buy second hand. They’ve made a customer for life with me for sure, thanks again Jared!!

They have SO much merchandise from paint ball guns to high powered hunting rifles and hand guns they have jewelry, electronics, Tools, sewing machines hunting equipment ect they have everything. Not a very good place to pawn. I brought in a $25 brand new safety drop resistant work box, a laser level both brand new and a complete wrench set which he claims is not complete I have it in my hand it is 100% complete. I have pawned before and know how it goes if youre a junky this is the place for you. Telling me if I give him a 5 star review hell do $5 then tries to entice me to stay I know the worth of what I have dude, EZ pawn does a better job Id recommend cash America and Tripple A pawn QUICK to a man that wants a loan or actual working products from their pawn shop. If ya leave us a 5 star review Ill give ya $5 no, thats not even worth my time grBbing my stuff to leave he places his hand on it and says how its not worth anything ha Ill go to a decent pawn and get more than what I asked for but a man of my word HERE is your review man.🖕🏼
