Quick response time, service did not take long at all, I was surprised there was minimal lint buildup as I dont remember the last time the dryer vent was cleaned out. The technician, Oscar, explained that with the metal dryer vent pipe that I have, its better because theres less buildup of lint. He also went over things to look for that would let me know its time for a cleaning. I am just glad to have a piece of mind to know that the dryer vent is clean. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.
